Katrina nervously sat in her office.

It was her team's first time presenting a new suit.

Devlin had been in the conference room downstairs all day.

She excitedly waited until Aimethyst arrived with her paperwork to ask her what was going on. "We're going to Narula County next week.. And Scott doesn't know if he wants to promote our suits yet... Actually.. He said he's not going to." She mumbled, Katrina pursed her lips and scowled. Scott never approved of their suits, because of Katrina.

She was finally done with him.

"Cause he's racist." She scoffed.

Aimethyst grinned and nodded.

"I've been telling them on this floor, they wouldn't listen to me." She squeaked, Katrina groaned. "Must I be the bad guy?" Aimee widened her eyes. "I'm goin to just takes these downstairs.. I'll be back!" She said, in a tiny voice. "No! You stay here; It's just going to be quick." Katrina exclaimed, Aimee awkwardly stood at her spot, glaring at the door, while Katrina phoned Scott.

"Scotty Preston here.." He growled.

"Scott.. Could you come to my office please?" Katrina stated.

They heard him grunt and hang up.

Katrina widened her eyes.

"Oh.. It's going down." She angrily thought.

"Mrs. Danielyan, I have to use the lady's room." Aimee squeaked, Katrina huffed. "You pull this one on me again..." Katrina moaned, with pleading eyes, Aimee chuckled and nervously looked around. "I'll be right back." She scattered out of her office.

Katrina needed back up on this one.

So, she phoned Ian.

"Katrinaaaa, leave us alone." Ian grumbled.

"I need for you to help me deal with Scotty." Katrina whispered. Ian pulled down his eyes, and gripped the phone. "Why don't you tell Devlin..." He mumbled; As he was saying this, Scott walked in her office and stood at the door, he blazingly flared at her. "Thank you for all of your help, I'll be sure to add this to the list later." She growled on the phone, Ian paused and widened his eyes.

She hung up on him.

"Scott have a seat." Katrina mumbled.

Later on.

Her and Jared were at a coffee shop near Deer Passage, they ate in peace, until Jared finally let out what he had to say. "I can't believe you fired him." Jared grumbled. "Why? He's racist... And you should have seen the way that he talked to me in that office.. Before I fired him." She grumbled, and took a bite out of her scone. "Yeah but... He does a good job downstairs... I mean; It it wasn't for him, then Ian wouldn't be on our asses as much.. Now that he's gone... It just sucks for us." Jared grumbled.

Katrina, who had gotten a loving support all day from her peers, dully sulked at Jared. "What was I supposed to do then? Let him keep talking to me like that?" She exclaimed.

Jared sighed.

"I think Devlin's mad at you." He grumbled.

Katrina stared at him in shock.

"So.. He can hire him back then." She uttered, he sighed, then leaned back in his chair. "You fired him before Narula, the man has no life, they're saying-." He paused, because he could see that Katrina had no interest in Scott, but he liked him, and didn't want anything happening to him.

"Scott might kill himself." He quietly whispered.

Katrina huffed.

"Ohhhh... The racist might kill himself.. Wooo." She grumbled, Jared widened his eyes. "Katrina... I'm serious.. Scott is not like that downstairs to us.. He's nice to everyone.. What did he do to you, that had made you like this?" He grumbled. "Like what?" Katrina growled. "Like.. Devlin; Arrogant.. Dismissive, you should probably take a lunch break for a while, like before." He murmured. "Blow some steam off and eat lunch with us instead of your office." He said low.

"I can't... I need to catch up." She mumbled. "Well.. Can't you see that this doesn't make anything right; It doesn't change anything... Devlin was racist.. Are you going to leave him?" He scolded. "Maybe if you got a chance to get to know him better, you would see how he really is." He grumbled.

Katrina nervously huffed and pushed her food away.

"Fine.. I'm calling him." She groaned.

"Since I'm so snooty.. You can see how this son of a bitch is to me." She was tired of everyone making her seem crazy about Scott.

Jared widened his eyes.

"Oh.. Okay." He nervously mumbled.

Curiously chewing on his banana bread.

Katrina found Scott's number on her burner phone, and called him. She huffed; When it rang for a while, and cleared her throat, when he answered.

"hel-oowww?" Scott croaked, his voice was hoarse, and he clutched the phone. "Scott.. This is Katrina." She grumbled, pursing her lips. "He-hi Katrina." He mumbled, and wiped a tear from his face, Katrina sighed. "I would like to sit down and have a discussion with you about the event that occurred earlier.. Can you meet me at the coffee shop near D.I?" She asked him, he murmured a 'yes'. And when she got off the phone with him, Jared sighed with relief. "I feel so much better now that you just did that.. That means that there's hope for you, little grimlin." He playfully laughed and took her hand.

She furrowed her brow at him.

"Girl.. I hate to say this, but you're turning into a snobby bitch.. You need to hang your ass downstairs with the loser's club, and get it together." Jared whole heartedly exclaimed. "The Devil is on that top floor, and he's turning y'all into a bunch of snobby demons." He grumbled, and took a sip of his coffee, Katrina groaned. "I am not snobby.. The only person in that whole entire building, that I've ever been well.. I guess mean to, is Scott.. And it's because, he's rude.. He won't help my team, he won't listen to me.. He calls me all types of names underneath his foul, stanky ass breath-." Jared cut her off. "See.. Now, what you're experiencing right now.. Is the curse of management... Devlin get's called names all of the time.. You don't see him getting, like how you are getting princess... He holds it together.. And that's what you need to do." Jared scolded.

"Men... They don't ever listen."

"He called me a low life knee-grow." Katrina growled. "I'm supposed to let this ignorant man, keep calling me all these names? Especially a squirrel-chimp?" She scowled, Jared clasped his hands over his mouth and snorted.

She lowered her eyes.

"I'm so sorrryy!!!" He screamed, then laughed hard.

She silently stared at him.

"Oh hell no Jared..." She growled, and went to stand up, he had his hand over his mouth; With his other hand, he grabbed her arm to pull her down. "Okay.. That is out of line.. But Devlin gets called things, way worse than you." She rolled her eyes. "I can't wait for his ass to get here, so I can embarrass the shit out of him, and make him apologize to me.. And you're going to be right here sitting next to me." She grumbled, Jared widened his eyes.

"Girl... Just hire the man back and move on... Let God take care of that for you." He shrieked, she growled and crossed her arms and huffed. "That way.. Devlin won't be as angry... If you hire him back.. And when he hears that you had a talk with him, I'm sure It'll be fine." Jared mumbled.

Earlier

"I haven't cleared your suits yet; Because your team continues to show me unfinished projects. Your work needs to be deliverable, your team needs practice.. Some of your colleagues, has shown me some designs that does not match Art's patterns-." Katrina cut him off. "How? When Art himself, asked Devlin to design these?" She said in a tiny voice, Scott scoffed, then rolled his eyes. "I get it.. You open your legs, and bam.. Your black ass is in this office, but there is nothing; And I mean nothing, that pleases me more, than to know, that you don't have the power to fire me... You want to know why? Because Devlin is a good friend of mine, I've been working for his father since the beginning and... He will never listen, to some low life Kni-grow; Squirrel-chimp, such as yourself." He whispered to her, and winked.

He grew tired of her.

"What makes your suits any special? What makes you think; That I am going to clear you, after seeing Aimethyst's designs... And Yours.. Are you serious?" He growled.

He moved closer to her.

"And you want to know something else... You will never be as equal to anyone in this town.. So go back to Catalina, with all them happy-hippy scum bags, cause in Minerva.. We don't like your kind, and you know this; So why stay? Cause we'll just eat you alive out here in the wilderness." He laughed. "You can never fit in here with us, so stop trying.." He said low.

"Scott.. You're fired." Katrina fizzed in shock, having to listen to him for the fifth time, without saying anything or raise her voice at him. And seeing him snootily glare at her, like he was uttering every racist name in his head as well.

"Like I said-." He mumbled.

"You're fired... I'll have Tyrone escort you out.." She scowled, she had already let Tyrone know what she was doing, and he was happy to help her. On time; Tyrone opened her door, and glared down at Scott. "I'm going to take a visit to Mr. Danielyan...." He tested.

"Go ahead." Katrina scoffed.

Tyrone shook his head.

"You're belongings are outside of D.I, you don't have anything else here." Tyrone growled, folding his arms, he stepped to the side, to let Scott go talk to Devlin. He stalked off, and headed for the elevator instead.

Katrina sighed with relief.

"Did you record what he said?" Tyrone whispered.

Katrina groaned.

"No..." She angrily muttered.

"Shit.. Now they're really not gone believe you." He grumbled.

"It's whatever.. They already think I'm crazy." She grumbled back.

Katrina couldn't understand how Devlin and Jared and them, were too close to Scott; The man walked around like an angel, every time she seen him around others, the way he acted around Devlin made her insides boil. She had told them about his bullying, or at least; She had thought she told them, she told them so many times, that if she brought up the racism, they wouldn't believe her. She tried to bring it up to Devlin, but he instantly dismissed it, saying she was being too sensitive.

"Well I heard what his ass said, so.. Let his ass try and lie." Tyrone grumbled, shaking his head. Scott was too good at hiding his cruelty towards her, she wondered if he was pulling some type of sorcery on her.

Evening

Jared nervously cleared his throat, his phone rang, and he looked at the caller.

It was Devlin.

He forwarded the call, and watched as Scott nervously entered the shop. The man was tall, and had platinum blonde hair; He was skinny as a twig, but still seemed strong, his blue eyes nervously scanned the room to find Katrina and him sitting there, he's had a crush on Scott since high school. Even though he was dating Jude; It didn't stop him from staring at a good looking man, he knew Scotty was gay, and was happy that he was now; Because in high school, just like him.. He played it off... But he wondered if Katrina knew this? "Maybe after me and Jude, her gaydar broke." He humorously thought, he didn't know what was her problem with Scott, his coworkers on his floor had told him, that she was bullying him.

He had thought, there was no way.

Seeing how angry she is now, made him concerned for his best friend. He had hoped the rumors weren't true, she never talked to him about anything.

"He's here." Jared whispered, and she flicked her hair back and folded her arms and grimaced. He widened his eyes at that, Katrina had snootily did it, and he took note of it.

All of the names that Scott had called her, Katrina wrote down in a booklet, she wanted revenge; She sent it to HR, and for each time he called her a name, she had reported it, she had finally been called down to the office, and they asked her what she wanted to do. She happily told them that she didn't want him fired; But.. That he needed to learn a lesson, and she did all of this behind Devlin's back, she knew the day's when he would be out, to do all of these things. And she figured, that's what he was probably mad about.

Scott approached them and nervously pulled up a chair.

"Let me set some things straight here." Katrina angrily growled in a dark voice, and Jared widened his eyes at her. "You have disrespected me to my face, for far too long Scott... You said I couldn't fire you.. And yet.. Here we are." Katrina scowled. "I worked hard and graduated college, and that is why I have the position that I'm in.. Now.. I come from a family full of strong respectable women, and for you to sit here-."

"I'm so sorry Mrs. Danielyan." He murmured.

"Uh uh! Let me finish!" Katrina snapped, and Jared widened his eyes, and watched as Jude and Ivan entered the coffee shop. They shockingly stared at them, with others watching also. "You keep calling me all types of kni-grows to my face.. Alone, but you won't say it around Jared huh!?" Katrina roared.

Ivan had his mouth hung open, and he slowly moved further, Jude stayed where he was, he couldn't believe Katrina was this angry again.

Scott embarrassingly sat still.

"I want you to remind me again, what you had called me..." Katrina snarled, Scott embarrassingly looked around and shook his head 'no', Jared clutched his chest and gasped, he widened his eyes. "Just keep saying sorry dude." He had no idea that Scott said it to her face. "Katrina's right."

"Mrs. Danielyan... I realize what I said was inappropriate-."

"Damn right it is... You don't know what the hell I've been through for your little gnarly ass, to say what you have been saying to me for the past week." Katrina growled. "I am so sorry." He quietly spoke. "You're not sorry.. Otherwise you would repeat it back to me.. To everyone.. What you have been calling me to my face! You're sorry cause you got fired; And you thought, since you were so close to my Fiancé.. And my friends, that you can say anything to me and not get caught.. You thought I'm this weakling, that would keep my mouth shut... Well.. Let's start with this..." She huffed.

"Do you want your job back?" She snapped.

He widened his eyes and sunk down in his chair.

"Yes.. I do.. I would very much like my job back." He squeaked. She leaned forward and folded her arms. "Oh.. You'll get your damn job back... But it's not going to be in the same position you were in.. No... No, No, No... You're going to be my PA.. You're going to be working in my office, there will be a tiny desk for you to sit in, and! You will help my team.. You will only report to me; Not anyone else in that building, and not only that! If you act out of line with me one more time! If I hear you say any more racist shit towards me; I will personally make sure that, that, is all your ass will be doing from now on.. Also... You are on file.. You have been on file since the first thing that came out of your mouth towards me." She growled.

"Damn.. Art is proudly laughing in his grave right now." Jude leaned forward, whispering in Ivan's ear. "Yeah.. Hey? Did you know that Scott was racist?" Ivan mumbled, Jude furrowed his brow. "No.. Did you?" He whispered, Ivan shook his head. "Thank you Ma'am." Scott slowly said. "Now.. Now that I let all of that out.. I will see you tomorrow morning at five-thirty." She grumbled. "This is the only opportunity that I'm giving you... If your ass is late.. Don't you ever step foot in that building! Do you hear?" She growled, he nodded.

"That's how you do things!" The owner of the coffee shop happily shouted, his employee's nervously stared at him in silence.

Scott murmured a 'Thank You' and quickly left the shop, bumping into Jude and saying 'Sorry' on his way out.

The car ride home was silent.

Jared cleared his throat.

"I think we should call the suicide hotline for him or something.. Because he is definitely going to kill himself now..." Jared murmured, worried for him. "He's too prideful to kill himself." Ivan grumbled. "I didn't know that he was racist.. I'm so sorry dear." He murmured in a deep voice, Katrina huffed. She didn't want to say anything to them, because she had tried to tell all of them and they brushed her off like she was a bitch.

She angrily sat in silence in the car.

Jared took her hand, reading her thoughts.

"Did I ever tell you how bad ass you were back there queen?" He gushed. "What happened to princess?" She angrily asked him. "Oh.. You.. Got promoted..." Jude chuckled. "Yeah.. To mega queen." Ivan slowly laughed. "I've been waiting for a long time, for you to snap at these racist ass people here.. And somehow, I knew it was coming soon." Jared quietly admitted, slowly smiling. "That cussing though." He Tsk'd. "That is going to cost you big time." Jared tilted his head to the side.

Katrina huffed.

"It was worth it." She mumbled.

Jared chuckled.

"You know.. You weren't even raising your voice at him.." He murmured, Jude agreed. "From our spot we could hear you.. But you didn't yell, you're too nice." Ivan mumbled. "I thought, I was yelling!" She heavily screeched. "If you call a gerbil squeaking, then yeah, I guess you were yelling." Jared murmured, she pinched him and forgotten about her cussing, and tried to lean away from him and he grabbed her, and gently held her in a head lock, and began to pinch her everywhere.

"That's good for today." He smiled.

"So? I'm not a snobby ass bitch anymore?" She questioned.

It was quiet in the car, and Jared nodded. "I didn't know.. Why didn't you tell me?" He murmured. "I tried to tell all of you.. But you all wouldn't listen to me, or you were busy." She grumbled. "And besides; Just because I work on Devlin's floor, does not change anything.. I'm still the same person when I go home." She said to them hopeful. "I have not changed, and I am not mean..." She mumbled.

Jared smiled at her. "You're not a snobby bitch, mega queen." He purred, Katrina blankly stared at him, and then smirked and smiled.

Ivan and Jude dropped her and Jared off at the front, and they retreated back to Tevan.

They walked in the house, and all of the lights were off, Katrina furrowed her brow. "Girl... Please turn on the light." Jared rushed, she hurriedly turned on the light, and they both jumped when they seen Devlin sitting in the dark waiting for them on the couch.

He had his arms crossed, and the baby monitor in his hands.

"I'm going upstairs!" Jared hurriedly exclaimed, and ran up the stairs, leaving Katrina alone with Devlin, she slowly closed the door and sighed. He breathed in, and stared at her; For it seemed like an eternity, she finally went over to him and sat down. "I know you're angry with me." She murmured.

"Why did you fire him?" He said low.

Katrina sighed, and took off her coat. "Because.. He's been calling me racist names to my face.." She huffed, he sat in silence staring at her. "Well; I rehired him again... But.. He is only going to be my PA." She slowly grumbled, Devlin widened his eyes. "I didn't expect dat from you." He shockingly said, and cleared his throat. He wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her forehead. "Although.. How I used to be; I had thought that you wouldn't show him no mercy." He chuckled. "D
