"Hanna, you can tell us if he's forcing you to date him again" Faith tells me as we take a seat at a random table inside of the cafeteria

Today has been weird.

I haven't seen Bailey or Faith all day.

I was lucky enough to catch them in the lunch line but they didn't seem too happy with me.

On top of that Aurelia has practically been ignoring me since first period, but that's expected.

I still plan on talking to her today though.

"He's not, I promise" I tell them as I take a seat across from them

Faith instantly freezes up at the same time that Bailey's breath gets caught in her throat.

"Are you going through a teenage crisis or something where you miss your old life?" Bailey asks me with a serious tone of voice

I furrow my eyebrows at her in confusion.

Am I having a teenage crisis?

Just as I'm about to ask her what she means we're interrupted by my boyfriend.

"Hey, babe" Chadley says as he places a kiss on my cheek while simultaneously taking a seat beside me

Bailey and Faith aren't too pleased with the new company but choose to stay silent.

"Barkley, Favor, long time no see" he say with an overconfident smile as he reaches for one of my puddings only for his hand to be swatted away by me

"Barkley and Favor?" I question him

He's known them for months and that's what he picked up.

"Is that not their names?" He questions back with furrowed brows

"You picked a real winner here, Hanna" Faith says sarcastically as Bailey rolls her eyes

I sigh and place my head in my hands.

He's not even trying.

He told me that he would at least try.

"This should be interesting" I hear Bailey whisper which causes me to sit up and look at her

She looking at something behind me. I follow her line of sight only for my heart to speed up.

Aurelia is making her way towards us with a neutral facial expression.

Great, now I can finally talk to her.

As she takes a seat on the opposite side of me I notice the sudden shift in everyone's emotions.

Bailey seems to be watching everything unfold as if it was a movie.

Faith seems to be watching the three of us with a worried facial expression.

Chadley seems to be annoyed by the fact that Aurelia is eating with us. He might possibly be jealous too judging by the way he wraps his arm around me and pulls me closer towards him.

This isn't good.

"Hey, Aurelia, Can I talk to you alone for a second?" I ask her nicely

She gives me a look of confusion but ultimately agrees to talk to me.

As I go to stand up I get stopped by Chadley's grip around my hips.

"If she does something you don't like then text me" he tells me

Ugh.

I really want to punch him right now.

"She wouldn't do that to me" I tell him before prying his arm off of me and following the black haired beauty out of the cafeteria

As we walk towards an empty hallway I stare down at my feet awkwardly.

What is wrong with me?!

I feel a strong stirring in my lower belly just as we enter the hallway where she punched Chadley on her first day here.

Wow.

That was an eventful day.

"What do you want to talk about?" She questions as her enticing grey eyes meet my hazel ones

"I want to apologize," I start of, effectively gaining her attention

"It was wrong of me to take all my frustration out on you last night, especially after everything that you have done for me since you've arrived" I tell her honestly

She instantly smirks at my apology earning a confused facial expression in return.

What is so funny?

"Aww, Have you been thinking about me all night?" She teases lightly causing my cheeks to redden

Ugh.

I should've saw this coming.

"Do you except my apology or not?" I question back as I cross my arms

"I don't know, it might take a little more convincing" she says jokingly with a slight raspier tone

I feel a strong stirring in my lower belly at her tone of voice before ultimately shivering from slight arousal.

"Come on, Satan, haven't you seen me squirm enough yet?!" I say to distract myself from the growing excitement in my private regions

She smirks at this and leans a little closer to me.

"Nice nickname, I like it" she say

It's not a nickname!

I glare at her long enough for her to get the point.

"Fine, princess, you're forgiven" she tells me with a smile

I nod with a grateful facial expression.

Just as she's about to tell me something she glances behind me and ceases. I give her a confused facial expression before turning behind me only to see a furious looking Chadley.

"Babe, we have to go, class is starting soon" he tells me causing me to furrow my brows

I glance over towards the clock on the wall only to notice that we have twenty minutes until class starts.

"No, we don't, class doesn't start for another twenty minutes" I tell him causing him to direct his glare from Aurelia towards me

"I said that class starts in a couple of minutes, therefore you're coming with me" he tells me as if I don't understand him

I glare back at him almost immediately after his statement.

What the hell is his problem?

"No, I'm not, I'm in the middle of a conversation" I tell him as I motion towards Aurelia

He doesn't seem to like this judging by the way that he stomps up to me.

"I'm the man, you're the woman, you listen to me!" He says as he roughly grips my wrist and pulls me away from her

I'm about to twist his arm but Aurelia beats me to it. She pries his hand away from my wrist before twisting it, only stopping when she hears a nasty crack.

I wince from the sound but feel no remorse for him.

He falls to the ground, tears in his eyes as he uses his good arm to cradle his hurt one.

"Who's the bitch now?" She says as she gives him a hard facial expression.

-

"Today sucked" I sigh out as I flop back on Bailey's bed

They laugh at me as they move around the room, Faith removing her shoes while Bailey walks into her closet to change out of her spaghetti stained clothing.

How that happened?

I have zero idea.

"You can say that again" Faith agrees

"Hey, Hanna, whatever happened to Chadley? He said that he went to find you but never came back" Bailey asks from her closet

"Yeah, none of you came back now that I think about it" Faith agrees as she takes a seat beside me on the bed

I sigh out as I sit up and make myself comfortable on the bed.

"Aurelia and I were having a conversation when Chadley, being Chadley, interrupted us by being a complete douche" I say

Bailey pops out of her closet shirtless.

Thank god she's only peeking around the corner.

"Oh my gosh, what did he do?" She asks with an amused laugh

"Let me guess, he tried to show off in front of her?" Faith guesses

"Close, he kept demanding that we head to class, even though we still had twenty minutes" I tell them

"Okay? I'm not seeing the problem" Bailey says as she walks back into her closet

Hopefully, to put a shirt on.

"He said, and I quote, 'I'm the man, you're the woman, you listen to me' before grabbing my wrist and pulling me behind him" I add on

"He's such an ass" Bailey says as she walks out of her closet wearing a pair of leggings and a tee

"What did Aurelia say?" Faith says, completely ignoring Bailey's remark

I reach my hand up to scratch behind my ear so that I can distract myself from blushing.

"Hanna?" Bailey says, obviously wanting an answer

"She twisted his arm faster than I could blink before saying 'who's the bitch now?'" I tell them, effectively leaving out the rest of the story

The both of them give me looks of confusion when they notice my red nose and ears.

"Is that all?" Faith asks

"Yeah" I say, my voice becoming higher

"Hanna, you're lying, what else happened?" Bailey says, efficiently ceasing my bullshit

"Fine," I groan out as I flop back on her pillows

"She might've bought me three bags of skittles from the vending machine" I reveal causing their eyes to widen simultaneously

"Which bag?" Bailey asks with a serious tone

Is she serious right now?

"What do you mean by 'which bag?'" I question back

"What color was the bag of skittles?" Faith answers for her

"Blue, why?" I ask them

Bailey instantly smiles at this information while Faith stares at the wall with a shocked facial expression.

"I knew it!" Bailey exclaims as she hops off the bed and runs over to her laptop

Knew what?

"How could you have possibly known, I didn't even notice" Faith replies to her

"Known what?" I ask her only to be ignored as she gets up and walks towards Bailey

"The signs were there, plus she gave off the vibes when she first arrived at our school" Bailey replies to Faith

What the hell is happening?!

"When did you first become suspicious?" Faith questions as Bailey begins to rapidly type on her computer

"When she first sat with us at lunch and couldn't keep her eyes off of Hanna" Bailey replies

"What are you guys talking about?" I ask as I get up from her bed and walk over to them

"Remember during eighth grade when I was questioning my sexuality and thought that I was a lesbian for a few months?" Bailey asks me

"Yes, why?" I ask her

What does her sexuality have to do with this?

"Well, I picked up on a few things" she tells me as she continues to type

What the hell is she typing?

"Like?" I ask, not catching on

"Like the fact that a select few are obsessed with skittles," she tells me as she turns her computer to face me

"Specifically, the blue bag of said candy" she finishes as she points to a picture of a blue bag of skittles

"Okay, What are you trying to say?" I ask as I walk over to sit on her bed

"I'm saying that Aurelia is a lesbian" she says as if it's a fact

"Or, and I know this might be bizarre, she likes the way they taste better than the original ones" I voice with a sarcastic tone

"Hanna, look at this chart," Faith tells me as she points to Bailey's computer

"Studies show that one hundred percent of people that buy skittles in the blue bag are a lesbian" Faith says

I give her an 'are you serious?' facial expression.

"I personally like the blue bagged skittles and I'm not a lesbian" I tell them matter of factly

The both of them briefly look at each other before bursting into a stomach aching laughter.

What's so funny?

"Oh my goodness" Faith gasps out as she struggles to catch her breath

"What?" I question

"Hanna, you're gayer than a fruit roll up" Bailey says causing me to give her a confused facial expression

"Gayer than a fruit roll up, that's a classic" Faith gasps out as she begins to laugh even harder

I'm about to question them but I get a notification. I pull my phone out of my pocket and check it only to notice a text message from my mother.

'Come outside now, we need to talk'

Great.

This can't be good.

"I have to go guys, I hope that tomorrow you'll be back to your senses" I tell them as I grab my backpack

I hope I don't get yelled at.

•••••••••••••••••••••••••••

I know that this chapter took awhile to get out and I'm sorry about that.

There's just been a lot happening, as you all probably already know.

I planned on uploading this chapter two days ago so I'll try to post the next one sooner.

Xoxo, Mekayla.
