George opened his eyes to the sound of a door shutting aggressively. The bright sun shone through a window on the wall, and he pinched his eyes closed quickly.

He didn't hear the footsteps of a familiar man approaching him.

"Good morning, Georgie," a voice chimed in his ears.

George squinted his eyes open to see the other leaning over him.

He jumped slightly, and the man backed up a bit, "here," he handed George a plate with toast and bacon on it. (I hate eggs, so I'm not adding them unlike almost every other DNF story like mine)

George didn't fight back this time and just took the plate from the other. He slowly nibbled at the end of the toast. It tasted really good, so he took a larger bite. Soon enough, he was finished with all his food.

"Do you want water?" Dream asked when he realized the other was done, but George just shook his head.

Dream mumbled an "ok" and went to leave when his phone started ringing and he stopped in his tracks right in front of the door.

Dream POV:

I was a few steps before I reached the door when I got a call from someone.

I took out my phone and glanced at the collar ID; Technoblade.

I sighed and answered it, not caring to turn off speaker mode. "what?" I asked demandingly.

"Listen, Dream, there's something I found that you might be interested in. It has to do with your sister."

My heart stopped momentarily when he said that. He has something on Drista?

"what?" I whimpered quietly.

"I'll send it over to you. I have to go, take care, Clay" Techno said sweetly, which is surprising for him of all people.

I look over at George, who looks extremely confused.

George POV:

His name is Clay?  Whoever that was just called him "Clay" so that must be his name.

That's good! Now I know his name to tell the police when I get out of here- who am I kidding. I'll be stuck here forever. It's useless to me.

I look up at him and accidentally make eye contact in the process. I quickly look away before sighing, what's the worst that could happen, "Your name is Clay?" I ask, my voice still scratchy from just waking up and not speaking for a long time.

He doesn't even move for a second before harshly speaking, "Not to you, it isn't. I'm Dream to you, my real name doesn't matter."

I looked at the ground for a second, what did I expect?

He sighs and talks again in a nicer tone, "Yes, it is."

For once, I like this chapter. Normally, I complain about how I don't like them, but this one turned out well.
