Chapter 11

Part Two: The Storm is Coming

Seven Months Later

Cassandra laid on her back with Sebastian on top. The movie they were watching was long forgotten when Sebastian incited the first kiss. Sebastian's lips were on hers, his tongue craved to touch hers and she gladly let him. "Sebastian," she moaned into his mouth. He pulled up the bottom of her shirt, unveiling her flat stomach a bit.

She grabbed at his head and pulled him closer to her. She liked grabbing at his head, it felt good. She enjoyed Sebastian being as close as possible as her.  Sebastian lifted her shirt more and touched her breast, her eyebrow twitched. Sebastian leaned back, he grabbed Cassandra and put her on her lap. She pulled down her shirt and began kissing him again. Sebastian's hand crept up her back and unbuckled one of her bra hooks.

Cassandra's eyes widen. "Sebastian," she pulled apart. She put a hand over her heaving chest. She stared at her boyfriend of seven months whose hair was now deleveled from running her hands through it. Sebastian looked up Cassandra, her lips were swollen and her eyes were glossy.

Sebastian's let out a gasp of air. Cassandra got off of Sebastian and he sighed. She secluded back to her seat next to Sebastian. "Sorry, we were just getting a little too hot." She quickly took a sip of her water.

"It's fine," he grumbled.

"I'm sorry for just jumping off of you like that but... you know I'm not ready to do anything more than kiss," she reiterated like she did for the last month.

"I know."

"It's like we're still so young and I don't turn fifteen until next week and I- I'm just not ready yet. Plus," she looks around her living room that's riddled with clothes and empty glasses. "Take a look at this room. It's a mess," she laughed off. "It wouldn't be very romantic for our first time to be here?"

He ran a hand through his hair. Sebastian griped her leg and held it. "It doesn't matter. I could have sex with you anywhere, anytime. And our age doesn't matter, people have sex much younger. Hell, there are thirteen-year-olds having sex." Sebastian eased closer to Cassandra and kissed her again.

She put up her hands and pushed him back, "Sebastian, no," she reiterated.

"I'm sorry but I'm not ready for us to take that plunge yet, We're both virgins an-" Sebastian's eyebrow raised when she said virgin. Cassandra looked to Sebastian, "you are a virgin right? You're not one of those people that lost their virginity at thirteen because if you are that would suck."

"Suck?"

"Yeah, I always imagined when I lost my virginity. My boyfriend and I would be both virgins. You know, exploring each other's bodies. And plus it's something romantic about it."

Sebastian back began to sweat, "right. I totally agree," he laughed off. "So, when do you think we can start exploring? Because anytime you're ready, I am too."

Cassandra snorted, "I bet you are. But, I don't know, maybe when we're both eighteen and we move in together after high school like we talked about. That first night alone in our own place, can you imagine it?" Sebastian's stomach fell, he didn't want to wait after high school. He didn't want to wait another minute.

"Yeah, but that's almost four years away. That's a really long time."

"No, it's not. You went fifteen years without it, what's a few more." Cassandra got up from the couch and grabbed everything from the table. The conversation settled Sebastian's problem in his pants but looking at Cassandra in a tank top and shorts quickly brought it back.

He sucked in his breath, "I need to go to the bathroom. I'll be right back," he said. Sebastian went to the bathroom and peed, he didn't think it was a good idea to take a cold shower in Cassandra's house. Peeing helped the bulge that Cassandra made, it was nothing compared to masturbation but it made it less noticeable.

He washed his hands and sighed when he thought about the conversation they had. He wanted to have sex, he needed sex. He would go crazy without it and he didn't think he could wait.

Cassandra finished tidying her living room by the time Sebastian came out. There was a pit in her stomach when she thought about Sebastian and sex.

She wanted to have sex with him but the thing stopping her more than their age was a three word sentence that he had yet told her after seven months.

Cassandra was sure she loved Sebastian, but she wasn't sure he loved her.

"Hey, so I need to head out," Sebastian declared.

"Really? It's only seven."

"Yeah, my mom texted me," Sebastian lied.

"Oh, okay," she said. Sebastian clicked his phone for an Uber. Cassandra looked up to her boyfriend, her stomach felt like it was doing summersaults. She looked to Sebastian who was standing at her doorway. "Are you leaving because I said I didn't want to have sex with you?"

Sebastian laughed, it was low and filled with lies, "no, my mom really asked me to come home," he lied. His phone buzzed, "he's here."

Cassandra walked towards Sebastian and kissed him. "See you later, call me when you get home. Okay?"

"Alright," he smiled. Sebastian got into the car and called one of his two friends.

"Hello?" Adriana said over the phone.

"Hey, can we talk?" Sebastian asked.

"Sure, I would love to talk to my freshman friend on a Friday night instead of enjoying being a senior."

"Adriana."

"Sebastian," she sang.

"Please, can you listen to me. I need some advice about Cassandra."

Adriana eyes brighten and got comfortable in her bed, "okay, I'm listening." Her favorite television show was the show called the idiotic love life of Sebastian and she never missed an episode.

"Cassandra still doesn't want to have sex with me," Sebastian blurted out.

Adriana chuckled, "wow, a fourteen-year-old girl in her first real relationship doesn't want to have sex? Shocker."

"Adriana, she said she wanted to wait until we moved in together. In four years," he exclaimed. "I'm going to admit, I don't think I can wait that long."

"Wait so you're going to break up with her because she won't fuck you?" Sebastian's lips turn into a tight line. "Geez, if I knew taking your virginity would unlock Pandora's box. I wouldn't have done it. One taste and you have to have more."

Sebastian's lips fell flat, "yeah." He runs his hands through his head, "I don't understand why she doesn't want to have sex. We've been together for seven months."

Sebastian enjoyed being Cassandra's boyfriend, he enjoyed every second of it but he wanted sex. Adriana rolled her eyes, she knew the real reason why Cassandra didn't want to have sex. It was the reason why Adriana hadn't had sex since Sebastian.

She wanted to sleep with a guy who loved her and told her it every chance he got.

"Quick question, so after she said no did you just leave?"

"Yeah."

"You dick, now she probably feels bad too."

"How am I a dick? She said no, I was uncomfortable so I left. If anything, it was the right thing to do. Adriana... I just don't know. This whole waiting thing with Cassandra, I just can't do it. I care about her, and I enjoy being her boyfriend but I- I can't wait forever."

"Well, if you really do care about her Sebastian then you would."

Cassandra stared at her television, her mind went back to her conversation with Sebastian. Cassandra loved Sebastian, she knew that. She wanted them to be married and have a bunch of kids with a white picket fence and a dog. But, she didn't know if he felt that way too.

Her phone rang, "Hello," she answered.

"What's wrong with you? Are you alright?" Vicky asked her friend.

Cassandra sighed, tears started to well up. "No," she cried. "I'm not alright. I think I made Sebastian upset."

"What happened."

"Well, we were making out and then," she cried. "He started touching my breast and then he started to unhook my bra. Then, I pushed him away because I obviously didn't want to have sex. The. I told him I wanted to wait until we both went to college and had more freedom and then he left. He looked so sad, Vicky."

"So then have sex with him."

"No!" Cassandra shouted. "I don't want to, I'm not ready. We're not ready."

"Then I don't know what to tell you, Cassandra," Vicky sighed over the phone. "The problem is one of you are going to have to give in to make the relationship work or last. I can't imagine a guy wanting to wait four years for his girlfriend to have sex with him."

Cassandra felt a pit in her stomach. She didn't want to have to tell Sebastian the real reason why. Because if he did, then the words wouldn't have the same impact if it was of his own accord. "So you think he's going to break up with me if I don't have sex with him? Do you think he'll really do that?"

Cassandra couldn't breathe.

"Maybe, either that or he'll begin cheating on you. Look, Sebastian is hot, like really hot. He's one of the  princes of the school, and if you want to keep him then I suggest you give him what he wants." Vicky's mom called her from the doorway, "I gotta go. See you in class tomorrow."

Tears filled Cassandra's eyes, as she thought about her doomed relationship.

Sebastian arrived home, his mind was filled with Cassandra and what Adriana told him. Sebastian didn't want to break up with Cassandra but the thought that the two wouldn't have sex for four years turned him away. He looked at Cassandra whose smiling face covered his phone.

She was beautiful, and for some reason. She got even more beautiful since they started dating. She wasn't as nearly as skinny as she was at the beginning of the year, and the discomfort she had about her breast was now gone. Cassandra instead of wearing lazy outfits, she took more time to look nice and lots of people took notice.

As Sebastian was called the prince more and more Cassandra was called a princess soon enough.

Sebastian walked into his home, his parents were in the living room talking among themselves. "Sebastian," his mother said. "I'm glad you're home, I have to speak with you. Take a seat," she motioned for the chair.

Sebastian ran a hand through his hair and took a seat on the chair and looked to his parents, "how's the girlfriend?" Sebastian's eyes widen.

"I-I don't know what you're talking about." Sebastian didn't want his parents to know about him having a girlfriend due to their overzealous behavior when it came to anything girl related. He knew this based on their short conversation seven moths ago before him and Cassandra was even a serious thing.

"Cassandra? That is her name, isn't it."

Sebastian's eyes widen, "I- " he sighed. "How did you find out?"

His mother held up a picture, it was a polaroid picture he took of them when he went over to her house. Cassandra's wall was covered with polaroids, she thought physical pictures were better than digital ones so she gave Sebastian her polaroid camera and he went haywire. He took some of him, some of her and the one in his mother's hand. A polaroid of the two kissings that he took.

He felt a chill go down his back when he looked at the picture in his mother's hand. "Sebastian, you know how I feel about you having a serious relationship at such a young age." Sebastian closed his eye preparing for his mother to force him to end it. "But... it can't be helped. You are a young attractive young man, it'll be impossible for you not to get one. Invite Cassandra to dinner tomorrow night."

"Huh?"

"Invite her to dinner," she reiterated. "I would love to speak with her and get to know her a bit."

"Why?" Sebastian out and said. He didn't understand why his parents wanted to meet his girlfriend when they barely wanted to meet with him half of the time if it wasn't about them yelling at him about either school or his messy room.

Sebastian's mother's eyebrow twitched, "because I want to get to know the young lady. Now, enough. Chop, chop, text her." Sebastian opened his phone, texting Cassandra was usually no effort at all. But maybe it was the fact it was for his mom or their spat they had earlier but his fingers shook when he clicked the letters. Sebastian didn't want his family to meet and he surely didn't want to talk to Cassandra right now.

Hey, my mom wants you to come over for dinner. It's alright if you don't want too, I won't hold you to it. - Sebastian.

A message from Cassandra came on her phone. She read over it, twice to be exact and texted him back.

Sure, she responded instantly.

Sebastian sucked in his breath when he read it. He didn't want her over, he looked up to his mother, "she said yes."

Sebastian's mother did something very unusual, she smiled. "Great. Have her come over after school and tell her we can take her home. Alright?"

"Okay," he said. Sebastian walked up to his room, he took his shoes off and placed them back into the box. He went into his other box, that was secretly kept under his bed. It was filled with pre-rolled joints and drug-laced foods that he brought from the school drug dealer. He was never good at rolling his own, so he didn't mind spending an extra few extra dollars from pre-rolled ones. Sebastian looked at the joints and went to the edibles that were right next to them.

He took out the Rice Krispy, that was laced with weed. He didn't want the smell to fill his house, Sebastian broke it in half and slowly took a bite of it. It tasted sweet, but that familiar taste of weed still lingered on the dessert. Sebastian picked up his controller and started his game.

His favorite types of games were the ones where he could be on an adventure, where he could detach himself from the world he called his own.

In the middle of his fight, it hit him. The high, he felt weightless and out of mind. Sebastian smiled as he stared at the screen. His phone began to ring, he looked down. Cassandra's face popped up and he ignored it. He was too into his own world, the world that his mind took him to in his high state.
