That following Monday we head to the doctor to find out what we are having.

I'm so excited I can barely contain myself when we went in for the doctor's appointment.

When Dr. Terry walked into the room he smiled. "I hear congratulations are in order."

"Thank you, Dr. Terry!" I smiled.

"Married life looks happy on you. Now let's check this little baby and see if we can tell what it is yet." He said.

We watch the screen as he shows us the baby. "Well, I can see the gender. Do you want to know or is to be a secret?" He asked.

"A secret, please. We want to have a party with the family." Hart said.

"How are Poppy and River doing?" He asked.

"They are great and he is perfect!" I smiled.

"Do you think she's done?" He asked.

"She says so but I don't believe my sister." Hart laughed.

"Yeah, I don't believe her either." He laughed handing us a sealed envelope.

"Thank your Dr. Terry!" I said.

"Your welcome! Make an appointment for next month." He said exiting the door.

"Hart our baby's gender is in this envelope. Let's go take it to Tiff shes going to have a balloon filled with the color inside." I said.

"Alright, let's stop by the store then so we can get this show on the road before your brother leaves tomorrow," Hart said as we pulled out of the parking lot.

"It was nice of them to let him stay an extra day. I'm happy he is here to celebrate with us." I said.

"Me too and then we can discuss a name." He smiled.

We pulled in at the shop and went inside and Tiff was stocking. "We have the results!" I said fanning the envelope.

"Oh gosh! I can't wait to go and get it filled. Party this evening before dinner right?"

"Right! While Christian is here with us." I smiled.

"I will go at lunch and get it done." She smiled.

"Thanks, Tiff! I'll see you at the party and I'll be back to work tomorrow." I smiled.

We headed home and when we walked in we ended up back in bed feeding the kitty and boy does Hart feed it well.

Once we were done we took a shower and got dressed for the gender reveal.

We walked up to the main house and some of the family was already under the tent.

Hart was talking to his dad while I walked inside to see Poppy and the kids.

"Aunt Ayla! Look at baby River." Ryder said.

"I see him! He's so cute." I smiled.

"And stinky AA," Wren said holding her nose.

I couldn't help but laugh and Poppy rolled her eyes. "I was trying to change him and well she walked in and grabbed the diaper not knowing and got poop on her finger."

"Oh no!" I giggled.

"She went screaming to Luke holding her finger up in the air yelling stinky."

"Wren you didn't smell it didn't you?" I laughed.

"Yuck, it was stinky AA." She said running away from where we were.

"I bet she never touches a diaper again." I laugh.

"I bet she doesn't either. I'm so excited to see what you are having. Do you have any names yet?"

"We haven't yet but we hope to after we find out what it is," I said.

"Do you care either way what it is?" She asked.

"No, just as long as it's healthy. Let me help you carry your bag outside so we can get a seat." I said.

We walked outside just as Tiff walked up. "I have the balloon in my car so it doesn't get poked."

Once Daisy and Ron showed up we were ready to pop it before we eat.

"Alright, are you ready my beautiful wife?"

"I am more than ready Hart," I said as Tiff walked up with the balloon.

"Ok listen I didn't want to put streamers in there because someone has to clean it up so it's either tiny blue flower petals or pink ones and that way it will look pretty and no one has to pick it up." Tiff smiled.

"You are so smart! That's why you are my best friend." I said.

We walked out in front of the tent and looked out at all of our loved ones waiting to see what the gender is as much as we do.

Hart took the balloon from Tiff. "Ok, you pop it, Ayla."

"You guys ready?" I asked.

Everyone said yes and cheered.

"Ok here we go! One, Two, Three!" I said as I popped the balloon and blue petals came pouring out.

"Oh my god, it's a boy!" Hart said jumping up and down.

Everyone was cheering and screaming and dancing around and I was in shock until Christian walked up and hugged me.

"I'm so happy for you sis!" He said.

Hart grabbed me and kissed my lips. "A boy I'm so excited!" He said.

I was excited myself and well this kid will be momma's boy if I have anything to do with it.

Hart hugged and kissed me again as he twirled me around. "Can you believe that we are having a boy?"

"I'm excited to buy blue and green and decorate his room. It's nice to say him or he instead of it or bean." I laughed.

We all sit down around the table to eat. Daniel said the prayer and we all dug in. So many different foods to choose from.

I loved Clara's macaroni salad and Daisy's lemon bars. I almost wanted to eat them together but it's too weird.

Poppy sit beside me and handed me River. "You need some practice and my arm needs a break." She laughed.

"Oh, I love holding this little cutie," I said kissing the top of his head.

"Who do you think he looks like?" She asked.

"Oh, this one is all Luke. Just look at that face." I smiled.

"That's what everyone tells me too." She laughed.
