Okay so I only really like Trelawney because she is played by Emma Thompson, who is one of my Favourite British actors.

Summary: when Umbridge tries to fire Professor Trelawney a person from the ministry comes and stops her from firing Sybil and that person is Y/N fudge daughter of the ministry of magic. 

Third person pov… 

In the courtyard many students of Hogwarts were standing around watching what was happening. Professor Trelawney was standing in front of Professor Umbridge with lots of her suitcases around the divination professor.

Filch carries one more suitcase over before standing of to the side of the courtyard.  

Almost crying the Professor shuffles forward almost knocking over her suitcases by accident, and Umbridge walks closer to Trelawney.

She walks closer to the pink toad and whispers to her “16 years I have lived and taught here; Hogwarts is my home! You can’t do this” she cried; the students actually felt sorry for their professor. 

The toad smiles and holds up a piece of paper with writing on, “actually I can” she said holding up in Trelawney’s face.

Professor McGonagall hurries over to her friend and wraps her arms around the professor shushing the younger woman, who was sniffling in her arms.

“Is there something you would like to say dear” asked the toad to McGonagall who was busy holding Sybil. 

“oh, there are several things that I would like to say” hissed the Transfiguration Professor.

Just as she was calming down the crying woman in her arms a person appeared by portkey in the middle of the courtyard, they where a woman.

She dusted off her robes before turning around to face the toad and two professors. 

“Hello everyone, just popping in I got word from my dad that someone was trying to take over Hogwarts” she said a smile on her lips she had long (H/C) hair, Umbridge was angered by this person interrupting her.

“and who are you?” she demanded. The woman glared at her disgusted “so you’re the pink toad trying to get with my dad then” she sneered, her words made the toad shut up. 

“Y/N is that you?” asked Sybil from McGonagall arms, the woman now known as Y/N smiled as Sybil ran from the other Professors arms and into Y/N, who easily caught her.

“oh yeah I’m Y/N Fudge, the ministers daughter and I’m here to say that you cannot fire my wife from Hogwarts” yelled Y/N her words made the students shocked they started yelling questions.  

“I guess your wondering who my wife is right well ill tell you she is the lovely Sybil Trelawney we have been married for 3 years” announced Y/N grinning slyly.

As she saw the look on the toads’ face when she said she was the ministers daughter and that she was married to a woman. 

After the commotion dumbledore finally came out and gave Trelawney her job back, Sybil and her wife then took up all her belongings back to the divination room, “ thank you for saving me Y/N” thanked the divination professor.  

“no problem love, I saw in the news paper about the toad working here and my dad letting her make such stupid rules, I cant wait to be minister and do things right” Y/N had always been passionate about being a better minister than her dad was being.
