Since tonight was meant to be date night, you and Lena had decided to just take a car to avoid going in two. You would drop her off and then pick her up when it was time. 

She moved to climb out of the car but then stopped before she did.

"Love?"

You turned around to face her properly to see what she was going to say. 

"You forgot to tell me something, three word to be exact"

It was a no brained to realize what you had forgotten. With a smile and a kiss, you said the three words that she asked for. 

"I love you."

"That's sweet but try again, Mrs. Luthor"

You were confused for a second but then realized what she was talking about. Kimberly was planning to present a project proposal. 

"Oh..okay..I will behave."

Satisfied with your response, Lena kissed you properly and finally climbed out of the car. 

"Good. I love you too. Pick me up at 6PM. Don't be late."
