"Don't, let her sleep."

"I need to pee Julian."

"She's exhausted. Look at her. You did this to her. You're bad for her."

"And what do you want me to do? It's not my fault I fell in love with her!"

"But it is your fault for making her fall in love with you."

"No!" Noel gasped, covering her hand over her mouth. A deep frown was displayed on her face. "Omg, is he okay?"

I ran a hand through my hair before I decided to pull it up in a messy bun. "For now. He needs a heart transplant, or at least that's what Julian said. After I fell asleep with him I left in the morning without a word."

"Reign! He needs you during this time-"

"I'm not just thinking about myself anymore," I growled, scowling at her. I looked down at my belly and closed my eyes, wondering what the hell I was going to do.

"I've been neglectful to him or her. I can't be like my mother. I refuse," I said, shaking my head.

Noel sighed and placed her hand on top of mines. "You're not like your mother in anyway-"

I let out a dry laugh. "Oh yeah? I'm just like her in the early stages of motherhood. She didn't even know she was pregnant with me until the fourth month."

"That doesn't make you like her," she replied, shaking her head. She got up and extended her hand out for me. "Come."

"Come where?" I asked, frowning at her. We had a plan to stay in my house all day and catch up on Suits.

"Your doctor duh."

"Don't we have to make an appointment?" I asked, slipping off the couch. I grabbed my jacket and slipped my arms through the arms.

"I'm sure they allow walk ins."

Three hours later and we were still waiting for Dr. Jones to be free. Noel was fine, smacking her bubble gum while flipping through magazine. On the other hand I was getting way to annoyed. I was tapping my feet impatiently as I huffed out loud for the fifth time that hour.

"Your leg is going to fall off if you keep that up," Noel said, not looking up as she flipped another page.

"I'm going to leave in the next five minutes if they don't show up."

"Don't be so dramatic Reign," Noel mentioned, tossing her sixth magazine down. She grabbed another magazine with a naked chubby baby on the cover. "You waited this long for them, might as well stay."

"All this waiting is killing me," I groaned. "I can't take this anymore. I'm leaving."

I got up and grabbed my jacket with me. I could hear Noel coo over a cute baby girl. I rolled my eyes and grabbed the door but stopped as I heard my name being called. Frowning, I stopped and turned around. Noel raised and eyebrow at me, her look saying you still leaving?

"Reign Dawson," the receptionist repeated, looking around the room. Eager women looked around, wondering if someone was going to claim the spot or should they did.

"Here," I said in a small voice. "I'm right here. "

"Great," she said in a not so enthusiastic tone. "Dr. Jones will see you now."

Noel squealed as she followed me into the private patient rooms. My heart was beating quickly as I began to feel nervous. I rubbed my sweaty palms against my yoga pants and took deep breaths. I prayed that everything was alright with my baby. I don't know how much bad news I could endure in a short time frame.

"Miss. Dawson," a dark skinned woman with light grey hair said. "Reign. It's so good to see you again."

She smiled at me as she sat down on her swirly chair. "What brings you in today?"

I took a deep breath and rubbed my palms against my pants again. "I think I'm pregnant. Well, I know I am. I just wanted to know how my baby was doing, if the growth was okay, if he/she is healthy, etc."

"Your last period?" She asked, pulling out some gloves.

I bit my lip and shrugged. "Sometime early October? I honestly don't remember."

Dr. Jones raised an eyebrow at me. "Were you sexually active with more than one male?"

My cheeks blushed. I felt like I was being punished by a teacher. "No. Just one."

Noel frowned at me and I shook my head. "Just Tobias. I never did it with Julian."

"Huh," Noel said, leaning back as she frowned.

"Did you take pregnancy tests?"

The questions went on and on and soon we were waiting for the results to check if I really was pregnant but we all knew the answer. Just to be sure, as Dr. Jones would say. Once she saw that I was in fact pregnant we got to the part I was waiting for: the ultrasound.

I sucked in a deep breath of air as the cold jelly made contact with my stomach. Dr. Jones placed the little machine over my belly and I immediately heard little echo noises. I felt bowls hand clasp into mines and I smile gratefully at her. I might not appreciate her all the time, but I definitely did now.

"And here's your baby."

I held my breath as I turned my attention to the screen. There I saw a tiny little baby, my baby. I could feel myself getting emotional as I stared at the screen.

"Everything looks fine. Your baby's heart rate is fine and is breathing normally. It's as healthy as can be!" Mrs. Jones remarked, hitting something on the screen before removing the little machine. She handed me a tissue to wipe all the goo off my belly which I gladly scraped off.

"Here's your sonogram pictures. Come in every four weeks for a regular check up. Congratulations Reign! You're carrying a little human inside of you. The best gift anyone could give you."

~*~

"Thanks for making me get off my ass," I told Noel, getting out of her car. "I'm happy that one thing in my life is going alright."

Noel gave me her genuine friendly smile before nodding her head. "Of course Reign. I'm just glad that everything is okay with my future goddaughter or godson!"

I chuckled at her enthusiasm as I shut the passenger door behind me. On our way back to my apartment I told her, well asked her,  if she and Scott would be open to be my baby's godparents. That probably was a mistake to ask while she was driving. She started to tear up and soon she had to pull over by how much she was crying. Then she had me crying. Basically we were both hugging each other on the side of the road with tears pooling down our eyes. If people were staring at us as they drove by they probably thought somebody had just died.

I giggled again as I slipped my key out of my pocket. As I was about to turn the key my phone began ringing. I sighed and rummaged through my coat pocket and pulled it out. I frowned as I saw an unknown caller ID.

"Hello?" I asked, balancing the phone on my shoulder blade and ear as I finished unlocking my door.

"Fuck, why haven't you been answering?" I heard Tobias's voice growl. I frowned as I stood still, half way in between the hallway of my apartment and in my apartment.

"Wait, no I'm sorry. Don't hang up. Please, whatever you do don't hang up."

I sighed, feeling myself slowly lose my mind. "Tobias, I can't do this right now-"

"Reign, please."

I heard how desperate he sounded and that's when I felt the hair on my skin stick up. I've only heard him plead with me that seriously once and I remember how serious it was. It was just a night ago I heard him pleading for me to forgive him. I heard someone say Sorensen your time is up before I heard him yell back angrily.

"I get one phone call! I know my fucking rights!"

I could feel the wind being knocked out of me as I leaned against the door frame. What did he get himself into now? Why is he even out? He should be at home resting.

"Reign," I heard him sigh. "I need you to bail me out of jail."

Tobias... Tobias, Tobias...
What do you all think he did?
Do you think Reign is going to bail him out?
Also, what gender do you think the baby is? c:
