We arrived back to the mansion and I still hadn't looked at Giovanni. I exited the car and slammed the door shut just to prove a point. I was angry. I was angry that I was angry enough to care about what he thought of me.

I stomped toward the front door and tried to open it, only to find it's locked. Giovanni was still in the car, he had his hands on the wheel and his gaze was on me. His casual scowl playing on his lips.

I continued to wiggle the door handle in hopes it would automatically open. Giovanni finally got out of the car when I heard his door shut.

I heard his footsteps approach me and I refused to look at him. I backed away from him and waited for him to unlock the door.

"You're annoying me, princess," he seethed out.

Why was he angry? I had the every right to be angry, not him.

I crossed my hands over my chest and rolled my neck away from him. I didn't want to hear him.

"Fine then, when we get inside. We'll pay a visit to the basement," he threatened.

My mouth dropped open. I uncrossed my arms in furry and balled my hands in fists. How dare he use my fear against me. He was heartless.

He unlocked the door, but I refused to go in. I was not going into the house if it risked going into the basement again.

I felt tears cloud my vision. Everything came crashing to me. I was kidnapped again, only this time I wasn't alone. Valeria, my best friend was kidnapped as well. I wonder how she was.

Her heart was beating faster in the car with four random boys she'd met. She didn't know who they are or what they could do?

She couldn't believe she got into this mess in the first place. Why does everything bad happen to Chanel? Why does she have to be involved?

Hopefully they won't kill her and dump her body in a ditch.

The car was silent and no one had spoken a word since they'd gotten inside. She was sat beside Luke and Grae. Derrick was in the passenger seat and Tobias was in the front, driving the car, since he was the best driver out of all of them.

He'd been driver since they'd first started the gang. He was the fastest and skilled at losing the police every time they'd get caught.

They trusted him to drive.

Valeria's hands were trembling and her knees were bouncing up and down on the seat from her nerves. She seemed to do that when she was anxious.

"Would you quit that?" Grae snapped at her. He was the first one to speak so far.

The girl irritated him. He didn't know why. Maybe it was because she reminded him of Chanel, but he knew he disliked her, as well.

"Sorry," she squealed out. He scared her. He pulled a gun out at her. Even though all the guys scared her, Grae was the one she feared the most.

Everything about him gave her chills. His jet black hair and icy blue eyes that were so light the hue looked grey. They were darker every time he would look at her.

"Grae, don't scare the girl," Luke said. Valeria felt her mind racing, so many questions racked her brain on what's going on.

What was her mother going to think of where she was? What would happen to her and Chanel? Why did they have to put themselves in this position in the first place? If she never would've came to pick up Chanel. Valeria would be safe and sound in the covers of her bed watching, Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

She missed her mother and her stuffed bear which she named, Mr. Bear when she was five.

She was lost in thought she hadn't realized the tears that leaked from her diamond blue eyes.

"Oh come on, I never know what to do when a girl cries," Tobias whined. He caught a glimpse of her in the mirror. His eyes held pity. Soon, the guys all had their eyes on her.

She felt awkward and intimidated in this situation.

Luke got a tissue from the middle compartment in the car and passed it to her. "Here you go."

"Thanks," Valeria sniffled. She sneezed into the Kleenex and blew her nose. The tip of her nose was red.

She handed the tissue to Grae and Grae exclaimed in disgust. "What the fuck are you doing?"

Her lips formed a timid smile and her cheeks blushed in embarrassment.

He threw the used tissue away and glared at Valeria. He was grossed out she would do something like that.

"I thought you were my mom," she answered.

The three boys bursted out laughing and the ditsy girl.

"Your mom? Do I look like your mom?" He shouted. He was offended. Why would she think such about him?

"No," she answered, sheepishly. "My bad."

"You're so stupid," Grae insulted.

Valeria smiled. "At least I don't have a feminine voice like my mom," she fought back.

The guys looked at the girl, astonishingly. The car was silent.

"You do!" Grae bellowed. His voice was angry.

"Oh." Valeria's mouth formed a small circle. "It appears I do."

"What are you saying, girl?" Tobias asked. He was slightly intrigued by the strange girl. She was oddly different than Chanel, but came from the same rich part as her.

Valeria giggled. "I don't even know."

Once they arrived to the house she happily got out of the car. She spotted Chanel standing by the doorway.

She ran up to her. "What's wrong? The doors wide open. Oh my Lord, don't tell me there is a magic portal which takes you to another dimension," Valeria vented. "Is that where Giovanni is now?"

She filled Chanel's head with nonsense, Chanel felt the need to stop her.

"No! Enough with your stupid fantasies," she retorted.

"What's wrong with you?" Valeria asked.

"Nothing, I'm always like this," Chanel snapped.

"Quit getting mad at me, I've done nothing, I literally got kidnapped for you," Valeria brawled.

"Well, I didn't ask you to do that," Chanel disputed. The tears fell down her face and Valeria froze. She never meant to make her cry. She just didn't understand what happened.

Valeria knew Chanel has the tendency to keep everything to herself. She would not open up to anyone, she was surprised that Chanel even opened up to her at one point.

Chanel wiped her tears and ran inside the house. She hated crying.

Valeria sighed and looked back towards the SUV. The boys were watching the fight go down.

"Cat fight," Tobias screeched. Valeria glared at him. She was not in the mood for them.

She ignored them and went into the house. Guilt clawed at her chest, her stomach clenched. She hated fighting with her.

"It's alright she'll forgive you," Luke placed a hand on her shoulder. "Eventually."

Valeria gasped.

What if she would never forgive her? What if they stop being friends? What will happen now when they live together with a bunch of criminals.

"Do you think she'll forgive me?" Valeria asked Luke. Her blue eyes wide.

"Sure, I think no one could stay mad at you for long," Luke answered.

Valeria smiled. "You think?"

"I know."

Valeria went to bed happier knowing she'll be best friends with Chanel again soon.
