Again once Kabir left, my phone rang with the same unknown number.

Okay....now its really creepy.

I was contemplating whether to pick it up or not and that's when a harsh knock landed on my door which startled me.

I quickly dashed for the door and it was none other than our Kabir again.

He was eyeing me suspiciously "Who is calling you this late at night? And why are not picking it up? Even the last time i came , i heard your phone ringing and even now? Who is it?" He asked authoritatively.

And i replied "I can managae. You can go and sleep." I was about to close the door but he kept his hand in between as i shrieked "Kabir remove your hand. You will hurt yourself."

But he stood there reluctant to go away as i opened the door again. He stood there still asking me calmly "Why aren't you picking it up?"

I shook my head off as i mouthed "I am scared....what if it is him?"

And his puzzled eyes asked "Who?"

And i sighed answering "You know that person who called you that dinner night when we were with our parents and talked shit about me."

He was quick to recall that incident and he offered me more like told me "Give me the phone. I will answer it now."

"No.....i answered your question so now just go away." He shook his head off and grabbed my ringing phone into his palms.

I tried to grab my phone back but he twirled me and hugged me from front and slided the answer button notetting me to even move.

I closed my eyes together in frightenment as the voice came from otherside "Hello sweetheart." The voice was rough but its didnt seem to be him.

Kabir looked onto me and i whispered "It doesn't sound like him."

But before kabir could reply back,the man on the other hand said "Kia baby.....i love you so damn much. I just want to come to your home and get hitched to you. Oh god....i love you so damn much. Dont worry about that jerk of a husband of yours. I know he is a dumbass. Just leave him and come to me." I was shocked as the manifestions he made just now and that too infront of my own husband.

Whoever you are sweetheart......ab tum nahi bachoge.

But when i glanced at Kabir his expressions were neutral. Yeah simple and plain.

Then i was shocked with his next six words "Well hello to you too Sid."

Then all i heard from the other side was shuffling and a loud cry and now i was sure it was Sid itself.

"You are fired from the company partnership project coming around this weekend. And if you want to continue you have to complete the 56 files piled up at your desk before tomoroow morning. Good luck and good bye." With that Kabir was going to cut the call but stopped as the scream came from Sid's side "Arey yaar....i was just joking you know. also its not only me but also Reh who is currently involved with me in this prank. We were just trying to test Kia's trust on you and thats it. Chal na yaar.....ab esi punishments mat de." Sid whined from the other side and i bursted out laughing but stopped suddenly as Kabir glared at me.

How many times does he glare in a day?

One day i will surely put up his name for the Gueinnus world record for glaring a million times a day.

Then we heard Sid cussing at Reh "Why did you smack me" and Reh shouted back at him "Why did you drag me intot this."

When they started to fight it off for the whole night, i decided to take things into my hands as i announced "okay Sid and Reh calm down. You both sleep well today and forget about the punishment....nothing will happen. Trust me."

And Sid squealed form the other side like a teenage girl "Offo Kia......thats why i said i love you. thank you sweetheart...sweetdreams.
...and yeah bear with that stupid friend of mine. Bye love."

Then he ended it and Kabir,sprung me apart to ask "Why do you think you can cut off my said punishments?"

"pleashhhhhhh Kabir." I showed him my best puppy eyes and he went away closing the door.

And i was sure from his posture that i saved both Sid and Reh.

Hehe.....now lets sleep.

Yup......finally i am going to sleep now.

God why do i need to wake up so early?

I just hate listening to this noise maker every morning.....why cant i just lay like a log and sleep for hours and gallop a truck full of kitkats for the whole day.

Then who would give you money to buy those kitkats? My not so nice conscience showed its shitty face in the early morning to making my worst sunrise become even more worser.

Urghhh.......shuffling through the blanket to find my way to my flip flops on the floor, i pushed it aside and got down from my fav place on earth, my bed.

I lazily went up to the washroom, i was brushing my eyes trying my level best to keep my eye lids open so that i dont plant my face into the washbasin and get all those yuck germs in them into my mouth......that's when last nights mission played a rewind back in my mind.

I quickly got done with my chores and took a hot shlwer, dried my hairs on coming out and wore an elegant yet simple but professional salwar suit enough to carry out to the hospital......yeah coz today i am joining back.

Then i paired it with my fav watch and put on my choodas as mumma asked me to wear them for atleast 6 months.

Without wasting any more time, i went to the living room. But it was empty just like i thought coz i know Kabir would be already up amd working out in the gym . Anyways i don't know about that brat lying in our guest room.

I went and checked in her room. Even there was a pin drop silence and the only voice which was heard was her disgusting snores......huh bitch.

Yesterday after all that incidents happened, she is here enjoying her beauty sleep.

Not possible so i am gonna break her dear sleep and after that the drama follows would be soothingly gleeful for my eyes.

Oh God i am so damn excited to see her reaction.

So not able to keep my excitement any longer in my pants, i did what came to my mind first at that moment.

I picked up the cricket ball from the shelf which i knew belonged to abhir, and made a throw right onto her plastic face. Just as the ball touched her skin sliding roughly over it, she woke up with a yelp and then groaned in pain as the ball hit right on her zebra jaw.

I hid behind the door so that i wouldnt get caught and as predicted she was glaring her eyes here and there for the attacker like a hungry raccoon does inside a trashcan.

I stifled my giggles from erupting out and gets me in a death trap even though i knew she would find myself the culprit any sooner now after she witnessed my major attack.

Scratching her chimpanzee hairs like a fucking orangutan, she pulled herself out of the bed and went straight to the bathroom.

Now the count on starts.....

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh what the hellllll?"She screetched like a stray wolf from inside and i burst out laughing running off from her room.

I was literally laughing my ass off as i cant get away with that frightenibg scream of her. Oh god the peace and satisfaction i had at that time is just beyond words.

Then i knew she would be out any moment screaming in her shitty voice, so i quickly went to the kitchen and i found Tiya working over there who asked me concerned "Who was it screaming their lungs out early in the morning?"

And i shrugged saying "Actually Kabir's friend is gonna stay with us for a few days and i guees it would be her. Anyways just don't get bothered about her.....she is a bit weird and mannerless."

On hearing me, she just smiled lightly and i furrowed my eyes on her irrelevant expression "Now why would you smile like that?"

She too shrugged this time as if sipping in some mint lime as she casually saud "Seems like the wifey in the house has got a burn of jealousy lately?'

And my eyes bulged out on her comment that i instantly cut her off "No no .......i am not at all jealous why would i be? And that too from her.....huh!"

To that she just smiled again and brought me the breakfast. It was smelling mouth wateringly delicious.

Then taking me coffee to the dinning table, i started to get myself full and leave for hospital as soon as possible.......yeah....ofcourse i dont want to hear her fucking complaints and that bitchy face again. So i rushed through my food.

Just when i was half way through, Kabir emerged out of his room busily screaming his lungs out at the person on the other side. I truly feel bad for the poor guy who had to face his wrath early in the morning. He had only a white shirt on and his blazer was hanging on his arms.

When he sat on the chair, i called Tiya and she came with his food. I poured his coffee from the pan and pushed it to his side. He started eating not even giving me a glance but yeah when i placed his coffee.....he stood gazing me for a few seconds though.

Both of us were peacefully having our breakfast and thats when he asked breaking in all my serenity and calm "Did Amaya wake up?"

And i shrugged boringly "Didnt check...." and continued digging in. Then i found his gaze lingering on me for a few more seconds as i peeked to see what he was doing.

Then he asked unsure "Are you going somewhere?" and i answered clearing his confusion "Yeah.....i am resuming work back at the hospital." and he nodded to that.

After that no words were exchanged and we completed our morning meal.

Till now that bitch had not shown her ghostly face? What was she doing inside?

Also as my time was ticking, i gave it a damn even though i want to see her annoyed face right now.

I quickly went to my room as i grabbed my bag and came back to the kitchen amd informed Tiya that i am leaving and will be back only by evening.

Then i went to wear my shoes where Kabir was also doing the same. I asked him skeptically "Are you also leaving right now?" and he nodded as he continued "I will drop you at the hospital today."

And i replied back confidently "No thanks. I can manage on my own."

"When i say something, you just obey it? Did you get that.....also for your kind information, from today onwards whenever you step out guards will be following you and you will either use my cars or come along with me to the hospiatl or anywhere you go."

"And why do you expect that i wpuld follow your orders?" I scoffed at him crossing my arms over my chest.

"Its not an expectation darling......i am sure you are gonna follow it just like others do. No one.....i mean no one has the auadcity to disobey my orders." He stated firmly.

I sarcastically replied him back "So do you expect me to obey you like your employees do? Sorry to break your bubble Mr. Singhania as i am not your fucking employee whom you go bossing around and would follow all your commands like a puppy wagging its tail. I am your fucking wife for you to know. So even if you dont want to be my hisband, its cool with me but i am your wife. Its a fact and you cant ever change that..... So never use that tone with your wife again." I warned him seethingly.

Quickly his expression changed to surprise and in a flick turned to a smirking one and he flushed me close to his chest and whispered sending chills down my stomach "Okay then........since you itself stated that you are not my employee but my sweetest wife,why dont you yourself keep up to your words. As you accept me as your husband, then let this husband acquire his rights as well darling. What say? So now i am asking you as my wife to drive along with me or in my cars only." He said and i was stunned.

Did he just accept me as his wife right now? Even if this is for a moment, it feels great. So there was always this soft amd sassy way to handle this devil. Hmmmm......interesting.

Just whem we were standing there so close to each other as our breaths mingled, a screeching voice pierced into the living room.

Okay so now the real showdown starts......

"Kabirrrrrrrrrrr..........look what has happened to me?" She wailed like a bloody chimpanzee.

Just at that moment, all the heat swamped around me was withdrawn in an instant and i found him rushing towards her.

bloody fuck.....Am i his wife or is she?

As soon as he was near her, she was about to hug him but to my utter delight, he pushed her away....okay not so strongly but he prevented her from clinging onto him.

But the worrieness i saw on his face was still there. Whereas she was having a confused expression on studing his acts.

But then again that worry laced tone asked her softly "What has happened to your hair Amaya? What have you done to yourself?"

And she scoffed like a pitbull ready to hunt down its prey "Are you mad Kabir? Why would i do such a thing to myself? Arey when i woke up this morning, this was my state. Now stop with your annoying interrogation session and find the damn prankster. Also help me get out of this shit."

I was having a hard time at stiffling my giggles which would burst off its shell any moment.

Thats when i noticed her glance turning to me and she eyed me sickly narrowing her eyeballs at me.

Uh....oh......looks like i am going to land myself into big trouble now.
