This is one of the worsts situations ever.

Heck, I'll even pay you to get me out of here.

"I swear to god,Aurelia, if you don't shut up" I finally crack as I place my pencil down and face the devil in disguise

This proves to be the wrong move judging by the way she smirks at me and scoots her chair closer to me.

"You'll do what?" She teases with an amused facial expression

I fully turn towards her so that I can give her a piece of my mind only to end up getting interrupted by our teacher.

"Hanna, Aurelia, stay after class I need to talk to the both of you" she says with a glare

Are you fucking kidding me?!

Ugh.

I hate this teacher with a burning passion.

"Why can't the two of you seem to stay quiet in my class?" She ask rhetorically

I don't think Aurelia got the memo.

"I was asking her a question" she responds making me widen my eyes as If silently telling her to 'be quiet'

"The both of you should not be speaking in my class unless it's towards me" the teacher explains as she glares at confident looking Aurelia

"With all due respect, this is a school, I come here everyday to learn and grow as an individual, therefore if I want to ask my fellow classmate a question," Aurelia says placing a hand on my shoulder

"I will" she finishes with a fake smile

Our teacher gives her an appalled facial expression before quickly scribbling something down and handing it to me.

"Both of you to room five, you'll have in school detention for all of second period, I'll call your teachers and inform them of your situation" she commands firmly before walking over to the classroom phone

"Thanks a lot" I say sarcastically as I roll my eyes and practically drag Aurelia out of the room and towards the classroom

Just as we pass the cafeteria, indicating that we're halfway near the designated room, Aurelia suddenly stops and twirls me into her causing me to wrap my arms around her neck so that I don't fall. As I'm wrapping my arms her neck, so that I don't fall face first on the granite flooring, Aurelia quickly wraps her arms around my waist

I make the horrible choice of looking up into Aurelia's space grey eyes causing my heart to speed up even more.

Oh god.

Oh my god.

What's happening?!

Is this normal?!

Luckily it begins to slowly slow down.

"What the hell, Kingsbury?!" I exclaim as I push her away from me once I have my footing

She smirks mysteriously at me causing a violent stirring to begin in my lower stomach before gently pulling me back into her arms

"I was thinking" she trails off as she mindlessly stares into my brown eyes

"Well that's never a good thing" I retort breathlessly since the tips of her fingers begin to lightly trail against the skin above my pants line but underneath the end of my shirt

She laughs at this, taking notice of the effect that she has on me.

"How about we skip our next period class and go do something fun?" She questions lowly as her fingers start to gently make their way up my spine

I'm about to surprise the both of us and end up giving into her when I hear the faint sound of our custodians keys.

"Get your mind out of the gutter, Kingsbury" I scold as I forcibly pull her delicate hands away from my lower back

Wow.

I don't think I've ever been such a hypocrite before.

She raises an eyebrow at me before leaning down, so that we're face to face.

"I don't think I'm the one with my head in the gutter, babygirl" she says as she gives me a thorough once over, her eyes lingering on my chest longer than anticipated

Holy-

I unconsciously squeeze my thighs together to dull the constantly growing throbbing.

When her grey eyes meet mine I swear I could've died right then and there. Her irises are currently a darker grey than they were a few minutes ago.

I'm definitely in way too deep right now.

"Hey guys, where were you?" Bailey questions genuinely as Aurelia and I take a seat at our designated lunch table

"Kingsbury over here thought that it would be a good idea to talk back to our first period teacher, therefore landing us in room five" I say with an eye roll

"Please, that's not what happened" Aurelia retorts causing me to place my sandwich down and turn to face her

"Really, then I guess you wouldn't have any trouble relaying to me what actually happened?" I say

"No problem, princess," she replies as if she's the most innocent person in the world

Bailey watches us with an amused facial expression, popping a piece of popcorn into her mouth every second.

She needs to slow down before she accidentally bites her finger.

She's done it before.

More times than I'd like to admit.

Meanwhile, Faith is watching us with a knowing look.

What does she know?

I don't know.

She almost looks like she's plotting something.

"Our teacher was yelling at us for 'interrupting her lesson', even though she was going over the same thing as if we didn't already know what it was," she trails off making me roll my eyes

"Anyways, I decided that I would inform her that my partner and I were just discussing the information that was presented to us" she says making my eyes widen

"If by 'informing' you mean talking back then I was correct" I interrupt with a defensive tone of voice since she's basically just repeating what I said in a different way

"Hey ladies, what's going on?" Chadley says as he approaches us and takes a seat across from me

"Actually informing and 'talking back' are two different things, princess" she says quietly with a knowing smile

She knows what she's doing.

She's trying to rile me up.

"Your definition is not correct, Kingsbury" I say with a firm tone of voice

"Since when are they on a nickname basis?" Chadley questions with an amused facial expression

"You've missed a lot of shit, Chaddy Boy" Bailey says as she blindly slides him the bag of popcorn

"Will the both of you shush?!" I exclaim as I turn to face our 'audience'

"Ignore her, she hasn't be fuc-" Aurelia begins only for me to quickly turn towards her and glare

"Finish that sentence and I'll lock you in the boys bathroom" I threaten her

"Will you be there with me?" She questions as she gives me another once over, similar to the one from earlier, causing me to suddenly notice the almost nonexistent distance between us

I quickly pull away from her before I get a chance to be embarrassed and take a bite out of my sandwich.

"That was the most unsatisfying ending ever" Bailey complains with a pout

Dang, I'm sorry that my romantic life isn't as drama filled as you guys wished it was, I swear the next season will be better.

Okay, I should really stop being sarcastic.

My last class of the day just ended and everyone wasted no time practically running out of class.

As I'm in the midst of putting my books in my backpack Bailey and Faith walk into the now empty classroom with big smiles on their faces.

"Why are you guys so freakishly happy?" I bluntly question as I zip up my bag and place the strap over my shoulder

"My parents are out of town on Friday, so you're invited to my sleepover" Faith says with a mischievous look in her eye

I don't trust this.

"What's the catch?" I question as we begin to make our way out of the abandoned classroom

"It's a pajama party so wear your cutest pajamas" Bailey says with an overly excited tone of voice

But that's just how Bailey normally is so I brush it off.

"I don't have any pajamas, I usually just sleep in a tank top and a pair of bottoms" I say causing the both of them to stop in sync

"So, what you're saying is that you need to go shopping for new pajamas?" Faith questions carefully, almost as if she was trying to get something out of me

"Uh, yeah" I question slowly since I have no clue what they're hinting at

The both of them give each other the same mischievous look from earlier before Bailey walks up to me.

"Can we please come with you and help?" She begs with puppy dog eyes

Not that those work on me.

"If I say 'yes' will you guys stop plotting whatever you're plotting?" I question back with an eyebrow raise

"Yeah, sure, Whatever" she answers with a hand wave

"Fine" I give in just as Aurelia walks up to us

"Hey guys, what's going on?" She questions with a small smile

"We're going to take Hanna pajama shopping, do you want to come?" Bailey spills causing my eyes to widen at her

What is she doing?!

I don't want Aurelia to watch me try on pajamas.

It's weird and awkward.

"Uh, sure, when are you leaving?" She questions

"Right now, you can carpool with us!" Bailey says excitedly making my eyes widen further

What the hell Bailey?!

"Are you guys ready? My mom just texted me that she's here" Faith questions as she furiously taps her thumbs against her phone screen

I guess today is the day that I die.

Internally, of course.

This is a shorter chapter but there were already so many time skips in this chapter so I thought that I'd end it before any of the good stuff came along lol.
