G I O V A N N I

He had never felt this before. He had never took the time to understand a girl. He had never cared up until her.

He felt the sparks as he pulled her close. She urged her lips back on his after the first peck.

She couldn't resist him and as much as he hated it, he couldn't resist her. He would do anything for her.

She was no one he had ever seen. She was full of life, she was all that was good in the world and he was selfish. He was selfish to see all that life flow out of her eyes, but now that he thought about it. It was always hers. Her life was too powerful it brought the life back into his eyes.

He finally felt something.

He felt it all for this girl. This one amazing, beautiful, smart, alluring girl. Where her eyes dazzle like the universe and her innocent face lured him towards her.

She could do anything and Giovanni would fall for her.

He never thought this would ever happen, but it happened with her.

It happened and he doesn't want this feeling to go away.

He liked the feeling he gets when she's with him. His life felt complete with her around. He felt intact with her touch and her kiss.

He felt happy with his princess.

Their lips were attached as their bodies moved together. He felt the need to devour her. He needed more.

He felt her sit down on the stairs as they were connecting with each other. Her legs wobbled and her body shivered under his. He liked her like this. He liked the power he had over her.

He leaned over her and they laid back on the stairs. There body moving together, making shapes. Her hands made it to his hair and she grabbed it slightly. He liked that, a low groan escaped his lips and she felt achieved.

He felt his hands on the end of her shirt and he placed them under it, the warmth of her skin engulfing him. They were placed on her flat torso and he was lifting the shirt up. He was about to take it off.

Something shifted in her dazed expression, she widened her eyes and felt herself back at the high school party.

Instead of Giovanni, she saw the guy. She saw the guy that haunted her dreams, the guy that had caused her misery for the rest of her life.

She felt suffocated with his weight on top of hers. She felt herself gasping for air and tears threatening to fall.

"Wait! Stop! Stop!" She exclaimed in agony. She felt her throat close and all she could do was see the party scene.

She felt Giovanni still on her and she tried to push him off, but she was pushing nothing since he was already off the second she screamed.

She sat up on the stair and she placed her palms in her head. "I-I'm sorry," she choked out. Her breathing was rigid and her heart wouldn't stop beating.

She refused to see his facial expression, afraid he would be angry, afraid he expect more from her.

"D-Don't be angry, please, I just-I can't, it's too soon, please, please," she felt herself panicking.

Giovanni grabbed her hands away from her face and lifted her chin so she could look up at him. She squeezed her eyes shut, she didn't want to see his face.

"You don't have to be sorry." He wiped her tears from her clear, lustrous face. The tears that escaped disregarding her knowledge. "I'm not angry," he said, softly.

She squinted her eyes open to take a look at him. His face wasn't angry. His face didn't have his normal scowl on it. His face rather held concern, he felt her pain.

"Can you talk to me about it?" He asked. His voice was smooth and silken. She had never seen this side of him. He had never let anyone see this side.

"It's not something I just talk about," she told him. Her voice was hoarse and full of pain.

He hated seeing her like this. He wanted to take away her pain.

There was a loud knock on the door and Chanel jumped out of her skin. Giovanni chuckled at her expression.

She stared at him. She couldn't believe this was the same person. This was Giovanni.

She liked this Giovanni.

"Are you guys okay in there?" Tobias asked.

She laughed and Giovanni felt himself staring at her. She was so beautiful. She was pure, she was his world. He was sensual to her libidinous laugh. He felt attracted to so much more.

She got up before whispering, "thank you," to him.

He was confused. His eyebrows furrowed. "What for?"

"For waiting," she smiled down at him from where he sat on the stairs.

She walked up the stairs and opened the door. A faint smile on her lips.

"What's wrong with you?" Tobias asked. He was confused by her expression, she thought for sure Giovanni had done something bad to her.

Seeing her expression, he guessed wrong. Could he finally be right about her and Giovanni. Did something aboient between them?

She wasn't scared of the basement anymore. She felt safer now. It was all because Giovanni pushed the bad memories away and replaced it with greater ones.

He was a greater one.

"Nothing," she answered Tobias. Her eyes held passion and her hair was messy, like she just had sex messy.

She didn't though.

He didn't seem convinced. "If you say so."

"I do!"

"Okay," he said, hesitantly.

She went back to the kitchen to see her ice cream vanished. Her eyes dulled and all the passion escaped her eyes.

"Tobias!" She shouted. "You ate all my ice cream!"

Tobias blocked his ears from her screeching voice.

"No, I didn't!"

"Yes, you did!" She exclaimed. She stared at him in disbelief. She felt betrayed.

Giovanni came up the stairs. "Giovanni!" She went over to him and showed him the empty ice cream container. "Toby ate all my ice cream!"

Giovanni stared down at the childish girl. His eyes sparkled in amusement. He would never get bored with her.

"No I didn't," Tobias denied it. He secretly did, but he was never going to admit it to her. She secretly scared him.

"You have to get me more," she told Giovanni, a pleading look in her eyes.

He grumbled. "I don't have to get you anything."

She pouted her lips. She knew it wouldn't last that long. He was back to his normal self.

She stared down at the empty container, sadness filled her eyes. Giovanni tried not to stair at her, he tried to fight himself, but he gave up.

He found himself agreeing and taking her to get ice cream.

"Thank you!" She exclaimed in delight.

Giovanni may have actually changed. He would have never done that for her.

"Can I drive?" She asked once they arrived at his big garage. There were multiple vehicles in there.

Giovanni instead of going into his car, he revved up the engine on the motorcycle the man gave him as collateral.

"No," he said, roughly.

"How am I supposed to carry my ice cream on that?" She asked.

Giovanni hadn't thought of that.

"I'm not letting you anywhere near this," he said. He got up from the motorcycle and went to his Maserati.

"Can I drive?" She asked again. "Pretty please."

"Don't think Vincenzo didn't tell me how reckless you drive," Giovanni said, nonchalantly.

"No, I won't drive like that," she continued. She tried to convince him.

He wouldn't budge. "I said no, Chanel."

"B-But . . ."

"No!" He shouted. "How many times do I have to tell you!"

She flinched at his loud voice. She thought he was finished with this.

"Stop yelling, please." She felt tears in her eyes, she refused to let them fall. She turned away from him and folded her arms over her chest.

He just doesn't change.

He realized what he done and he cursed himself under his breath.

He tried to grab her arm, softly, but she pushed him off.

"Look, I didn't mean to yell, princess," he told her. His voice lowered and his eyes softened. "I'm trying to be better for you."

She felt her heart swell up at his words. She turned around and uncrossed her arms. She looked up at him with watery eyes.

She stepped on her tip toes and placed a soft kiss on his cheek.

While she distracted him she went into the drivers seat of his Maserati. She always got what she wanted.

"What! That's it?" He shouted. He felt disappointed with just a kiss on his cheek.

She smiled, cruelly as she sat down in the seat.

He went to the car and opened his door. He wasn't surprised to see Chanel in the drivers seat. He knew she was stubborn. He knew she wouldn't back down until she got what she wanted.

"You're something else," he snickered. "Now, come on, get out," he ordered.

She just grabbed the keys from his pocket and started the car. "Either get in, or I'll run you over," she threatened.

Giovanni narrowed his eyes at her. He didn't believe she would do anything. She wouldn't harm anything.

"Sure you will," he said, sarcastically.

She looked at him. She challenged him. She closed the door and almost got his finger caught in it if he didn't move them fast enough.

"Sorry," she said, sheepishly. She didn't mean to almost get his fingers stuck in the door.

She started to exit the garage, slowly the it started to speed up going down the sloped drive way.

She didn't know how to stop the car. "Wait! I can't stop the car," she panicked. Her eyes widened and her hands started to shake gripping onto the wheel.

She pressed all the buttons, but nothing worked. She moved her foot down, but it made the car move faster.

She moved back from the driveway a little to fast, she never noticed a garbage can by the end of the driveway and hit the car into it.

She heard a loud crash and she finally found the right petal to stop the car. She hesitantly got out of the car and noticed there was a dent on his expensive car.

She didn't want to look at Giovanni, she already knew the look he had on his face. She slowly turned around and smiled, innocently at him. She batted her lashes, sweetly and tried to cover the dent with her body.

He was trying to keep his anger in control, but he found his exterior cracking. He was furious. He told her and she didn't listen. So, now his car was wrecked.

The garbage can was knocked on the ground and rolling everywhere.

"No ice cream," he disciplined, calmly. He never lost his cool, he kept his face neutral.

Those words caused her heart to drop. She would rather have wanted him to yell at her than tell her that.

"No!" She exclaimed, horrified. She ran up to him and engulfed him in a hug. "No, please, I'm sorry, I'll pay for it, I promise you, but please let me have ice cream."

Giovanni glared daggers at her. His gaze was cold and harsh. He plies her arms from around him and gently pushed her away.

She felt like a child. She wasn't, she was an adult and he couldn't tell her what to do.

"You know what," she snarked at him. "You can't tell me what to do."

Giovanni grabbed ahold of me and made me face him. "You realize what you've done. You dented a five point three million dollar car, you know how expensive that is, or do you just expect money to be handed to you?" He growled at her.

He couldn't keep the anger in him. He had to explain to her what she did.

Her eyes widened. Five million dollars for a car, that's crazy that he spent that much in general.

"If you had the money to buy that car, I'm pretty sure you have money to get it fixed," she sassed.

He felt anger penetrating off him. She just didn't understand.

"That's not the point," he snarled at her. "You got everything handed to you, you won't understand what it's like to earn the money you get."

She took offensive to him. She wasn't just some spoiled Daddy's girl, there was more to her.

"You torture people to get money, you get money illegally," she pointed out. "You don't understand either."

He seethed his teeth together. "That's not the same thing. You're going to find a way to repay it, or else I'm going to sue you," he threatened her.

She seemed taken by surprise. He wouldn't do that, would he?

He was bluffing, he wouldn't sue her and he knew that. He just needed her to understand what she had done.

Her eyes widened. "What?"

"You heard me," he said. He went in the car and drove it back up into the garage.

She ran to catch up to it. She had more to say.

"But how will I?" She asked. She didn't want to do this.

"I don't know if you've ever heard of this, but maybe get a job," he answered, acerbically.

She scoffed. "Yeah right."

When she realized he wasn't joking she stared at him in disbelief.

"B-But you can't! How will I even apply for a job, how will I get five million dollars?" She whined.

"Not my problem," he shrugged. He turned the car off and was about to walk away.

She followed him. "Please, Giovanni, you can't do this," she begged.

Giovanni ignored her and closed the garage, going into the house. The boys were standing right by the door, listening to the conversation.

"We heard a crash," Tobias replied.

Giovanni went into his office and was about to close the door when I slipped into the room before he could.

He was about to go sit in his desk, but Chanel grabbed his arm. He swung around to face her.

"I'm sorry about your car, it's just, you got on my nerves when you didn't have faith in me," she explained.

He gave her a hard glare.

"I can see why you didn't have faith in me now, but please, don't make me work," she tried to reason with him.

"It might be good for you, Chanel. It might make you realize you can't just get away with whatever you want," he told her.

"Don't sue me," she pleaded.

"I will, if you don't find a way to get me money."

"What if I don't? Are you going to torture it out of me?" She asked. She was being serious. What would he do?

"Let's just say you don't want to find out," he answered, sinisterly.

She felt her face pale. She thought he was moving on from this.

Giovanni stared at her, he would usually gain satisfaction from seeing people with scared expressions, but he didn't like her being scared of him.

Of course he wasn't going to do anything to her, but he didn't want her to know that.

He walked towards her and she stepped back. "Stop, Giovanni you're scaring me."

He continued to walk towards her until she hit the wall and couldn't back away from him anymore. He nuzzled his nose against her neck.

He chuckled. "I'm not actually going to do anything to you," he assured her.

She felt herself relax to his touch.

"You're too fucking cute," he finished.

He complimented her.

She stared in shock. "What did you just say?"

He backed up and stared deep in her eyes. "Sei così carino," he repeated in Italian. (You look fucking cute)

"I didn't say to speak Italian," she told him. "Although I kind of like it when you do, it's hot," she told him, honestly.

He chuckled, softly and placed a kiss on her lips. She looked up at him. He was already staring at her.

She looked away. "Do you forgive me for wrecking your car?" She asked. She looked down at her feet, anxious to see how long he would hold a grudge over her for.

"I don't know," he answered. She could see a smug smile on his face. He did forgive her. He couldn't stay mad at her no matter what.

She pouted her bottom lip forward, it trembled a little. What would it take to make him forgive her?

He scoffed. He couldn't stay mad at her, especially when she unknowingly does things like that.

"Fine, fine, I forgive you," he muttered.

Her eyes lit with happiness and her lips pulled up into a wide smile. Giovanni felt his lips curl into a smile as well. She was contagious.

She embraced him in a hug and he stiffened. He usually doesn't like hugs, but since it was her, he didn't care. He slowly brought his arms over her back and squeezed back.

She pulled away from him with a cheeky grin on her petulant lips.

"Can we get ice cream?" She asked, excitedly. Her eyes held fervour and fire. Her smile extended wider of that was even possible. She was already smiling big.

"Don't push it," he growled. He didn't look in her eyes because he knew he would give in.

Let's just say she ended up getting what she wanted, anyways. She always did with him. No matter what he felt he would always let go for her.

She was changing him.

She was helping him.

He was helping her.

She was becoming his weakness and for once he didn't deny it. He embraced it.

He liked that she had a place in his heart.

He was falling for her.

She was falling for him.
