You were born in the Alola Region and had a fairly normal life.

However you and your family eventually ended up moving to Kanto and like any kid moving to a new place you were shy and didn't make a lot of friends at first.

That was until you met a bright and upbeat girl named Ashley Ketchum.

She was a ball of energy who loved pokemon just as much as you and though she wasn't the smartest girl in the world she was hardworking and, determined and always did her best.

The 2 of you got along well and became the best of friends.

You both promised to eventually start a journey together when both of you turned 10.

You wouldn't admit it back then, but you had a crush on the girl, but you were too shy back then.

However maybe in this journey you'll finally be able to confess your feelings to the girl that helped you come out of your shell.

As stated before you are from Alola and this Mimikyu was your very first pokemon.

You found the poor creature attempting to repair it's tattered costume in the forest.

You knew that repairing their costume caused Mimikyu pain and so you took it home and knitted it a completely new costume.

Mimikyu was incredibly grateful and decided to become your Pokemon out of gratitude and you gladly accepted.

Your Mimikyu was a great comfort for when you first moved to Kanto.
