Chapter 37: Will you please shut up?

I looked around and observed if I'm in the right place as I continued to walk through the streets of God knows where

I sighed.

Where am I?

I held my head as the aching came back "The medicine reduced the pain but it still hurts....."

I drank the medicine Pika gave me and sighed in relief "It seems to have a quick effect. I feel better now.."

*Ache

I held my head and winced "kinda..."

Pika smiled and patted my head gently "You should find the two and reunite. I'm sure they're together."

"Eeeh?? I wanna go with you..."

It was his turn to sigh "You got fired remember?"

I turned my back at him as an irk mark appeared on my head "D-don't remind me.." my eye twitching

He also turned his back on me "I need to deal with something. I don't want you involved as much as possible.."

I looked down "Fighting the spiders huh?"

No answer...

I'll take that as a yes.

I chuckled "Say Hi to Neon for me would ya?"

He looked down and nodded

No verbal answer...

But still I took it as a yes..

I smiled "This is temporary goodbye then.."

He raised his head "I suppose it is."

He suddenly turned serious..

Soon, fading footsteps were heard when

"Kurapika."

He stopped walking and faced me

I slowly looked at him and gave a bright smile

"Don't die okay?"

His eyes widened at my honesty that touched his heart

He gave a beautiful, genuine smile

"Okay."

Abruptly, Ski exited my bag and suddenly ran towards an unfamiliar direction "Huh....? AAAAHH!! Ski!! Hey wait!!" I chased after him

We turned on a corner and saw a crowd not too far from where we are

I continued running and almost tripped on a GODDAMN STONE

The shouts and cheers became louder and clearer as we neared them

"Come on you can do it!"

"I wanna go too!!"

"You're weak. I'm better than you!"

"I'm next!"

Our footsteps became slower and our movements ceased at the scene

What's going on?

Ski climed to my head and gasped at what he saw

"Ski? What is it?"

I didn't wait for his answer and pushed through the crowd

My eyes widened

"Isn't that..."

I smirked

"That's them."

~~Gon's P.O.V.~~

I arm wrestled the guy before me and cold sweat appeared all over my body

Just a little more..

I pretended to be having trouble and ended the round

Leorio raised his hand, signing the victor "Kid Gon, WIIIINNSSS!!"

The crowd groaned "Again??"

"The kid already defeated so many.."

"He's just weak."

And then a familiar voice caught our attention

"Then may I go next?" The girl raised her money

I felt Leorio and Killua, shocked at what we're seeing as we thought of the same thing..

~~Minji's P.O.V.~~

I handed the money to good ol' Leorio and gave him a knowing glance

He took the message and continued his announcement "Looks like a brave little girl wanted to try!! You make take a seat young miss!"

On my way to that said seat, I met Killua's eyes and gave the same knowing glance

He quickly understands and nodded

Right. Pretend we're strangers. We don't know what might happen.. Killua thought

I sat infront of Gon and place a finger to my lip, telling him to keep quiet

But he didn't get the message..

"Uhh.. What are you doing here Min-"

"Let's now start!!"

Gon only remained silent as we clasped our hands together

"Ready!!!"

"Wait!"

The yelling stopped as they all looked at me and I pointed at Killua

"May I fight this young man right there instead?"

"What??"

"That's unfair!"

"Yeah!"

I turned around and smiled at them 'innocently' with an irk mark on my head. I emmited an aura.

"Will you please shut up?"

Silence..

I came back to my normal self "Thank you!"

I turned to face Killua who was now sitting infront of me while Gon held the diamond and he sweatdropped

Uhh.. Why not me? He thought.

We clasped our hands as Killua asked "Why?"

And then it began.

We began arm wrestling with each other as I answered his question "I don't want Gon to waste his energy on me because he'll still be fighting for the next rounds.." I struggled against his strength

The crowd cheered for each participant

He somewhat smirked "That might be true but... Why me?" I started to pin his arm, taking him closer to defeat

I smirked through the andrenaline

"Cause you look fun."

We continued our quite heated of a battle as he had his turn of pinning me down bringing me closer to defeat

My smirk got wider "You really are stubbo-"

The cheers The four of us ceased all movements as we thought of the same thing

What was that just now?

I felt an aura. A strong one. And that's not only one person.

There are more of them!

I knew they felt it too seeing as Ski rapidly hid in my bag out of fear

I snapped back to reality just to realize that my arm had made contact with the table

So I lost huh?

The three still seemed to be shocked at the feeling so I decided to speak "Ah! I lost!"

That seemed to work as they looked around "T-The kid boy W-WIIINNNSS!!!"

I stood up and the four of us shared a look regarding what happened just now.

I stood up and continued my facade "Guess I'll go for now." I winked at Killua, a sign that I'll come back. Which makes it easier since he isn't as slow as Gon over there..

I turned around and took my leave when I passed by...

SHIZUKU?!

Yes. Shizuku. A member of the Spider. She's also a Nen user, a specialist one. Her ability is using a weird vacuum with a mouth and sucking up non-living things, turning them into dust. She has good combat skill even with her petite figure.

Pretty sick huh?

But what shocked me more, was none other than the pair of eyes I met.

His eyes also widened seeing me as I made a run for it and hid in an ally, quite far from the place

I panted and leaned on the wall "That... was... close..." I said between ragged breaths

"What was close?"

I yelped which made me sit on the floor abruptly

My butt hurts!

I laughed nervously and looked anywhere but the man standing infront of me "Hehe... Nice to see you..." I stated and continued

"Feitan..."
