From the very beginning

Continuous beeping sound of machine nearby woke me up, slowly opening my eyes I am welcome again by dimmed light. Gradually adjusting I scan my surroundings; it was a room, a dimmed hospital room. I tried to shift the upper part of my body, sitting on my bed I found Lisa sitting on a chair and sleeping in my side, holding tight my left hand while she's resting her head with her right hand as her pillow on the side of my bed

Slowly I tuck some of her hair covering her pretty face, she moved a little bit and bring even closer my hand she's now holding tight.

"Lisa.." I smiled and crouch to kiss the top of her head, trying to wake her up. "Lisa.." I whispered on her ear

That made her move, I watch how she sits up straight and slowly opened her eyes, brown eyes again met mine "Oh shit you're finally awake" she cuss and hurriedly stands up

She cups my both cheeks and sits beside my bed "Baby are you alright? Are you still hurt? Tell me if your body is still aching I will call the doctor! Is there something you need? Something you want to eat? "

I chuckled and held her both hands "I'm fine Lisa, I don't feel hurt and I'm not hungry"

She sighed "Really?"

"Hmm yes" I nod, she suddenly leaned close and kissed my forehead, I closed my eyes for the sudden contact "I thought I will lose you, I'm so damn scared fuck" she hug me tight in her arms

I tug her hoody and hug her back, resting my chin on her broad shoulder I hummed "You won't lose me, I won't run away again Lisa, I promise you that. I won't leave you again"

Lisa stiffened, slowly slipping away from her embrace she stared at my eyes, so deep without even blinking her dark brown irises in just seconds of staring at them, it took me to the depth of the ocean

"What's wrong?" I mumbled, lifting my right hand to cup her cheek, she didn't answer instead she pulled me again in her arms and buried her face in the crook of my neck

"Lisa?" I tap her back, she tighten her hug and soon enough, I felt a wet thing landed on my neck

"Lisa are you crying?" I ask worried as I tried to pull away, she remained hugging me so tight "Baby?.."

"Shh baby please let me, let me hug you like this for a minute, no for eterni-ty, for all of my li-fe.." her voice obviously cracked.

"Are you crying?" I asked

I felt she shook her head "No..I'm not" she whispered

"You're a terrible liar" I chuckled

That made her let go of me and face me now, as soon as she darted her eyes on me I didn't take a second to cup both of her cheeks and kiss her on the lips. I wanted to do that as soon as I woke up, to kiss her, to let her feel she won't lose me and I wanted to thank her for saving me when I almost died in that awful day

I tried to move my lips, despite still feeling weak I leaned closer and deepened my kiss, closing my eyes shut and just focus on kissing her badly and trying to convey the feelings of gratitude, happiness, love, care and security I felt for her this time she's here with me. Silently wishing in my mind and deep in my heart it will reach her and today I tear up when I finally succeeded the moment she held my nape and kissed me back with the same passion I'm giving through my kisses, it didn't take her seconds to dominate the kiss and send shivers down my spine and my whole body.

The kiss she was giving was full of adoration and love, the same feelings she wanted to convey like mine, the feeling of our lips moving in familiar sync brings me back in her mansion where I also initiated the kiss, when I confessed and admitted I love her.

It was still the same, our feelings four years ago are still in there we are both giving to each other through our kisses. And her effect on me was still the same, be it today, tomorrow or in the future Lisa's effect will forever be marked in every part of my body, only her can do this to me, only Lisa can send me to the pit of my nirvana, my Lisa.

"I love you, I will forever love you baby.." I whispered the moment she parted her lips, she smiled and caress my cheek with her thumb. Even her simple gesture like that could make my heart beat mad, how can she do this to me? Have this so much magical effect on me?

"I know, I love you too and I should better call the doctor to check you up now" she chuckled while scratching her nape and kiss my forehead before she left my room to call the doctor

"So how is she? Are there any internal bleeding or injuries present?" Lisa was holding my hand when her best friend Seulgi came to check me up

Her friend shook her head and showed her some papers "None, you guys can go home this afternoon and take a rest, I suggest you should not work or attend your classes Jennie since your leg is not yet fully healed. It will take days before you can return to your work again"

"How about Lily, who will-

"Lily will temporarily stop in school, that bastard is here in Seoul and I won't risk my daughter being kidnapped by that fucking man Jennie" Lisa growled beside me

I nod my head, trying to disregard the memories of that awful day , my head throb as another fast swift images of that dream flashed in my mind, I held my temple

"Are you okay Jennie?" Seulgi suddenly asked and sits on the chair next to my bed, Lisa turned her head to me and whispered "What's wrong? Are you okay?"

"I'm fine" I excused and rested my head on Lisa's shoulder, closing my eyes shut to stop the pain I am suddenly feeling in my head

"Is there something wrong? Is your head aching?" I heard Seulgi ask

I slightly nod my head and opened my eyes "A little bit, I don't know my head aches so bad when some fast images will appear in my mind"

"What images?" Lisa asked, I sit up straight and stare at her eyes

"The images I dreamed that day, I remember two little girl named Rj and Lili promised to marry each other, a little boy, sand castles, a man shaking another man's hand, a mansion, a serious kid playing remote control cars, a scary man handing me lollipops"

The two bestfriends looks at each other's eyes, Seulgi was widening her eyes on me so I arch an eyebrow and ask "What's wrong? You guys know something about it?" I landed my eyes on Lisa gulping and also staring at me

"Jennie I'm sorry but you and Lisa will have to stay here for another days, I need to check you up and examine you again"

The day after Seulgi performed various tests on me, particularly in my brain. Lisa the whole day never left my side, meany looking bulky men in black suits are stationed in every corner of the hospital I am currently admitted. Irene also visited afternoon that day saying she took Lily in her house and I don't have to worry about her because Lisa hired lots of men surrounding their premises.

Jisoo and Chaeyoung also came that night, looking all so worried and tired, crying when they heard the news about me being shot by my own father and almost burned alive.

"I can't believe that bastard got away again! Oh my god Jen are you now okay? Thank god you have Lisa!" Jisoo hugs me on my side, we are sitting on one of the benches of the park beside the hospital, Chaeyoung was on my other side tapping Jisoo's back by her arm behind my back

Lisa's men in disguise are all scattered in the area, hiding in the dark while seriously watching our surroundings and vigilant in every people that will pass us by. Lisa was also sitting on one of the benches not far away from us, wearing cap and thick coat, obviously hiding a dangerous thing bulging in her waist, since I woke up she never left my sight, she was always on my side wherever I go.

"Unnie I'm now okay, I'm recovering and tomorrow I can go home, I'm fine now so don't cry" I laughed to comfort the two.

Jisoo sits up straight and wipe her tears, she pouted and suddenly smack my arm "Yah! You almost died Jenduek and now you're telling me not to cry?!" her voice echoed in the silent park, I shifted when I saw Lisa's men move but Lisa signalled them to not worry.

"Unnie I'm fine, I didn't die so save your tears. You look really ugly when you cry" I laughed at the two still sniffing beside me "Thank you for visiting me here anyway, where did you heard the news? I thought Lisa took care of it so it won't reach the public"

"Lisa was the one who told us, she sent a man named Matthew to fetch us in Gangnam Jen, she also provided us a room in her hotel for us to stay tonight" Chaeyoung answered

I nod and look at Lisa staring at us from afar "She did?"

"Uh huh, can you believe we were fetch by a limo after our work and brought us here in Seoul using Lisa Manoban's private jet? And your fiancée suddenly offered us to work in her hotel?" Jisoo chuckled

"What?" I almost choke

"Oh yes yes! She sent that Matthew man to talk to ma'am Dara and luckily she agreed, we are now residing in Seoul Jen, her secretary named Jin also took care of our things and our paperworks" Chaeyoung

I widened my eyes at the two "Really? Lisa did all of that?"

Jisoo and Chaeyoung smiled "Yes, she said she will take care of those people who are important to you, you know your father is still on the run and she's afraid he might use us to -you know that already." Jisoo held my hand

We remained in there sitting and talking to each other, after almost one hour of talking and laughing they bid goodbye and excused they will now rest because they are tired from their flight. Smiling I walks towards Lisa's bench and seated next to her

"You seem so happy" she smiled, I leaned back and rest my head on her shoulder

"Because someone made me happy" I smiled

"Hmmm who could that be? Let me guess, me?" she caressed my hair

"Of course it's you, only you could make me this so happy" I giggle " I didn't know you brought Jisoo unnie and Chaeyoung here though, you are full of surprises Manoban"

"Am I? I just thought that bastard will come again and will target those people who are close to you to get Irish back, I swear I will kill him once my men found out where he is hiding"

"Why would he badly want Irish Bae to see him anyway? What's their relationship?" I shifted and darted my eyes on Lisa

"I don't know, I haven't talk to Irish yet and she also can't visit since she is still in Canada. I will talk to her once she will fly here to Seoul" I only nod, she stared at me and shifted her body sideways, she licks her lower lip

"The dreams you dreamed about, can you still remember that little girl in your dream?"

I squinted my eyes on her, trying to remember that dream I dreamed about days ago, it seems like yesterday it was so clear to me but right now I only remember blur images and scenes "Yes a little but I can't fully remember her face now, I only know she will offer me lots of lollipops and even offered me marriage in the future"

"Is that girl named Lili?"

"Hmm yes Lili, I remember calling her by that name and I don't know why actually, it was just a dream anyway, don't think about it Lisa" I said and rest my head again on her shoulder, closing my eyes, feeling her warmth and her arm wrap around my back, soon enough I felt the tiredness of my body and it immediately drifted me to sleep

"But what if that dream was true? That you are actually that little girl I promised to marry in the future? That you are my Rj?" she whispered low I didn't hear

"Hmm, what?"

"Nothing baby, sleep now" she kissed my head

Days after that Seulgi discharge me from the hospital since my leg was already healed, like in that hospital Lisa's unit was full of men in black surrounding her place.

Irene was already inside with our daughter Lily playing with her toys, she stopped on playing when she heard the door shut and immediately run towards me

"Mommy!" she hugs my legs, I smiled and carried her in my arms and kiss her on her lips "Hi baby"

"Aunt Irene said mommy took a vacation, mommy you bad! You didn't invite Lily! Hmp!" she pouted and crossed her arms. I laughed and seated on the sofa Irene was sitting, I mumbled "Thank you" before turning my head to my daughter now having her tantrums on my lap

"Lily missed mommy a lot! I can't sleep at night and aunt Irene can't sing me a song! She don't know Elsa's song and she sings so bad mommy, even daddy can do better than her! " my daughter complained, which on the other hand earned a glare from my friend beside me and a loud laugh coming from my fiancée in front of us

"Yah mini Manoban! How dare you say that in front of me? I bought you hundreds of expensive toys in my account and that's you're way of saying thank you to your beautiful aunt?" Irene roared

"Lily already said thank you! And Lily didn't ask you to buy me toys! It was your decision!" shouted back my daughter and hugs me

Me and Lisa laughed upon hearing that and witnessing Irene scoffing and fanning herself, complaining our daughter inherited Lisa's rude attitude. I thanked Irene before she went home that morning to fetch her mom, after she visited Lisa's secretary Jin also came, he seated in the sofa where Irene was seating earlier and handed Lisa documents.

After placing Lily in her room to play I served them cups of coffees and seated beside Lisa in front of Jin

"Good morning Mrs Manoban" Jin greeted and smiled

I slightly blushed hearing him saying I am Mrs Manoban, I cleared my throat and smiled at him back "Good morning Jin"

"So boss, about our plan tonight I already contacted the Fbi's Alpha team to escort Irish Bae and her daughter Irene Bae safely into their mansion. We already got approval from Irish Bae herself and her husband to conduct our mission tonight in their premises, I also received a report from Seoul's police station today they found a witness who saw Pedro roaming in the streets near Irish Bae's mansion"

"My hypothesis was right, he will not stop until he saw Irish" Lisa gritted and clench her fist and jaw

"What mission are you guys talking about?" I asked the two

Jin looked at Lisa, she bore her eyes on me "We plan to capture Pedro Kim tonight, in Irish Bae's mansion. I suspect he will attack tonight since Irish Bae's arrival will be tonight. Her coming back to Seoul after successfully merging her business with famous business men in Canada was aired last night" Lisa answered

"What? Are you coming then?"

She nods "Yes baby, I am coming" she said in her deep voice, almost dangerous

I tugged her arm "Then I am coming too"

"What?!" her eyebrows creased "You can't! I almost lost you because of him and I will not allow that motherfucker to see you again! No Jennie I can't risk yo-

"Then I will not allow you too! He is too dangerous Lisa! He killed people and I can't let him lay even a single finger on you!"

"Hundreds of skilled men will come tonight, I also hired Fbi's special team working underground, dealing with mafias and many dangerous people and more, your father won't have a fucking chance to escape tonight. I will be safe don't worry about it, I want to see that bastard captured with my own eyes" she holds my hands

"If many skilled men will come then I will come too, if you will be there then I will be too"

"Jennie it's too dangerous, I may kill your father tonight so -

"That bastard is not my father Lisa" I gritted, looking at Lisa who stopped for a minute and only stared at my eyes.

"I will come with you tonight"

The night came after that, Lisa in the end agreed in bringing me in Irish Bae's mansion. We let Chaeyoung and Jisoo took care of Lily tonight. We are stationed near the mansion, inside a black van and wearing bullet proof vest with Lisa in front of me looking so serious communicating with her men inside the car

"Boss alpha team is on their way" said a young man in front of computers, numerous small screen was placed inside the van with footage of Irish Bae coming with her daughter Irene surrounded by uniformed men escorting her into her car. Several police cars soon enough followed when Irish Bae's car leave

"Show me the footage around the mansion" Lisa ordered to the young man, the young man then obliged and did Lisa's order, showing now the footage around Irene's mansion with men patrolling the area

"I assume he is still hiding boss, he will only come out once Irish Bae is alone" said another men, wearing this full combat gear with gun on his shoulder

Lisa furrowed her eyebrows observing the quiet surroundings of Irish Bae's mansion, men with guns guarding in every place

Lisa slumped back in her swivel chair and played with her lips, she's wearing this full combat gear like everybody else was wearing inside this van, including me who won't do anything. It's just for safety purposes my fiancée instructed me to wear

"Boss alpha team is five minutes away from our position, what's your order?"

Lisa's eyebrows creased "Order those men stationed around Irish mansion to get inside one by one, that fucking bastard is not dumb to attack with numerous men surrounding him. Get in your position and be ready, once Irish Bae enter the gate that bastard will come out" she stands up and gets her golden pistol on the mini table beside her

She looked at me and crouched "You will stay here Jennie, Wick will take care of you" she said

"Boss three minutes"

"Beta team be ready, do not shoot at all cost. I will shoot that bastard myself" she ordered before their team silently made their way near the mansion and hid behind the tall trees.

My heart was beating so fast when Irish Bae's car entered the gates alone, I watch how the driver of Irish opens the door of her car and the sophisticated woman came out, alone with no body guards at all, only her driver.

And I jump on my seat when Lisa was right, that bastard really came out not a minute after and hurriedly punches the man bowing in front of Irish! Before he can even touch Irene's mother, Lisa's team in fast quick moves was already surrounding him! Two men hurriedly covered Irish Bae and ordered her men to come out, the bastard then fell on the ground in his knees with his two hands behind his back held by two Lisa's men.

I motioned to open the van's door when I saw Lisa pointed her gun on his forehead, no she can't kill someone! No matter how we loathe that man and cursed him to die it is wrong to kill, it will never be right! I need to save her!

"Ma'am where are you going? Boss instructed me to keep you in here" the man held my hand and stopped me

I shoved his hands away "Your boss will kill that man and she will be sued for it! Now let go of me!" I opened the car's door and run towards Lisa's direction

But I stopped on my tracks when someone captured my hand and suddenly covered my mouth! "Hmmmm! Let go of me!"

"Nene naman huwag kang sumigaw, ako to, si manong Tiborcio mo( Nene please don't shout, it's me, your Uncle Tiborcio)" my eyes widened, holy shit I forgot this man was still alive!

"Let go of me!" I shouted

"Hmm you still smell so good Nene, I wonder if your fiancée will allow me to finally taste you tonight since she's busy pointing a gun in your father's head" I protested when he drags me to the dark side of the road

"Let go of her!" shouted Wick and I sighed in relief when he came pointing a gun on Manong Tiborcio!
