Yoon pov.

There is no point in arguing. Nilla was kidnapped and fighting will lead to nothing. After hearing Joon's confession, we all went home without talking. I was and still am mad at Joon. "How did he not see the man coming at Nilla?" I thought. Joon was clearly not in his right mind and I don't know why. We all enter the house before Jay breaks this unbearable silence. "This", he shows Kaiya the post-it the girls wrote before sneaking out, "it's what saved you, young lady. Unfortunately, we didn't see it until Hoon came back from his deliver and told us. Why? Why did the both of you decided to go?" His face is getting redder and redder.
"It's so boring getting lock inside, okay? There was nothing to do! Nothing! We just wanted a day off from everything!" Kaiya replied with rage. I didn't talk at all. I just keep on holding her hand to reassure her that it wasn't her fault and that Jay always exaggerates every situation.
Hoon goes back to his room because it is not his business even though he was their pilot. He wasn't involved in this drama at all. We never included him in our plans. He is just someone we call when we need a ride. He was young and we don't want to put him in this mess.

After Jay intense dramatic play, everyone goes back to their respective room. I knock the door of Kaiya's room and come in when given permission. I see her packing her stuff.

Yoon: Where are you going? Didn't you learn anything after what happened to Nilla? You can't leave the house and return home, Kaiya!

Kaiya: That's the point. I'm not going home. I'll go find Nilla and bring her back. I can't just leave her alone with serial killers!

Yoon: You don't even know where she is!

Kaiya: Yes I do! They are bringing her to that island! I'm not gonna stay there and wait for them to send me some of her hair or a finger before we do something! I'm going to find her and bring her back with or without your help!

I sigh. I don't know what to do with her. When Kaiya is stubborn and already knows what to do, there is no point in persuading her. The only thing I can do is help her. And by that, I mean to help her track Nilla down. I leave the room and come back five minutes later with a computer.

Yoon: Since you're not going to listen to me, I'm going to help you track her down. We are in this together, okay? (He brushed her arm to calm her down a little).

Kaiya: How are you going to track her? Her phone is off. She's not responding to any of my messages.

Yoon: Of course, she's not going to respond dumbass! The first thing they'll do is to throw her phone out. Anyways, Nilla's dad already planned everything. He put a tracking device in her arms when she was young. That's how I knew where she was every time so that nothing happens to her.

Kaiya: Wow, I can't believe someone will do something like that. She surely wasn't free at all. But wait... if she has a tracking device on her then why did you notice we left when Hoon found the notes on his door when he came back from delivery?

She said that with worry in her expression and I notice it.

Yoon: Don't worry. Her dad didn't know all the time the two of you skipped classes. (Her eyes get wider). Also, I knew you were bored and didn't want to stay at home, so we followed you to be honest with you. (He smiles).

Kaiya: You what?!

Yoon: Now let's go back to work.

I didn't want to tell her more. Of course, I'll follow them! It is my mission to protect them. If not, then what was the whole point of it? I knew they were so bored in that house. So, I let them go where they want. I was even on the plane with them! I only called Joon because if Jay knew, we would be dead by now.

************

We spend the night tracking Nilla in hope to find her location, but we both fell asleep while waiting for an answer to pop up from the screen. We are both genius when it comes to hacking, but codes take time to fully load before we can continue the next step. Once the computer makes a sound, Nilla's location will be shown to them.

Morning comes and Kaiya wakes up first. She sees that the computer no longer has the black screen with green codes, but a location and a map showing. She looks at it and her eyes get wider. She wakes up me by hitting my chest. She is excited to finally know where Nilla is.

Kaiya: Yoon! Wake up! Nilla is in danger! I told you so! We could have gone sooner but no, mister here wanted to know the precise location. (She rolls her eyes).

Yoon: What?! (He can't seem to understand the situation right now. He just woke up).

Kaiya: The computer! Look!

I look and... oh no! Kaiya was right. She really was in grave danger. She's on her way to Húdié Island!

Yoon: We need to move asap! We need to get her back before she puts her foot on their land. Pack your stuff. We are leaving. I'll tell the others so when you're done come meet us downstairs.

We were in a hurry. My boss has always told me to keep Nilla away from this Island. He didn't want her to come back there at all. I never knew the reason but if he said so, it might be for Nilla's own good. I leave the room and Kaiya behind so that she packs everything, but I forgot that she had finished packing since yesterday when she was ready to run away to find her twin. She follows me downstairs without me even noticing since I was too busy with my thoughts. She hides herself behind the stair's holder. Jay and Hoon are standing in the living room and talking about all the possibilities that could have happen last night. The night Nilla was kidnapped.

Yoon: Guys! I found her!

Jay: You did? Where is she?

Yoon: Soon to reach Húdié Island.

Jay: Oh no... OH nonononononono! We have failed! We have failed her dad!

Yoon: Chill don't panic! We will find her and bring her back before they can do anything to her. She's on her way. She didn't land yet.

Jay: No! It's not just a matter of bringing her back, Yoon! She'll have to decide whether or not she wants to come back!

Yoon: What do you mean?

Jay: The only reason why Nilla's dad didn't want her to go back to her island is because he knows that they won't let her go that easily. They will give her anything she wants so she can decide by herself if she wants to leave or not. It's a psychology matter and we both know that she is weak when it comes to making a choice.

Yoon: She will come back! She knows that they are the enemy. We are her friends. Friends! We have Kaiya and Joon on our side. She will come back.

Jay: Don't you think I know that? They will brainwash her! They are not stupid, Yoon! They've been stalking her until now! They will mess with her mind. They will try to make us her enemy. They will tell her it's her destiny to run an island. Once the heir comes back, they are going to war.

Kaiya can't bare hearing that conversation anymore. Jay is wrong in so many points.

Kaiya: No! Nilla is not like that! As much as you think she is weak mentally, she isn't. She knows what's best for her and I trust her and her choice. I'll know she'll make the right one. She's not someone who gives up easily. I bet she'll even fight to get out of here.

Yoon: She's right! She trusted and still trusts her dad. She knows clearly who the enemy is.

Jay: Yoon! You're getting brainwashed too! But fine, as you wish! But if something goes wrong, it's not going to be my fault. You should be careful around who you hang out with...

What did he mean by that? Careful of who? I only hang out with the boys and Kaiya and Nilla. What was he trying to say? I'm getting brainwashed too? By who?

Jay: Anyways, let's prepare. Call Joon and meet me in the basement.

I take out my phone to call Joon. No answer. I call another time, still no answer. I decide to go knock in his room. Maybe he is still mad at himself after what happened yesterday? I knock on the door and still no answer. I turn the door knob and find no one inside so I enter. I walk around and notice that some of his stuffs are missing and found a note on his work desk.

I saw your computer yesterday while you were both asleep. I'm going to find her before any of you could. I'm sorry.

-Joon

Maybe he went to search for Nilla because he still blames himself for what happened? Joon was the strongest of all of us reunite. If he goes alone, that means the problem is bigger than we thought.  The note says it all. He wants to find Nilla before any of us could. Something is wrong with Joon's notice and I can feel it, but I didn't know what. I decide to go in my room and search for the box I gave Nilla on the airplane to Korea. The box that belonged to her dad, my boss. I open it and find the letter Nilla was holding during the plane ride. I wasn't asleep at that time. I knew she was crying upon reading what her dad wrote to her, but I didn't know the content of it.

I read the letter, and something feels a little suspicious. "Húdié" means butterfly in mandarin and "Nabi" also means butterfly in Korean which can explain the fact that he called his daughter "butterfly". What triggers me is that never once in my life I heard him called her that nickname. Kaiya dad did, but not him. It was also his idea to name the coffee shop like this, but my boss was always complaining about that name. He said that it'll attract the enemy, but Kaiya's dad told him to not worry about it since it's in Korean.

Knowing my boss, I knew the letter was just a cover. Okay, maybe he wanted to at least write a letter for his daughter, but I know there is something underneath it, in between two sheets of paper. I am definitely right. He was the one who taught us that. The right corner of the letter is a little open, as if it wants to be tear. I detached the first layer and there is effectively, a hidden letter inside. I take it out to read it.

You do always love to play detective, Yoon. I know you'll discover it when you'll find this letter. Once Nilla get to safety in Korea, something will go wrong. There is a high chance that it has already happened since you came to read the letter. Don't worry, she will go back to her homeland where she'll finally find the truth about who she really is. I've been planning her return for so long. The sooner she leaves, the better it is for all of you. I've been the one who protected her from Sangre Island killers all those years. You should thank me. You know exactly what they are capable of. You were nothing but a pawn to me, Yoon. You fell in my trap.

It can't be. No. No, it can't be. There is panic in my voice. They kept telling me to be careful around my surrounding and I should have. I should really have. Nilla was destined to go back. Everything was already planned. And Joon... he was supposed to keep her safe, but why did he fail to do so last night?
Before I can shallow everything, there is a knock on the door.

"Long time no see...Yoon."

He was alive this whole time.
