Author's Point of View:

"Oh my God, somebody help me!"

Her screams echoed into the darkness. Though, seemingly to go unheard, they bounced across the concrete walls then back to her. Fear began to settle over Andrea, she then sniffled, while gripping her tear clouded eyes shut as she tried to come to terms on how she got to where she currently was.

Her hands and feet zip-tied to a wooden chair. In what she could guess to be an old storage shelter.

"Somebody, please!" She cried out once more. "God, please! Somebody!" Her voice cracked as she grew defeated.

No one was coming to save her.

She had been left alone... But for how long?

>>Rewind back to four hours before...

Everything I had was thrown into bags, I had no time to intricately pack, I had to get back to California and fast. Not to mention to the credit union before Jacquees decided to act stupid again. He knew I was in a desperate state to get to my Maia—Not to mention, I did what he asked of me, and damn it, he better return the fucking favor to me.

Going from drawer to drawer in the motel, I stopped by the nightstand near the bed. I pulled out the two syringes filled with midazolam... I needed these but I had to get these through the airport's security without being detected. I decided to wrap them up in some clothes. These drugs were difficult for Quees to get, he said he had to call in some favors to get them, there was no way I could leave them behind.

For some reason, he thought two doses would be safe to give Maia... But I did not want to harm her, I did not want her to put up a fight when it came time for her to come with me.

Once everything was packed and in order, I headed to the rental car, threw my things in then headed to the western union to get my money then it was straight to the airport—I wanted to get there early enough to make through the tedious security checks.

"Quees, man—I don't know why you are not answering your fucking phone." I growled as I sat in the airport's parking garage. Leaving yet another voicemail for this prick. I am starting to think that I am going to have to kill this motherfucker... He is playing games with me at this point.

"I've been calling you all day to see where the fuck I can meet you when I land—You know where Maia is, so you need to help me get a new plan together—"

My words fell short as I seen a woman come speed walking through the parking garage, heading towards the exit, hauling a rolling bag-- She looked like MyMy—Just shorter and had a little more weight on her.

"Andrea?" I muttered.

Her face turned towards me as she dug in her purse, giving me a clear view of her face.

It was Andrea.

If Andrea was here in New Orleans... That had to mean Maia was still here. Why in the hell else would she come all the way here but to see her sister or meet with her. That bitch lied to me. He tried to trick me. I turned my nose up then looked down at my phone.

"Listen here, you motherfucker—You don't know who the fuck you are dealing with... Since, you ain't going to help me find Maia... Andrea will just have to do for now." I chuckled as I hung the phone.

I waited some time for Andrea to get away from my car, this was enough time for me to dig through my bag and I retrieved one of the syringes and crept out my car, looking both ways... Coming in behind her...

As soon as my plane landed, I immediately took my phone off Airplane Mode and tried to call my sister once again. But still no answer, why the hell was she not answering her phone?! I was growing more and more nervous as time went by.

What if Greg got to her already?!

I tried to keep the thoughts from taking over my mind. I had to remain positive, but I also had to figure out what was my game plan was going to be, since I was now here. Nikki and Tierra both where on flights to New Orleans, they should be taking off now. So, I needed to make sure in about three hours to get in contact with them.

"Okay, Drea, you are here and now you needed to get a hotel and get through to your sister." I muttered as I walked from the baggage claim. Should I call Ezekiel to let him know I am here? No, I can call him so he can get me through to either Reuben or Maia!

As I walked briskly through the doubled, sliding exited doors to the airport, I pulled out my phone and tried my sister's number once again but still no answer. God, I pray that she was okay... Perhaps she and Reuben were out and about...

*Inhales*

No negative thoughts, Andrea.

*Exhales*

Maia is fine. Just get to her asap.

I dug through my bag and pulled out the card from Zeek and dialed his number.

"Zeek Michaelson."

His voice appeared so potent, solid. God, even this fool's voice was fine as hell—

Girl, focus!

"Hey, Zeek, it's Andrea—Um, Maia's sister."

Duh, child, he only sent us flowers...

Speaking of which, who this fool know our address... Shit, I may need to make a police report against his stalking ass when we get back to LA.

These rich dudes were strong as fuck.

He chuckled, almost in a menacing fashion.

"You came... I am pleased."

"Well, don't be, because this is not a social visit—"

"Hmm, not a social visit? Is it a... visit for pleasure?" I rolled my eyes. "Because we don't have to speak to one another for me to do what I will do..."

This boy thinks he's smooth, doesn't he?

"Ezekiel."

"Andrea."

I smirked then shook my head.

Okay, enough of this banter.

"I came for my sister... I believe she's in trouble."

He was silent.

"Have you seen her? I have been trying to contact her for the last few hours."

"She is with Reuben's family this afternoon, please explain to me what you think is going on?"

I realized I was still blocking the doubled doors. I looked from left to right then crossed the first crosswalk, heading to where others were standing and waiting on their rides to pick them up.

"Uh," I did not know how much was known to him or Reuben about Greg and I did not want to involve people too much into this or tell my sister's past abuse to just anyone. "It's really complicated, and I really just need for you to tell me where I can go to find her—Not to sound rude or anything because I appreciate the plane ticket..."

Even though the intention of this trip was for him to get some booty from me.

"Drea, talk to me. Has somebody recently tried to come after her? If so, Reuben needs to know—"

I heard shuffling on the other side of the line, like someone had taken his phone.

"Andrea, it's Reuben." Thank God. "What is wrong?"

"Everything." I answered truthfully. "Do you know about—"

"Greg. Yes, I know of him—Has the motherfucker tried contact you?"

I kept my eyes on my surroundings, making sure no one was watching or listening. Thankfully, everyone was in their own world or busily loading their luggage into their departure vehicles.

"N-no." I answered honestly. "But he's been working with her friend's husband to get her—"

"Andrea, I am aware of all of this and your sister is heavily under surveillance, but I am unnerved that you are alone. I cannot take a chance of that sick bastard discovering you and approaching you—"

"I doubt we'll run into one another; I am still at the airport..."

"Still not safe in my opinion, I will be sending my driver to come escort you to somewhere safe—Please stay somewhere crowded, so if someone approaches you, you can cause a scene."

"Gotcha."

I sighed, it felt like my heart was going to beat out of my chest.

"And one more thing," his voice got a bit lower. "My cousin is in deep shit for trying to sneak you out here for a little getaway fuck." I busted into laughter. "I am glad you managed to use his advances for something of importance... Your love and care for your sister is admirable."

I smiled.

"She means the world to me."

I could almost feel his smile against the phone.

"As she does to me. And as of right now, your safety means the world to me. Sit tight and David will be there in a few moments... I will send you a photo of my car and of him... Do not approach anyone else but David, do you understand?"

I nodded my head.

"Yes, I understand."

As we said goodbyes, I heard another shift on the other line.

"Drea..." It was Zeek again. "I didn't fly you here for a getaway fuck." I shook my head laughing.

"Sure, you didn't." I answer sarcastically. This caused him to laugh.

"I actually flew you here to woo you." I arched my eyebrow; I was a little intrigued.

"You have managed to pique my interest, Mr. Michaelson." I smirked. "But like I told you, we're about to become relatives and I don't want to complicate things, Love."

"Shit's already complicated, Baby." His voice grew raspy and intense. "Because just the thought of you make me salivate like a starving dog."

Well damn.

"Zeek, end the goddamn call, now!"

Reuben's voice broke the atmosphere, causing me to laugh. Zeek growled then whispered.

"I'll talk to you when I see you, Miss Andrea." With that, he hung up the phone.

I stood there for a few moments, trying to keep my thoughts collected then I grew anxious. I have Zeek on one end trying to get his swerve on with me. Reuben was scared about me being alone...Greg must have made a move or has approached Maia... Why else was Reuben on edge?

"Young lady?" I jumped. Not expecting to hear anyone come in behind me. I looked over my shoulder and seen an elderly lady. "I am so sorry to bother you, Sugar. But my son has parked my car in the garage so I can drive myself home and my old arms are so tired from carrying my bags... Could you please help me?"

I smiled at her sympathetically.

"Sure, I don't mind, Ma'am—"

Damn shame her son did not bother to stick around and make sure his mama didn't need any help, but he probably was in a rush to work or something. Then it occurred to me that Reuben told me to stay still... But I was only helping an elderly woman.

How could that hurt anything?

I picked up her large suitcase then escorted her through the busy crosswalks and into the parking garage, she paid the toll amount then we walked quite a ways to her car. There was small talk between us, she managed to tell me her youngest son flew her to Texas, she had been there for nearly a few weeks, her daughter-in-law had just had a baby and needed help. She amusingly told me how her son passed out in the delivery room at the sight of the epidural needle.

She was a sweet old woman but a tad long-winded.

"Here we are." She smiled as we approached her car. Thank goodness, her bag weighed a ton and her son parked her car quite far a way. Not mention my bags were heavy as hell. I loaded her luggage for her then she tried to pay me for my help. Of course, I refused and told her to repay me by going home and getting her some rest then I was soon back on my way to wait on this David-man.

I hope he wasn't waiting on me and only to see me not there waiting... This would most definitely send Reuben and Zeek into a frenzy. I picked up my pace, walking towards the entrance of the garage.

"Andrea?"

I thought I heard someone say my name. I turned to my purse for my phone. I was not responding to shit unless I could identify this David who was sent to get me. As I turned around, I felt someone rush in behind me.

*Prick!*

It felt as a bee had stung me in my hip...

"Oh..."

I stumbled backward into someone.

"Relax Drea, relax." The male's voice cooed into my ear.

I was dizzy then I grew lightheaded, causing me to completely collapse into the unknown man's arms.

"MISS JONES!"

Someone screamed as this man vehemently carried me away as the sounds of gunfire rang in the air around me. It had to be total chaos because people were screaming and there were sounds of running and cars speeding away. But I was so out of it, I could not connect with what was happening around me.

Who was taking me?

Who was shooting?

Was I going to die?

I was tossed into the backseat of a car, catching glimpse of my captor.

"Gre—"

Then all was dark.

Reuben instructed David to bring Andrea back to Uncle Dick's home since that is where all of us were headed. The plan was set into place that once Greg landed in Los Angeles, some of David's old cop buddies were to seize and hold him for Reuben until he flew back. Andrea and Maia were to stay in New Orleans until Greg was terminated. He had also hired some security to watch their parents' home, just in case, any shifty people associated with Greg or Jacquees tried to approach or contact them.

"Reuben, has David made contact with Drea, yet?"

I asked as I walked into his office area, it had been nearly twenty-five minutes since he has left.

"Nothing as of now, he said he will contact me once she is in his sights." He answered nonchalantly, looking over some paperwork. I watched him for a moment then spoke up.

"Why are you so against me pursuing her?"

"Because you have no plans to be monogamous with her, Ezekiel." He glanced up at me. "You forget about your track record, cousin?"

I rolled my eyes.

"No, I haven't. It looks quite as bad as yours, dear cousin." I sniped. "Funny how you can look down upon me and my past dating indiscretions but you won't look past yours—"

He glared at me.

"Firstly, I haven't hidden anything or made myself look higher than you—Ever. Secondly, you have never committed to any woman. Thirdly, Andrea is not some bimbo, she is the sister of the woman I love—You hurt her, this will cause friction between me and my honey—"

"What makes you think I have any intentions of hurting Andrea?"

"Oh," Reuben leaned back into his chair and pretended to think for a moment. "Perhaps sending her a 1st class ticket to come and screw your brains out this weekend?" I chuckled. "Nice move, you've only done that to the last four women you've fucked."

"Touche," I smirked as I nodded my head. "But if you must know... Something feels different about Drea, I don't know what it is but... I really want to get to know her—"

"Look," I looked back to him. "I am not Andrea's keeper, nor am I yours. I am not to keen on this pursuit, but I am not going to hound you about her. Andrea is a mature, strong-willed young woman and if she welcomes your advances—I will allow you two to get-to-know one another." I smiled small. "But if she calls my honey anytime crying because you have hurt her... I am fucking you up, Ezekiel Cyrus Michaelson."

I fell into a fit of laughter. I love it when he treats me like his child.

"No problem, Pop." I laughed a bit more. "I will treat her as you have treated her sister..." I turned to walk out of the room. "But only better!" I said loud enough for him to hear me.

Before he could respond, his phone began to ring, I could tell by the ringtone that it was David.

"Dav—David calm down, what has happened?!" I turned on my heels then headed quickly back to the office. "What the fuck you mean she was abducted?! How did the fuck he get her?!"

Greg.

"If that fucking cunt of man does anything to harm her--" I seethed. My fist clenched and my temperature rose with fury. "Is he chasing him? Does he know where the fuck he is taking her?!"

"I CAN'T TALK TO THE FUCKING BOTH OF YOU AT ONCE!" Reuben snarled as he looked at me.

"WELL, PUT THE SON-OF-A-BITCH ON SPEAKER!" I sniped back at him as Nick came rushing into the office.

"Man, please tell me the pickup for Maia's sister did not go awry?" He rubbed his temples.

I looked at him with daggers in my eyes.

"Greg got to her first."

"Motherfuck—" Nick punched the wall. "This guy is beginning to piss me off! What the fuck, man?!"

Reuben put the call on speaker so we all could hear.

"He drugged her then shot at me. I have a flesh wound but I am in pursuit of the suspect as of now, I have called him a few favors to the police here—They are putting up roadblocks as we speak. I have also put on my GPS so you can track me—"

"Fine." With that I snatched Reuben's laptop out of the wall.

"What the fuck are you doing, man?" Nick asked. I looked at him.

"Reuben needs to secure Maia and I am going to secure Drea—"

"Correction, we're both going to secure Andrea." Reuben opened his desk's bottom and pulled out his 9mm. "This fucker is mine; this ends now." He looks at the two of us then walked from around his desk, snatching his computer from me then throwing it on his couch. "I track him from my phone, not my computer." He muttered as he stormed out of the room.

Nick shrugged then followed, I walked over to his desk and grabbed his .22 then shoved it down into my jeans.

"Let's fuck this bitch up," I grumbled while walking out of the office, turning off the light and closing the door in behind me.

"HELP ME!"

I could hear cars and see some sunlight underneath the large sliding door. Though my voice was going hoarse, I did not give up hope.

"CAN ANYONE HEAR ME?! SOMEBODY, PLEASE HELP ME!"

Tears streamed down my face. Lord, what the hell is happening to me?!

"Andrea, cut all of that noise out." A voice said from the other side of the door, there was then a sound of a chain being removed, and the door slid up and open.

My mouth went
