Jungkook was already waiting for you when you got outside. A smile spread across your face when he greeted you with a sweet bunny smile. You really did miss the crazy times you both had being carefree and playing around back in the days. That's why you both agreed on this spend the day at his place. 

"Good morning shorty."

"Good morning bunny." you stuck your tongue out at him and he just rolled his eyes. You both chuckled as he lend his arm to you. You happily wrapped your hand around it but when he started walking you looked confused.

"Wait. Aren't we taking the car?" you asked.

"Nope. It's really not necessary because we can walk." he replied.

"What really?" you asked in surprise because he always come in his vehicle and you have never been to his house before. This is the first time you are going to his house here in Busan. 

"You will see." he smiled. 

It didn't even take 5 minutes you were already there, his place was just around the corner. 

"You live this close to me and I never knew this all along. Wow." you said in surprise and Jungkook just chuckled.

"Why else do you think I pestered you to get my friends place." he reminded you of how he finalized everything for you for your move. 

"Woah! You got a nice place Kookie." You looked around in awe when you went inside. It was huge and beautiful, you never knew Jungkook was this well off now. And you keep forgetting he is well paid famous game designer not the shy bunny boy who used to get red all the time. 

"Thanks.. this is our family house even though it's only me and brother who stays here." he said gesturing you to sit. 

"Want anything to drink?" he asked before heading inside.

"No thanks I'm fine." you gave him a smile not wanting anything so he came and sat next to you.

"So is Joy coming?"

"NO! why would she be here. Today is all about us and our bonding time." he said messing your hair.

"Yahhh!!" you yelled grabbing his now long hair.

"Ouch. Yah let go." Jungkook said trying to pull away your hand from his hair. You were not hurting him or grabbing hard, it's just that you know he takes hours to tame and fix his hair so he hates to mess it up.

"You started it." you said in defense just incase if he tries to annoy you more. 

"Ok Ok sorry." he quickly apologized and you happily let go giggling.

"Geez.. you are still so childish." he commented fixing his hair.

"Look who is talking." you made a face at him. 

"Y/n!!!" a deep voice exclaimed your name happily from behind you. You and Jungkook turned in unison to see his brother Jung Hyun walking towards you both all dressed up. You smiled widely and stood to hug him.

" Heyy! how are you?" you asked happily after seeing him in ages.

"I'm good. Jungkook told me that you are in Busan but I really didn't get a time to come say hi. I'm so glad to see you again." he smiled. Jungkook and his brother used to look so much alike back in the days but now they are so different. Jung Hyun looks almost the same. It's Jungkook that had changed a lot. 

"Me too. Are you going out?" you asked smiling. 

"Yes. Catching up with some friends and my girlfriend. You guys wanna come? We will be going to the movies too." he said getting excited. 

Jungkook saw you flinch a little at the mention of going to the movies. He very well knew what was going in your mind, so he quickly cut in wrapping an arm around your shoulder.

"That's fine hyung. We have a lot of catching up to do, so you go ahead and enjoy your day." he said giving you an assuring squeeze to your shoulder that made you snap out of your thoughts.

"Ok then maybe next time. See you two around." he waved and left. 

You looked at Jungkook and he gave you a knowing look. He knew exactly how you felt so he quickly got you mind off of it fooling around a little. You are so grateful to him and the fact that he is your best friend is your greatest strength in your life. 

"Come let's make something I'm so hungry." Jungkook suggested and you happily tagged along with him to the kitchen because you were feeling hungry too. When he opened the pantry you saw packets of ramen.

"I want one." you said pointing at them greedily with lit up eyes.

"Still a pig for ramen I see. I'll have one too then since I know that you won't be sharing." he laughed softly.

"Old habits die hard sometimes." you said proudly.

"Don't tell me you still don't know how to cook." he teased

"Not true!" you defended yourself. " I know how to make ramen and fry eggs and sausages."

Jungkook burst out laughing like he was expecting it. You always sucked at cooking and it was Jungkook who taught you to make ramen in the days. Your mom was never around to teach you and you didn't understand a thing on the internet back then. And it's always a disaster when you try to make something. So you just stuck to take outs all the time or to spreads and bread. 

"When will you learn." he asked teasingly as he filled the pot with water.

"Never I guess. Besides I have you to feed me home cook food." you said grinning at him. Unlike you Jungkook can cook. Sometimes he just goes with the flow and makes weird dishes but surprisingly they taste so good. 

"Yes ma'am. At your service. Then let me make it a special ramen." he said opening his fridge to see what he have to make it extra.

After spending the day Jungkook walked you back. You both looked up at the stars that were very faint but still beautiful enough to give satisfaction to the eyes. It's been a while that you looked up at the sky with a relaxed mind. Your life has been so stressful and eventful after coming to Busan that you really didn't have a time to relax and enjoy till today. You looked at Jungkook who seemed to be lost in his thoughts as well. 

"What are you thinking?" you asked him tilting your head to the side. 

"About your trip to New York with Jimin." he said frankly.

"What about it?" you asked wondering why he is thinking about that.

"I just don't like the fact that he will be there alone with you. I hope he doesn't do anything funny." he said openly showing you that he don't like Jimin at all. And you understand. You have seen so many insta post that your best friend will be the one to hate the person who hurt you the most. And seeing Jungkook like this made you smile widely.

"Jungkook relax! I'm not going alone. Hoseok will be there with us. And it's strictly a business trip." you said to lift off his worry. "And besides Jimin will not try anything against my will. I know that for a fact." you assured him remembering Jimin saying that to you once.

"How do you know?" he asked eyeing you in a suspicious way.

"I just know. He maybe a bad guy but on the inside he still got some manners left within him. And also New York will be full of hot chicks. If he wants some he can just easily go to a club and get some." you tried to joke and shake it off but Jungkook still felt uncomfortable.

"Ok.. If you say so." he said looking at you.

"I know so. Plus he knows that I have a boyfriend." you told him and he just rolled his eyes because he don't like Taehyung as well. In fact he don't like any men in your life. Jungkook is so protective when it comes to you and other men.

You hugged Jungkook good night and went in to your apartment. You looked down at the opened suitcase which you took out to pack for the trip. If you were being honest to yourself it's you that you can't trust around Jimin. He had been tempting you and he makes you feel weird things that you have never felt before. Him just breathing next to you was enough to drive you mad at times. You are suppose to hate him but the things you see and things he does makes you soft. 

You let out a sigh and flopped on to your bed. You pulled out your phone just to see an empty screen. Taehyung went MIA again, the last you spoke to him was three days back and he hasn't return your calls or viewed your messages. You just sent him a message saying that you will be gone out of the country for the next three days and tossed the phone away. 

After coming to Busan you realized how lonely and boring your life is. Even you got everything in control to have a stable life, you have no one other than Jungkook in your life. Even though Taehyung is your boyfriend you never felt complete with him. You felt like a mother taking care of a child as you were attending his every need and helping him to have a better life. But you can't blame him because you voluntarily did those and he got used to it. At the end of the day, his baby bear face made you feel like it was all worth it.

The next day before digging yourself into the couch to relax, you fidget with the remote to find  something to watch on your TV. After flicking through many channels you decided to watch Running Man reality show. You laughed at the funny games they were playing feeling happy.

But the smile on your face got replaced with an anxious look when your phone rang. 'Pervert' the name you have saved for Jimin displayed. Why is he calling me on a Sunday? Pursing your lips, you grabbed the phone and answered it. 

"H-Hello."  You stuttered.  You didn't know why it happened but you started feeling stupid for it and cleared your throat. 

"Y/n?" His low raspy voice made your heart skip a beat. Is he sleeping? 

"Yes." you answered and what he said next made your heart twist. You didn't know what he meant or what he wants. But those words and the way he said it made you feel like a shock of current passed down your veins. What those words kept repeating in your head.

 "I need you right now."
