Daryl woke that morning early, he looked to his side and saw both of his mates were asleep. He smiled and headed towards the kitchen, he began to cook breakfast happily humming to himself. This was a special day, their first valentines day as an officially mated couple and he had a special gift to give them both. He smiled as he made heart shaped pancakes and cooked up some bacon. He set out three plates and poured some orange juice making sure to spike Negan's because he always wanted a bit of alcohol to wake him up in the morning and add a spring to his step.

He checked over the table a few times, set the eggs and bacon on a plate together the pancakes on a separate one so they could put as much syrup as they wanted and padded back to their room.

"Negan, Rick. Wake up." Daryl said pushing on his alphas.

Negan sat up and the smell of bacon wafted to their room, Negan began to salivate and the scent. "Rick." Negan grunted pushing on his fellow alpha. "Ricky our 'mega made us breakfast get up."

Rick's head popped up in interest, the smell of fresh eggs and pancakes catching his attention. "Oh Daryl you didn't have to do that sweetheart."

"I know but I wanted to Alpha." Daryl smiled happily.

Rick and Negan got out of bed and followed their omega towards the dining room, Daryl sat happily at his spot and they sat together admiring the breakfast Daryl had spent time making. "It looks lovely honey."

Daryl smiled proud of himself. "I hope it all turned out good, you usually do most of the cooking." Daryl said looking towards Negan. The man had a knack in the kitchen.

"That is true," Negan smirked, "but when you have cooked for us it's been great."

Daryl smiled happily, they began to eat enjoying their meal. "This is really good sweetheart." Rick said with a smile on his face. "Honestly."

Daryl beamed at the praise, he was thankful it turned out good. He had watched hours of cooking videos throughout the week to make sure everything was going to go well, he never thought there were so many tricks that went into cooking eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Shaping them into hearts was an entirely other deal. He was just glad they had large cookie cut outs, or there would not have been shaped pancakes on the plates.

Negan took a sip of his orange juice and grinned. "You remembered."

"I know you like it." Daryl smiled happily. "A spring in your step."

"Right you are darling." Negan smiled. "This was a wonderful gift Daryl."

He smiled happily. "I have more." Daryl replied. "For you both."

The two alpha's looked to one another in surprise, "You didn't have to do that." Rick said. "We know how much you love us, we don't expect things from you Daryl. The fact we both get to have you is enough."

"I know but," Daryl smiled, "you both deserve more."

"You're more than enough darling." Negan said looking him over.

"I'm glad," Daryl said not sure if he believed it, but he wasn't going to argue. "I'll be right back."

Daryl got up and headed towards their bedroom, he smiled big as he pulled the two gift boxes out from under the bed. He padded back to the dining room and set the gift boxes in front of each of his mates. "Go ahead open them."

Negan and Rick opened them at the same time throwing wrapping paper to the side as they did so, Daryl smiled waiting eagerly for them to open them up. There was a smaller box inside along with a folded up shirt. "Shirts first."

The men nodded, they each unfolded the shirts. Negan's had a baseball bat and baseball diamond, Rick opened his and saw it had a sheriff's star on it.

"Open the smaller boxes."

Both men did as they were told, it looked like a fabric wrapping around something. They both pulled them out and their eyes got big, Negan was trying to hold back tears and Rick lost it. As they pulled out the small fabric a positive pregnancy test fell out of them. They unfolded the fabric to find they were onsies. The one Negan had said Daddy's Little Slugger, Rick's said, Watch out Boys, My Dads a Cop.

"Daryl, you're pregnant?!" Rick asked almost jumping across the table to hug him. Daryl nodded eagerly.

"Yes, I am. There's one more surprise." Daryl pulled out sonogram photo's handing them each one. "Carol took me."

Negan and Rick picked them up and looked over the little blob forms in the image, Negan saw it first and nearly lost it there. "Twins."

"Yeah." Daryl smiled. "They both can wear the onesies together. A little girl and a little boy."

"Daryl this is wonderful." Rick said his hand almost shaking. "What are we going to name them?"

"I was thinking maybe Carl and Judith?" Daryl smiled leaning forward. "Would that be okay?"

Negan and Rick smiled, this was the best news they had heard in a long long time. "Those are beautiful names Daryl."

"Happy valentines day." Daryl smiled setting his hands on the table, each alpha took one of his hands with a smile. "Our family is growing."

"Yes it is. Our family."
