All Might moved fast and quickly grabbed Aizawa from Nomu, then went towards Izuku, Tsui and Mineta, taking them too.
Y/n slowly slithered her fibers back in, hoping that the creature was dumb enough to not notice.

Alright, this is my chance

With one last pull she fell from his gasp onto her feet, her hand on the ground to balance her. She sprinted forward towards the others, as Izuku screamed her name.
Nomu moved towards her, his hands protruding in her direction, trying to catch her. He let out a screech as his face met with an ice wall, which hadn't been there a few seconds before, separating the overpowered creature from Y/n.
She stopped and turned towards the ice wall, her eyes glistening with amazement.

"Idiot" Todoroki said, grabbing her wrist and pulling her back. Nomu destroyed the ice in front of him with a punch, his eyes going crazy as he watched every person in his vision.
Shigaraki smirked at the appearance of the Symbol of Peace.

Y/n turned towards Todoroki and gave him a big smile.

"Thank you" she said and moved forward, her arms opening for a hug. He planted the palm of his hand on her forehead and narrowed his eyes as he stared down at her.

"What were you even trying to do?" he asked. He wasn't impressed at the foolishness he had just witnessed.
Y/n stopped trying to hug him and pouted, curling and stretching her fingers, the unsettling feeling in the tips still present.

"I did what I could, I took away some of the pressure that thing was putting on Aizawa-sensei" she huffed. She knew it wasn't much and her reckless plan hadn't gotten her very far, but at least it hadn't made things worse.
Todoroki looked down at her and moved his hand from her forehead to the top of her head.

"Are you ok?"

Y/n looked up at the heterochromatic boy and felt the heat rise up in her cheeks.

"Yes" she breathed, turning her gaze away and taking a step back from him.

What the hell is he doing?

She turned her back towards him and watched All Might fighting the creature. Blood spilled from the corner of his mouth.

"He was designed to withstand and match your power" Shigaraki explained to the pro hero. It now made sense that All Might was having so much difficulty taking him down.

"I'VE GOT YOU THIS TIME" shouted a deranged Bakugo. Everyone was so distracted by the battle between the pro hero and Nomu that they hadn't seen the wild kid and Kirishima jump in to action. Bakugo grabbed on to Kurogiri and slammed him to the ground as Kirishima attempted attacking Shigaraki. The light blue haired man moved out of the way.

Y/n smiled at the sight of her friends and sighed happily.

"Kids, move back, this is none of your concern now" All Might said, putting his arm out defensively as he stared down Shigaraki.

"You need our help, if he is genetically engineered to resist your power, we would be able to do something" Todoroki tried to explain.

"No, trust me, it'll be over soon, this is what heroes do after all"

Y/n's eyes shone at his words. She turned to Todoroki and nodded, indicating to back away as both Kirishima and Bakugo did, even if reluctantly. Izuku motioned for them to come near him, so they wouldn't get in the way.

The battle went on for a while. Many times everyone thought that All Might would collapse, but he never did. There was pain and admiration in the eyes of everyone that watched.
All Might attacked time after time, moving fast. He grabbed on to Nomu once he had hit the creature enough times and charged up all the energy he had left to throw him out of USJ through the roof.
Everyone stared at the hole in the dome, their mouths open in surprise at the amount of power he managed to use in that moment after having fought for so long.

"That's what makes a pro hero" Bakugo muttered, his eyes never leaving the hole in the roof.

"Hey Bakugo" Kirishima said, pointing to the side where more villains were appearing.

"Oh you have got to be kidding me" Y/n rolled her eyes. She stood next to the two boys, followed by Todoroki.

"Let's get them while All Might deals with the two main villains. We have to make sure no one else gets hurt" Kirishima said, a smirk forming on his face as he cracked his knuckles.
Bakugo laughed menacingly as he fired up his hands.

"Izuku, are you coming?" Y/n turned. He was staring at All Might.
She waved her hand in front of his face, but he ignored her.
He suddenly jumped forward, past Y/n. She noticed his legs turn purple.

He used his quirk to move towards Kurogiri, his fist swung back, ready to strike. Y/n screamed at the warp gate appearing in front of his face, Shigaraki's hand going through it so it could reach Izuku.

A bullet hole made it's way through his hand, making him recoil in pain. They turned towards the entrance of the USJ where Nezu stood, short and proud, the whole pro hero teachers standing behind him. Snipe and Present Mic attacked first, soon followed by Ectoplasm. Shigaraki backed away and got shot by Snipe a few times before being protected by Kurogiri.

The students watched the teachers work in amazement. Kirishima tried to help Izuku but was stopped by Cementoss who instructed him to take his classmates with him back at the entrance. Y/n turned to look at the big wall that separated All Might and Izuku from them.

"Let's go Spidey" Kirishima grinned walking proudly in front of her, Bakugo and Todoroki. Bakugo's eye twitched as Kirishima said that.

"WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL HER YOU FREAK" he shouted, chasing after him. Y/n sweatdropped and nervously laughed as she walked behind them.

"I'm glad that's catching on" she mumbled ironically.

"I prefer spider monkey" Todoroki stated, walking by her side. Y/n looked over at him surprised.

He remembered that? Oh god this is so embarassing

Y/n walked outside, lifting an arm over her eyes to block the bright sun.

"Oi Y/n" Kaminari called, making her turn. She smiled at the boy, even though he seemed a little out of it.

"I'm glad you're ok" she grinned, slapping his back. He laughed and looked down at her, raising an eyebrow.

"What happened to you?" he asked, looking over at the bruises which were forming on her arms, hands and chest.

"Let's just say I had a bit of a run in with that guy" she answered with a laugh, pointing over her shoulder at Nomu, who had just been captured by police.

"WHAT?" Kaminari shouted, horrified.

"It wasn't a run in L/N, you jumped head first in to battle ribbit" Asui stated, hopping by. Y/n put her hand on the back of her head and chuckled nervously.

She threw herself at that thing and came out of it with just a few bruises? What is she?!

Kaminari's horrified expression stayed on his face for a few seconds as he just stared at her.

"Yeah but Shoto saved me" she grinned.

"Sh-Shoto? Oh you mean Todoroki" he smiled.

"Come on, they're bringing us back to campus" Kirishima yelled, getting everyone's attention. Y/n wrapped an arm around Kaminari's shoulders and moved towards the bus, walking past Todoroki who watched them curiously.

"OH MY BABY" M/n shouted as Y/n walked through the door. She engulfed her daughter in a hug and squeezed her tight to her chest.

"I heard what happened, are you ok?" she asked, looking her over. She noticed the dark bruising on her skin and sighed. Y/n nodded and smiled.

"Mum" she said, getting her mother to look at her in the eyes.

"What is it spider monkey?"

"I helped" she grinned "I ACTUALLY HELPED" she yelled, hugging her mother once again, small tears forming in the corner of her eyes. This is all she wanted. Apparently she was told that Aizawa had managed to use his quirk to stop Shigaraki from decaying Izuku and Asui's faces because she had taken away the pressure crushing his head.

"He may also not have irreparable damage at his eyesight because of me" she beamed. M/n looked at her daughter proudly and started sobbing. She knew this was her first real step the right way to becoming a hero.

After dinner Y/n lay on her bed. She unlocked her phone and sent a message to Izuku.

Spidey: hey broccoli head, how are you holding up?

Baby Broccoli: broccoli head?

Spidey: Yeah, how are your legs?

Baby Broccoli: Better, I might as well marry Recovery Girl, I've been seeing her a whole more than I've seen all of you

Spidey: I always knew you had a preference for older women, I just never thought that old. Way to go cowboy, make a move ;)

Y/n waited for a few seconds before locking her phone once again, only for it to bling once again. Y/n expected it to be Izuku, but it was actually an unsaved number.

x: Look out of your window

Spidey: Who is this?

Y/n looked at the profile picture to see if she recognized the person from there. It was the person with the soba profile picture, so at least it was someone from the class, not just some random weirdo.

x: Todoroki Shoto

Y/n smiled at the name and got up. She looked out of the window and there stood Todoroki, in the middle of the dimly lit road.
He gave her a small nod, signalling he had seen her. She went downstairs and grabbed her coat, opening the front door. He walked over to her and bowed deeply.

"Do you actually live near here or are you stalking me?" Y/n asked with a giggle.

"I came to apologize" he said, his head still low. Y/n gave him an inquisitive look and waited for him to straighten up.

"What for?"

"SPIDER MONKEY WHO IS IT?" her mum shouted from the kitchen.

"A FRIEND" Y/n shouted back.

"ARE WE SURE?" her mum questioned back, making her facepalm.

"IS IT THAT KIRISHIMA BOY YOU TOLD ME ABOUT?"

"OH GOD MUM STOP TALKING"

Y/n turned towards Todoroki again.

"I think I should be the one apologizing" she said, sweatdropping.

Todoroki's eyes seemed serious, almost sad as he looked past Y/n in to the house where her mother's voice had come from.

"I wanted to apologize for calling you an idiot. And for questioning your decision about helping Aizawa-sensei" he said, looking away.
Y/n looked at the boy for a second. She thought he must have been joking but he looked pretty serious.
She burst out laughing all of a sudden. Todoroki looked at her, surprised at her reaction.

"Oh Shoto, I think 'idiot' is probably the nicest thing someone has ever called me" she said through giggles.

"Well if you're not upset, I'll be on my way" he said, looking down at the ground. He turned and made his way down the steps, but stopped on the last one.

"What did you call me?" he asked. His eyes widened a little, but his back was turned towards Y/n so she couldn't see.

"Uhm... Shoto? I'm sorry, I know we are not very close, I won't do it again I-"

"Do it again" he said.
He walked away without saying anything else, leaving Y/n behind. His mind raced with a thousand thoughts. His eyes were fixed on the ground, his hand holding on to the neck of his shirt as he thought about what she had said.
A very light dust of pink covered his cheeks as he made his way back, but it vanished as quick as it appeared.

She talks about Kirishima huh

Y/n closed the door behind her and sighed, opening up her phone.
She saved his contact and smiled.
Her phone blinged again.

Pikachu: How are your bruises healing up Kumo? (for those who don't know, Kumo is the japanese word for spider <3)

Y/n giggled at the nickname.

Spidey: Just a bit sore, how are you holding up? Have you recharged?

Pikachu: I'll be good as new tomorrow. I'm glad they gave us a few days off to process what happened

Spidey: This is not at all what I expected when I signed up for UA

Pikachu: I doubt anyone expected this

Y/n put her phone on her bedside table, turning off the light in her room. Today had been exhausting, but she knew this was going to be only the beginning of a very long journey.

I AM SO GLAD I FINALLY GOT TO DO A FEW TODOROKI MOMENTS. I don't want this to be too fast paced, but then again, we are here for the Todolove so I'm going to deliver. Bye <3 -Ali
