Lexi's POV:

I woke up to my phone alarm buzzing.

8 am. It was too early for this! Today was a Saturday. Why did I even set the alarm this early on a weekend?

I groaned and rubbed my eyes as I turned off the alarm.

As I was about to lie down and get another few minutes of sleep, someone knocked on my door.

"What now?" I mumbled to myself, as I opened the door. Opening the door, I saw Jake and Hannah standing there.

"What is it? What do you need?" I asked them, as Hannah frowned in confusion.

"Did you forget? We're going to Paris for three days! The school field trip, remember? We're leaving the school at around 1 pm to go to the airport." Hannah looked at me, trying to make me remember.

"That's today?" I dropped my jaw, as Jake and Hannah both nodded. "Shit! I haven't even started packing!" I began to panic, as Jake put a reassuring hand on my shoulder.

"It's fine, we'll help you!" He said smiling as I thanked him.

A few hours passed as Jake and Hannah helped me pack up my clothes and other necessities for Paris, I told them about what had happened between Louis and me yesterday night.

"Holy crap! You're joking!" Hannah exclaimed as I shook my head.

"Oh my gosh, I am so happy for you!" Hannah hugged me and Jake smiled, also congratulating me.

"I was going to ask what we should do all together in Paris, but wow, looks like we're going to have to let you go on dates with Louis!" Hannah smirked, as I rolled my eyes at her.

"I'm sure he'll be fine with me hanging out with you guys," I told Hannah, as we finished packing my suitcase, "besides, it was just a kiss."

"Just a kiss?" I heard a voice come from the doorway, as I looked up and blushed, seeing Louis raising an eyebrow at me.

"Hey, Louis." I awkwardly grinned.

"Hey." He responded, and sat on my bed.

"Are you done packing your suitcase?" Louis glanced at my beige suitcase that was laying on the floor.

"Yeah. I think I packed everything I'll need." I commented as Louis started to ask me a list of things to make sure I didn't forget anything.

"Toothbrush and toothpaste?" He asked.

"Check."

"Tshirts, long sleeves, or sweaters?"

"Check."

"Extra shoes?"

"Check."

"Charger?"

"Check."

"Hat and pants?"

"Check."

"I think you're done packing then." Louis nodded.

"Can we have breakfast now?" I asked as Hannah, Jake, and Louis all nodded at me.

After heading down to the cafeteria and eating some food, I noticed it was 12:20 pm.

Once we were all done eating breakfast, we got our suitcases and headed down to the lobby, where other students were as well. Our homeroom teachers got us all to line up, as he took attendance. We got onto a school bus, and an hour later we arrived at the airport.

At the airport, although I insisted multiple times that I was fine pulling my suitcase on my own, Louis told me he'd do it instead.

After check out, Louis and I went to the gate and sat down on the empty chairs.

Since there were about 15 minutes left till our flight was boarding people, I went to the washroom, and I got back right on time when my classmates were beginning to board.

I caught up with Louis, who had my suitcase and was waiting for me, as I showed my passport and flight ticket to the flight attendant, as she let us go onto the boarding bridge.

Once Louis and I got onto the airplane, we found our spots (which were fortunately right next to each other) and we put our suitcases in the overhead area and sat down in our seats.

More people boarded, and the plane door shut, as the flight attendants began to make their announcements. Soon after, the plane began to take off, as I squeezed Louis's hand.

Louis glanced at me and asked if I was okay, as I nodded and mumbled to him that I was just scared of take-off and landing. He squeezed my hand back and assured me nothing bad was going to happen.

Since the plane ride was only around two hours long from London to Paris, I decided to watch a movie from the plane seat screen.

About an hour into the movie, I wanted some water, so I got up to go find a flight attendant. On the way there, I saw Tiffany up from her seat but thought nothing of it. I mean, Ella had the voice recordings.

Tiffany wouldn't do anything to me now, she wouldn't be dumb enough to do anything, especially when Ella could easily leak the voice recording which could ruin Tiffany's whole life at this school.

Wrong.

Wrong wrong wrong wrong WRONG.

I was so wrong, so VERY wrong.

After I got water from the flight attendant, Tiffany "accidentally" spilled hot coffee all over my white sweater.

"Oh my gosh! Oops! I'm so sorry, I seriously didn't see you coming!" Tiffany pouted, as I hissed in pain because of how hot the coffee was.

"Watch where you're going next time, Lexi! Maybe then you won't get hot coffee spilled on you." Tiffany said, then lowered her voice. "Or maybe, just maybe, next time don't hog attractive guys all to yourself? You're a pathetic bitch who wants Louis all to herself. You're manipulating him to be just with you. you're honestly the worst person I've ever met. He doesn't even fucking like you. I mean, how could he? You're nothing to him. Did you know that? Or can you not get understand that with your tiny fucking brain?"

"Or maybe he doesn't fucking like you. Maybe, Tiffany, he chose me over you. And don't you dare say I'm manipulating him because we both know I'm not. And we kissed, so how about you shut up when you don't even know half the stuff I know? Oh, by the way, thanks for ruining my sweater. I really appreciate it."

I turned to walk away from her, as she grabbed my wrist.

"Listen, you idiot, he's using you. I mean, obviously, since you kissed him, he doesn't even care about you-" Tiffany started, as I interrupted her.

"He kissed me. Not that it's any of your business, but he kissed me. Me, not you. So maybe YOU should be the one to try and understand that he chose me, he likes me, not you. Goodbye."  I corrected her, as she stood there, speechless.

When I came back to my seat, Louis glanced from his movie over to me, and then pulled out his earphones.

"What happened to you? Are you okay?" Louis asked as I told him what happened.

"I'm texting Ella. I'm sorry I wasn't there with you, but don't worry Lexi, I'll make sure she won't bother you ever again." Louis apologized.

"It's not your fault. It's hers. She said some stupid stuff to me about you not caring and blah blah blah." I told Louis.

Louis looked up from texting Ella over to me. "Whatever she said, I like you, okay? Like a lot. I really care about you. I won't ever leave you and I'm not using you or anything like that. Just know that, alright?"

I nodded my head, smiling to myself at what he just said to me. "That was beautiful."

"You are more." Louis smoothly replied, smiling back.

"Here, use my extra hoodie. I don't need it anyway." He said as I changed sweaters. Fortunately, the shirt beneath my sweater hadn't been affected by the coffee.

Louis looked at me. "Now, let's give some karma to this toxic bitch."
