Days passed and Jungkook was making meals for Taehyung. Taehyung loved Jungkook's cooking so he decided to make something too.

He didn't know cooking! But...... trying doesn't hurt,no? So thinking that, Taehyung made his way towards the kitchen where maids bowed to him.

"To be queen, why are you here?" One of the maid asked to him .

"From which angle do I look like a female to you? Even my voice is more masculine than your king!" Taehyung quickly said, fuming in anger all of sudden making the maid apologize.

"I'm sorry,to be king." The maid said making Taehyung roll his eyes.

"Ok ,leave it. I wanna make something." Taehyung said.

"But.... your grace's orders are not to allow you to do any work." Another maid said.

"Are you saying no to me?" Taehyung asked with a raised eyebrow and the maids won't lie but Taehyung scared the heck out of them.

"We are sorry. Tell us about your plans." Now,the royal maid Ji-eun asked.

"Finally someone with manners. What's Kook's favorite flavour in cake?" Taehyung asked with a pout leaving everyone confuse.

"I mean what's your Grace's favorite flavour in cake?" Taehyung again repeated and this time Ji-eun understood.

"I'm sorry,but your grace never told us about his likings. He just eats whatever we serves." Ji-eun politely said.

"Boring bitch." Taehyung cursed Jungkook under his breath.

"Then he has to tolerate with chocolate one I guess! Let's make the choclate cake!" Taehyung excitedly said.

Ji-eun was worried when Taehyung kicked her out from the kitchen, wanting to do all the things alone.

"Rouges gave entered in the territories. The leader wants your mate, your grace. We have to do something quick." Namjoon said making Jungkook rub his frowned temples.

"This is giving me headache. I cannot believe that we have no one to trust in current situation." Jungkook mumbled.

"Taehyung is the only omegian vampire with special bond with moon goddess and moon flower directly. The leader of rouges won't spare his life as soon as he'll get him." Yoongi said.

"He's never gonna get what he want." Jungkook said gritting his teeth.

"He doesn't want Taehyung! He wants his death and it's not difficult once he'll kill the baby.......... You've to mark him, Jungkook." Yoongi said at which Jungkook sighed.

"I want to mark him but.....I don't wanna hurt him. My past actions were shameful and even if he has forgiven me......I can't forgive myself." Jungkook helplessly said.

"This is not the time to think about past. Mark him . Just mark him! You're not a wolf so you don't have to do any mating process,be thankful." Yoongi added making Jungkook breath in relief.

"I'll talk to him....till then, please try to handle the situation. Our army is already ready for every attack but we don't know what these rouges have with them because they're confident enough to attack us." Jungkook said at which Yoongi and Namjoon hummed.

Jungkook arrived at the mansion and he saw Taehyung sitting in the dining room.

"What are you doing here?" Jungkook asked and Taehyung then smiled and excitedly walked towards the kitchen and after sometime, Jungkook saw Taehyung coming with a choclate cake.

"Ohhh....." Seokjin and Yoongi oohed when they saw the scene unfolding in front of their eyes.

Taehyung blushed meanwhile Jungkook glared at them making them zip their mouth.

"A moment of privacy, please hyung." Taehyung pouted and both Yoongi and Seokjin left the couple alone.

"What's this?" Jungkook tried hard to control his happiness and smile but he couldn't. It was the first time when something did this to him.

"I prepared this cake for you." Taehyung said and put the cake on the dining table.

"How do you know I like choclate cake?" Jungkook asked.

"I didn't know but it's my favourite too so I went with it." Taehyung giggled and oh moon goddess! Jungkook was dying to hear that sound. He was willing to do anything to hear that sound again!

Jungkook's eyes then fell over Taehyung's hands which were slightly burned. He wanted to kiss them.

"Try it." Taehyung asked, eyes sparkling and Jungkook cut a piece of cake for himself and ate it.

Taehyung waited for Jungkook's reaction. Jungkook had straight face and then he looked at Taehyung who was looking at him with wide hopeful eyes.

"It's so good! Wow!" Jungkook said and quickly ate the whole piece.

"I wanna eat too...." Taehyung whined but Jungkook quickly snatched the cake from Taehyung's hand.

"Didn't you made this for me? And I'm having chocolate cake after a long time so I'm not sharing."Jungkook said making Taehyung pout.

"Noo~~ I wanna taste too." Taehyung whined.

"You remember how sweets at night is bad for baby?" Jungkook reasoned out, looking like he really wanted to eat the cake alone.

"No .?" Taehyung questioned.

"It is." Jungkook said, taking another bite of the cake. The cake was small so only little bit remaining now.

"You're so mean! I'm not gonna make anything for you from now on!" Taehyung huffed and stood up.

"Where are you going?" Jungkook asked.

"Going to make myself another one! I'll make it more tastier." Taehyung said walked towards the kitchen.

As Taehyung was making the cake and going to put powdered sugar in it, Ji-eun interrupted him.

"Umm...it's not sugar....it's salt." Ji-eun said at which Taehyung frowned and put some powder in his finger to taste it.

It indeed was salt.

"But earlier I mixed this in the cake--" Taehyung stopped when he realised everything.

Taehyung quickly walked towards the dining table and saw a little piece if cake was remaining. He quickly tasted it and nearly puked on distaste.

The cake was salty....too much that it burned Taehyung's tongue.

Taehyung quickly ran towards the garden to find Jungkook and there he saw Jungkook drinking some apple juice while holding his stomach.

"Oh.... Tae? Weren't you making cake for yourself?" Jungkook asked as Taehyung slowly walked towards Jungkook.

"What happened? Was it not tasty? I told you....the cake you made earlier was the tastiest so no way your second one can defeat it." Jungkook said with a little laugh.

Tears gathered in Taehyung's eyes as he bit his lower lip.

"Hey....are you really angry because I didn't let you eat that tasty cake?" Jungkook quickly said when he saw tears in Taehyung's eyes.

"Stop lying....." Taehyung sobbed out.

"Huh? Why would I lie?" Jungkook said.

"Why you ate it.....it was so salty .....so bad." Taehyung cried and Jungkook looked down knowing that Taehyung knew the truth now.

"You could've told me ..." Taehyung cried as he hugged Jungkook tightly. Jungkook was taken aback for a second but he too wrapped his arms around Taehyung's waist.

"I just couldn't say it.....you worked so hard, darling." Jungkook said breaking the hug and taking Taehyung hands in his hands.

"Look at your hands.....they worked so hard." Jungkook said while pressing the kiss on Taehyung's both palms.

Taehyung's heart felt warm . He couldn't believe that the love and care he was getting from Jungkook was real.

"But I really wanted to make something good...." Taehyung pouted as Jungkook wiped his tears.

"It was salty but good." Jungkook grinned making Taehyung share a death glare to him.

"It was nearly poison! Eww!" Taehyung said as he remembered the taste.

"I can drink poison too if it's made by you." Jungkook said, pressing the kiss on Taehyung's break cheeks.

"Eh ...so cheesy." Taehyung said, trying to ignore his fast heartbeats but his face was all red.
