Namjoon POV

The moment Y/N leaves to go shower I sigh loudly.

I am so relieved that she is okay but also my heart hurts for the little babies that have been left to die.

The guys and I all just sit around and watch the puppies and kittens all nap, each of us lost in our own thoughts.

The big white...I'm guessing poodle? He comes to me and rests his head on my lap looking up at me with sadness and wonder and my heart breaks all over again.

"I commend Y/N, I wouldn't be able to deal with stuff like that on the daily" Yoongi hyung speaks up.

"What if the little puppy doesn't make it?" Kookie asks in a shaky voice.

Obviously very upset and concerned about the situation.

"Don't think like that Kookie, We will all try our best to help them" Hobi says.

"Here I thought I had it rough at work" Jin comments and we all nod.

It is true, we sometimes complain about meetings and paperwork but that's all we do.

There are people out there that deal with life or death situations whether is the life of a human or an animal.

I really can't imagine doing what she does every day.

As if hearing my thoughts Jimin says " I can't imagine doing what Y/N noona does every day. I would be a mess"

We all agree with him.

"I should get working on dinner," Jin says getting up.

Tae gets up as well. "I'll help hyung," he says and they both make their way to the kitchen.

 The rest of us just stay put.

 We hear a few whines from the pups making us all jump from our seats.

"A-are they okay?" Jimin asks.

"Should we get noona?" Kookie looks at me for an answer.

"They are just having either a dream or a nightmare" Yoongi hyung answers them.

He walks to the little fence and picks one of the crying pups up "So little yet so loud" He says.

Bringing the pup close to him he begins to pet it and the pup goes back to sleep.

"Wow hyung! You are really good at this" Hobi compliments the elder.

"Guys pick up the other ones and help them go back to sleep," He tells them.

Kookie and Jimin pick two more crying pups and do as Yoongi hyung did, soon the puppies quiet down.

As the rain keeps pouring we decide to keep the TV off and only the needed lights on.

Jin comes from the kitchen. "Put the puppies down, Dinner is ready"

I get up and make my way to get Y/N when she comes down the stairs in a pair of sweats and an oversized hoodie.

"You look warm and cozy," I tell her.

She hums in agreement " I am, I really needed that shower"

Taking her hand I lead her to the kitchen "Dinner is ready"

"Good I'm starving, " She tells me making me laugh, when is she not hungry.

We all sit around and begin to eat.

I look up and notice that the guys have stopped eating, I follow their gaze and they are all looking at Y/N in awe as she stuffs her face with food.

Finally, she notices that we have all stopped eating and are looking at here.

With cheeks puffed and filled with food she looks around confused "What?" she says.

"You eat so well" Jin compliments her.

"You eat with Gusto" Tae smiles.

"This food is bomb, You guys killed it!" She tells Jin and Tae as she shoves another spoonful in her mouth.

The guys all smile at her admiring how she genuinely enjoys food.

"You really eat," Kookie says surprised.

"Obviously, what kind of people are you hanging out with that don't eat?" Y/N asks him concerned.

"The kind of girls that only eat salads" Tae answers for Kookie.

"Is there like a steak with that salad, maybe salmon or fried chicken?" She asks them looking quite disturbed.

It's the funniest thing ever. 

She is seriously the complete opposite of any woman we have ever been around.

They all shake their heads.

"Salad, no dressing no cheese, " Hoseok tells her.

"Are you sure you are dating human girls and not rabbits? Cuz that would be considered bestiality" she tells them.

Some of the guys choke on their food or their drinks.

 "The place your mind just went..." Yoongi hyung comments, shaking his head.

"Noo! Oh my God!" Kookie says horrified while Tae and Hobi laugh in shock.

"If that's not the case then you have terrible taste in women. I'm guessing their personality is like their body fat and brain cells." She says.

"Like their body fat?"Yoongi asks confused.

"Brain cells?" I am also as confused as the rest of the guys.

"Nonexistent," She tells us. 

Jin burst out laughing " Oh damn! She is not wrong" 

The rest of us look at Y/N shocked while she keeps eating. 

"Stop watching me eat you creeps and eat your food," She tells us and we keep eating.

One by one we all start to laugh at what she just said, she is not wrong about the guy's taste in women.

"Y/N-ah if you ever get bored of Joonie just hit me up" Yoongi playful smirks.

I narrow my eyes at him, I know he is joking but I can't help feel a bit jealous.

Y/N just laughs. "If I ever decide to take a mistress, You'll be the first one I call." She winks at him playing along.

After finishing dinner we all make our way to the living room,  we talk for a few hours about random things.

That is until the topic of where we will sleep comes up and now we have to figure the sleeping arrangements.

"So we have 4 rooms and there are 8 of us," I say.

"Easy, You and Y/N sleep in Y/N's room, while the guys and I all split into groups of 2 and sleep in the other rooms" Jin voices out the sleeping arrangements.

"You guys have this all planned out, and here I thought it would take forever to figure shit out," Y/N says in admiration.

"Wait! I'm sleeping in Y/N's room?" I ask in disbelief. 

What if she doesn't want to share a bed, let alone a room with me. 

And how are they going to say that in front of her?!

"Come on Joon it's not like they don't know we have separate rooms, as this marriage was differently not planned by us. I'm okay with sharing my room with you." She says nonchalantly. 

"I-I mean yeah. I'm good with us sharing" I tell her.

"Tae and I will share a room" Kookie voices.

"Yoongi Hyung and I will share," Jimin says.

"Then I guess Hobi and I will share...Namjoon's room" Jin announces.

The other 'awww', upset as I'm guessing they wanted my room as well.

One by one we all begin to yawn. " We should all get to bed," Jin says.

"How about you get them all comfortable clothes to sleep on," Y/N asks me.

She gets up and sits by the little play pan thing and begins to check the pups.

"What are you doing?" Tae and Kookie ask at the same time.

"Just checking on their pulse and see if they are okay," she tells them.

The guys and I make our way upstairs to my room and I begin to give them clean clothes.

"Are you okay?" Hobi, ask me.

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be," I say with my back towards them.

"Hmm...I don't know, maybe because you are about to sleep in the same bed as the woman you are falling for. Your wife." Jin hyung sass.

Ugh, leave it to him to point it out.

"I'm okay, It's okay," I say unsure.

"You guys cuddle while watching movies right?" Jimin asks and I just nod.

"Then do the same thing when you go to sleep" Tae adds like it's the obvious thing t do.

"What about morning wood?" Kookie asks. 

And that earns him a few slaps from the guys.

"Oww! It's a legit concern" Kookie protests.

Fuck!! I didn't think of that. That could be awkward in the morning.

"Hey don't sweat it. She is cool. I'm sure she has felt morning wood from her past relationship" Yoongi hyung shrugs.

Not helping Hyung, Now I'm thinking about some asshole ex.... ugh!!!

"It will be okay," I tell them, not just trying to reassure them but myself as well.

I get my charger, pillow, Toothbrush, and face wash before I make my way to Y/N's room.

Knocking on the door I hear a soft 'come in' and make my way inside.

"Hey" She greets me with a shy smile, my God if she is not the cutest thing I have ever seen.

"H-hey" I greet her and just stand by the door not sure what to do.

"Pick whatever side you want to sleep on and you can use the bathroom to wash your face and teeth," She tells me as she walks in the bathroom, leaving the door open.

I plug my phone and set my pillow on the bed, looking up I look at the bathroom and see that she is brushing her teeth.

I grab my face wash and toothbrush and walk to her. "May I join you?" I ask.

She nods, passing me the toothpaste before scooting over. 

We brush our teeth occasionally catching each other's eyes through the mirror.

We do our skincare routine and head to bed.

I stand by the foot of the bed.

 Should I, I mean I can't sleep with it on but then again, It's her room. I don't want to make her feel uncomfortable.

Noticing the inner debate I am having with myself she asks "Joonie what's wrong?"

"I don't want to make you feel uncomfortable, but I can't sleep with a shirt on," I tell her feeling a bit embarrassed.

"That's fine. I can't sleep with a bra on, so we are even" The moment the words are out of her mouth I see her cringe.

 Like she finally registered what she said.

She is really cute, But I don't know how I am going to survive being on the same bed with a bra-less Y/N.

Trying to comfort her, I say "I guess we are even then"

I climb on the bed our backs facing each other. 

"Good night Y/N-ie," I say.

"Good night Joonie" She mumbles.

Everything goes quiet and I try to close my eyes to get some sleep but I can't.

I hear Y/N roll over and I do the same, keeping my eyes closed.

I feel Y/N move again and I decide to speak up.  "Can't sleep?"

Her eyes meet mine and she smiles. "I can't even though I am exhausted" 

I am with her there, I feel tired yet I can't sleep.

"Wanna cuddle?" I asked.

"Yes," she agrees immediately causing me to chuckle.

"I wanted to ask you to cuddle but I was scared of asking" She admits.

And my heartbeat speeds up.

We scoot closer to each other. I wrap my arms around her while she lays her head on my bare chest.

"Don't ever be scared to ask for cuddles" I tell her.

"Okay, Next time I won't hesitate to ask," She tells me.

This brings a smile to my face  " Hmm... Next time" I tease her.

"If you are good there might be a next time" she sasses back.

I chuckle at her cuteness "Good night Wife"

"Goodnight Husband" She whispers and that sends shivers down my spine.

I like that, I like this very much.

Not a few minutes go by and I hear Y/N's light snores.

I close my eyes soon after I am welcomed by sweet slumber.
