Emily was not happy when she heard that Lena was going to go on a work trip with you to Japan. She was a bit worried that something would happen between the two of you. So to stop herself from being a paranoid girlfriend, she knew it was time to pop the question. Sure, Lena had cheated on you while you were married but Emily was sure it wouldn't happen again. Especially considering that she had noticed how you could barely stand her. Lena only had her now and she wasn't going to risk losing her.

In order to guarantee that Lena would say yes to the proposal, Emily invited all her friends and spent way too much money to make the proposal as romantic and public as she could. She knew that Lena hated to disappoint people and figure that it was going to pressure her to say yes.

The day of the proposal, Emily had told Lena that she was going to take her on a surprise date. Lena, was of course reluctant to go as she had too much work to do before her work trip but after much begging from Emily, she agreed.

"I'll pick you up at 8. I love you."

Emily texted Lena as she headed home to get ready. Ever since the morning, she hasn't been able to stop smiling. Today was the day she was finally going to make Lena hers.

As Emily picked Lena up, she put a blindfold over her eyes to fully surprised. Lena was of course hesitant but couldn't really say no when she saw how excited Emily was. After a quick 20 minute drive, Emily helped Lena out of the car and led her to a yacht where all their friends were waiting.

Lena wasn't sure what was going on and despite her best efforts to get information out of someone, no one budged. After dinner, Emily walked them to the middle. Emily motioned to the staff to start the fireworks and music. Lena was amazed by the fireworks that she hadn't realized that Emily had gotten on one knee until she turned around.

"My sweet Lena, will you spend the rest of your life with me?"

She said while holding out a ring.

Lena looked at the ring, then her friends and finally to Emily. She wasn't sure she could do this. Everyone was smiling and waiting for her to say yes that she just went along with it. She didn't want to humiliate Emily infront of their friends.

"Ye..yes."

She said, forcing herself to give Emily a wide smile when she slid the ring on.

The super friends slowly clapped at hearing Lena say yes. They had hoped that Lena would eventually come to her senses but after seeing how happy she seemed, all they could do was be happy for her. They had promised you that they wouldn't interfere, and they weren't going to break it. Along with everyone else, they clapped and took pictures.

"...After much talking, we've decided that we would both go by Mrs. Luthor. I want to show Lena that I'm 100% supportive of her and what better way than to take her last name."

Emily says as she finishes her speech.

"Give it up for Mrs. Emily and Lena Luthor!"

Emily's best friend yells. All Lena could do was smile. This had gotten out of control too fast. Neither of them had talked about marriage before and suddenly, she had just gotten engaged to the person she had cheated with.
