Saturday morning you went to see your stupid ass best friend to fix his relationship with Joy. You thought he must be sleeping like a potato but you were surprised to see him up and playing the guitar. You knew something was wrong instantly because he plays it when he is having a heavy heart. His face looked sad as he was focused on the strings on the guitar. Feeling a presence he looked up at you and a small smile crossed his face.

"Hey precious." his voice sounded different and sad. It made you sad instantly as well.

"Hey Kookie." you gave a comforting smile as you sat next to him. You remained silent for a while knowing that Jungkook was not ready to talk. He just kept playing the guitar till he finished whatever he was playing. The tune sounded so sad and the way he hummed the song hurt your heart. He stopped to write something down and when you looked at it they were lyrics.

"Jungkook, you are writing a song?" you asked not knowing if you should be happy or not. Back in the days he liked writing songs and singing them so much. It was a hobby that he let go as you grew up. And now here he is doing it again but everything sounded so sad. Jungkook looked at you softly before replying in a voice that was barely audible.

"No.. just my feelings."

You gulped feeling heavy. You can never watch him like this. You looked at his notepad and then back up at him. You could see that whatever these feelings that he was writing down, meant a lot to him. You want him to open up and you thought the best way for him to do that was with this song. 

"Sing it for me.. please." you said softly meeting his eyes.

You saw his Adam's apple bob as he gulped. Jungkook looked at your eyes longingly for few seconds and then gave a nod. He turned to play the guitar again. The humming started and your heart got more heavy.

When I see you smile in the screen

His voice was so soulful and beautiful as always. The first verse itself sounded so heartbreaking. Your eyes travelled to the notebook on the table. The title read ' Decalcomania' You listened to his words carefully taking them to your heart.

This part he suddenly looked at you and your heart started beating fast. His doe dark eyes glistened a little as they were locked with yours. His face so serious, so sad... His voice so sorrowful.

Jungkook turned away finally breaking away from the gaze and closed his eyes as he sang the last bit of the painful song.

The music stops and everything goes quiet for a minute. You could hear your own heart beating so fast and loud. You watched Jungkook slowly opening his eyes and stare into nothing for a second before turning to you. Feeling a strange tug in your heart, you jumped to wrap your arms around his neck and hugged him tight.

He quickly put down the guitar and wrapped his big arms around you, pulling you closer to him. You gently rubbed his back trying to give him comfort.

"What's going on Jungkook?" you asked but he just remained quiet. Sighing out you rubbed his back hoping he would find some comfort.

Jungkook buried his head into the crook of your neck. He felt at peace and his heart melted when you wrapped him in his arms. Jungkook felt like crying because he was feeling so frustrated. He wished to open up to you and tell you how he feels but he was scared. He was scared that you would reject him and avoid him. Jungkook always wanted to protect you and take care of you but he never thought he will fall in love with you.

He knew you never saw him like that but he never tried approaching you like that. For years he kept his feelings hidden thinking it would eventually go away with time but it just won't. He tried his best to move on but he keeps coming back to you.

" Are you ok?" pulling back, you asked in a low comforting voice. Jungkook gave a small smile and nodded his head. You frowned knowing that was a lie.

"Jungkook don't lie to me. I have known you all my life and I know when something is wrong."

He let out a sigh and shifted his hands to take your hands in his. "I'm just feeling down. Too much stress, nothing much." he said softly.

"Is it because of Joy?" you asked and he just remained silent.

"Look Kookie if you have something then talk it out with her. She thinks you are cheating on her." you said and Jungkook's forehead creased.

"She spoke to you?" he asked and you gave a nod.

"Why are you ignoring her?" you asked.

"I have my reasons y/n. And she is one stubborn person who never listens." he let out a sigh. "I'm just so tired, I really don't know what I'm doing and I really need to clear my head." He said sounding so low. You stared at him and thought of a way to cheer him up. He did say he needs to clear his head.

"Kookie. Remember you promised to take me to one of your favorite places here in Busan?" you asked smiling and he gave a nod.

"I want you to take me there."

"Oh my god. How much more do I have to walk?" you asked already feeling tired.

"Stop whining like a baby, we barely walked 1km." Jungkook chuckled turning back to look at you. 

"What? 1 km?" you gasped and made a dramatic face making Jungkook laugh just like you intended too. You couldn't help but giggle along with his chuckles. 

"Come on you lazy bum. We are almost there." Jungkook got behind you and pushed you up the steep path.

Bickering and giggling you both somehow got to the top of the deck. The large stone at the entrance was very eye catching. The stone read ' Oryukdo Skywalk' your eyes widened and turned to Jungkook. 

"The glass skywalk?" you asked knowing the place. It's a beautiful place but walking on glass scared the hell out of you.

"Yep. This place calms me a lot and it's so pretty." He flashed his cute bunny smile getting a little excited. You mentally sighed trying to put away your fear and do this for Jungkook. After all you are the one who asked him to take you to his favorite place.

Once you entered you were given a cloth band to wear over your shoes. You nervously sat on the bench on put them on. Jungkook watched you with a big teasing smile.

"Don't tell me you are scared to walk the glass bridge." he said putting out both of his hands for you to hold. Biting your lips you took both of his hands and he helped you up.

"Maybe a little." you scrunched your face looking towards it.

"Don't worry. It will be fun. now come on." Jungkook said excitingly and walked over to the bridge pulling you along with him. Fun...Yeah right!

It's been more than five minutes and you are still standing on the same spot clinging on to Jungkook.

"Stop laughing. It's not funny." you scolded Jungkook as you gawked at the waves crashing the rocks under your feet. The wind was not that strong and the surrounding was beautiful but you couldn't help but worry that the glass will break. 

"Y/n how can I not laugh when you are acting like a kid. I mean look at those tiny babies walking the glass. And here you are scared to take another step forward." he said enjoying this. 

"What if this thing breaks and we fall and die." you try to defend yourself.

"Oh god. Can you see so many people walking this. It's been here for sometime and there is no single crack. Besides this is made for us to walk on." Jungkook tried to convince you "And I'm here with you."

"That's what I'm mostly scared of. You are a muscle pig now. What if this thing can't bare your weight and cracks." you looked up at him realizing that with popped out eyes. Jungkook burst out laughing again. You were being so cute in his eyes and he couldn't control the laughs.

"Oh Precious, you are such a baby." he teased calming his laugh down.

"Ok do you trust me?" he asked.

"Of course I do." you replied immediately without any hesitation because you would trust Jungkook blindly anytime.

"Ok then look at me." he said softly and you do as he say. He removes your hand from his arm and gets in front of you. He slowly takes both of your hands in his and smiled beautifully calming your heart a little.

"Ok now. Keep looking at me. No matter what, don't look down. ok?" Jungkook said giving a light squeeze to your hands.

"Ok." you agreed after taking a deep breath.

Jungkook gave a nod and started walking backwards carefully making sure that your gaze is fixed on him. You smiled feeling touched by what he is doing for you. You really never would have dreamt of coming here if it wasn't for him.

You slowly took each step forward following Jungkook. You had your eyes locked on his beautiful doe eyes and they sparkled as you watched them. The way he was looking at you made your heart warm, you could see so much care and love in them. His smile was so beautiful and so was his face. Jungkook really has changed a lot in a good way. He truly is an amazing guy and you are so happy to have him in your life.

Jungkook somehow managed to get you to the edge. He slowly turned to face the beautiful sea and allowed you to wrap your hand around his arm for comfort. Showing around he pointed at the small mountains and showed you the point where the East Sea and South Sea separated. Everything was so calm and nice. Jungkook relaxed next to you and you both watched the view.

"Jungkook... are you happy with Joy?" you asked unable to control your thoughts. Jungkook didn't seem to be bothered by the question as he kept staring ahead. He knew he had to answer you one way another because he knew you were not going to drop it.

" I tried to." he answered truthfully. He really did try but things were hard with her. She never understood him and it was not easy to keep up with her demands. Jungkook felt suffocated. 

"Then why don't you just face it without ignoring. You don't have to go through things you don't want to Kookie. I learnt my lesson and I don't want you to go through the same. Don't do anything that doesn't make you happy." you told him wanting him to realize that he doesn't deserve it if he is not happy in it. 

"I tried y/n. Things just keeps getting complicated. I don't want to hurt her, So I tried to explain and distant myself hoping that she would leave. But she is very stubborn. It was never easy to deal with her." he said sighing.

"Worser than me?" you asked in a joking manner so that conversation won't get too serious. He looked at you side ways and chuckled. "Way worser than you."

"But why did you like her in the first place if you couldn't get along?" you asked looking up at him. He remained silent for a second before turning to look at you fully. His doe eyes softened and a small smile tugged his lips. 

"Because she looked like you." 

Your eyes widened as a strange feeling tugged your heart. Normally you wouldn't take it to your heart because he would naturally joke with these things. But what bothered you was the way he was looking at you.

"Like me?"

"Yes, a little. But I should've known better because not anybody can be you." he said changing the tone as he chuckled a bit. 

"Damn right. I'm one of a kind." you smiled widely brushing it off. Yeah..he was just joking! 

Jungkook agreed with that fact and started teasing reminding you of the stupid crazy things you have done in the past. You both spent a little more time talking about the past while laughing your lungs out.

Jungkook felt at ease again knowing that you are always here for him no matter what. He couldn't think of a world without you. He loves the way you laugh and make faces. He loves the way you make him feel. And he loves the way you are looking right now, You seemed very free and relaxed. Jungkook could see a difference in you. You looked happier these days and that made you more beautiful in his eyes. 

When heading back you couldn't stop whining. You looked exhausted after climbing down all those stairs and the thought of having to walk more was draining you out.

"Wait. Time out. I'm not taking another step." you said holding your knees. 

Jungkook smiled and watched you while you frowned. He could really see that you are drained. And he knows how lazy you are for real. At this rate you would just flop to the ground and try to bicker with him again. He chuckled at the thought shaking his head and walked towards you. Without a word he turned his back to you and crouched down. 

"Hop on." he said lending his back to you for a piggyback. You couldn't help but smile. It's been ages since he gave you one. 

"Jungkook I'm no longer the fragile thin girl." you told him.

"And I'm no longer a thin small boy. Like you said, I'm a muscle pig who can certainly lift you with one arm." he said flashing his teeth and it made you laugh.

"Are you sure?" you asked looking around to see people walking the streets and then back at him. He knew exactly what you meant. 

"Yes I'm sure. I can do anything for you and you know that." your heart got soft and your smile widened.

"Come on now." he ushered and this time you hopped on. Jungkook easily lifted you like a feather making you giggle. 

"Ok.. Lets go." you cheered feeling silly and Jungkook laughed as he carried you on his back just like the old times.
