"We must be subtle about this. They haven't seen me in a few months ever since I skipped the country to see you. They'll probably expect to see you here, but you never know."

He frowned, looking around as he gasped.

"I not have clothes! What I do?!"

"I'll get you some. Don't worry. For now...we'll find something of mine you can fit."

"I not fit your stuff. I stretch it or rip it. Maybe shirt," he turned me around as he looked at the size of my shirt, facing me back forward with a pout," Never mind. Too the small."

"I'm sorry that I'm so small compared to a giant like you."

He chuckled, and I find myself wrapping my arm around his neck as it drew him down to being face to face with me. Making him smile as he brushed noses with me.

"You only 6'-."

"6'1!" I cry, making him chuckle.

"No. 6', if you 6'1 I be able to almost meet eye. Nope. You not. You average-."

"And you're a fucking giant! You're not average - your a...your a...your-."

"Unique." He interrupted, making me pout as he smiled.

We were suddenly just staring at one another out of nowhere. Him grabbing my hand as his eyes went to our rings and he smirked. I looked away, blushing like a freak.

But when he kissed me and I kissed him back I felt much better. The two of us with locked lips as if we weren't in front of my parents place.

"William Alexander Moretti Jr. and Arthur Louie Martin!!" We looked, seeing my parents - not surprised - in front of us. The doors open and my mom smiling while my dad looked amused. My nightmare coming back to me, but their expressions told me it was only a nightmare.

Thank goodness.

"Sorry..." I hear Arthur apologize, and I shake my head as I grin.

"I'm not sorry."

"Clearly. Have anything you want to tell us?" My dad asked, and I flinched as he smirked.

"Umm..."

"You two got married?! In Las Vegas?! Didn't think to have a big celebration or anything?! I'm very disappointed that we weren't invited. We got the papers today and man, I was happy for you two. You know what, come here!" He cried, and I smiled as we walked up the stairs. Hugging him as we pulled away and we went inside.

"Let me ask...were you two drunk when you got married?" My mom asked, making me glance at Arthur as he bit his lip." Guess that's a yes. So we must - later - do a big, fancy wedding for you two. For sure."

I chuckled, Arthur nodding at me to ask my dad about the job. So I looked to him, sighing as I folded my arms.

"If you don't mind, is it cool if I start the interning job at your place? So that I can get ready to take over the business later?"

He smiled, nodding excitedly as Arthur grinned.

"I've been waiting to hear those words come out your mouth for so long! It was long overdue."

"Yeah, but I won't do it if Arthur doesn't get a job there too alongside me."

"Deal." He agreed, and I smirked as I bumped with Arthur.

"How does that you feel? We get to work together." I ask excitedly, making him smile.

"I not know. I happy to work with you, but it around fancy people."

"You'll get used to it since you're with me." I say, and he smirks as I blush.

"You two need to get a room. Go ahead and go upstairs and make-out." My mom ordered, making me snort as we walked away. Going up the stairs as he looked around.

"Last time I here I pack things..."

"Don't remind me." I mumble, walking past his room as we went to mine. Once inside I closed the door as I examined it as nothing obviously changed.

"I remember room. We done things here."

"I know... We're such perverts. Doing stuff like that with my family downstairs..."

"Well, I try not think 'bout that. Make it awkward for me, so they not there. But I still not be loud." He explains, making me smirk.

"So are you telling me that you want to...I don't know...do something to me, but not be too loud?"

"I never say-."

"Shush." I put my finger over his mouth, not wanting to ruin my little moment." I know what my imagination heard."

He smiled, and just when we were about to kiss my door flew open. Seeing my dad there with a mischievous grin and pissing me off.

"Remind me to lock my door. Haven't you ever heard of knocking? It's a nice thing to do, your should try it more often; never know where it'll take you." I mock, making him roll his eyes.

"You two can celebrate being here later. I want you two to get some well rest for tomorrow. My buddies at my place are finally going to see you person."

"They've seen me before." I scoff, and he sighs.

"Not my real friends. My business buddies are the ones managing the other buildings. They just happen to be here tomorrow for a big meeting. This is perfect, not to mention Arthur will be there, so extra fun!"

He cheered, running out the room excitedly and making me close the door as I locked it this time.

"It like you never gone. Like I never gone..."

"Isn't that good?"

He looks at me, grinning as he hugged me.

"Of course it good thing." He murmurs happily." Let us get ready for tomorrow. Good sleep, so we have lot energy."

"Deal."

We go on my bed as I turned on the TV. Not even taking off our clothes as we laid there together. His arms wrapped around me as he held me close, making me smile as we were still. Making me certain about one thing in my life.

Him; duh.

****

"Place so nice!"

I smiled as Arthur looked up at my dads business building, and intrigued that my family was successful and soon this place may be mine.

"You know, this place will one day be mine?"

"Yes. I know. It dad and it go down generation right?"

"Up to him I guess. My grandfather on my dad's side made this business, passing it down to my dad as soon as he was twenty. Yet he didn't know my mom and dad were expecting me and now it'll be passed down to me. Then I could have my own money."

"Do you not already have?"

"I do...it's complicated. Let's just go inside."

We walked up the stairs, and I look at Arthur's suit that we were able to have a tailor make for him since he's so fucking tall and full of muscle.

Looking at him I realized how...good looking he looked and how the dark blue complemented his brown skin. Especially his fancy way that he presents himself and how he has his hands in his pockets...

"Tu continues à regarder, j'ai peur que je t'embrasse de nulle part." ( You keep staring I'm afraid I'm going to kiss you out of nowhere. ) He said, and I looked away as I grinned.

"Sorry. You look so nice."

"As do you. We both nice! It was good work that man put in this suit, I was impressed." He stated, making me smile as I was the one who did most of the work. Not tailoring or anything, but picking out the frame and color and all, around midnight.

"As was I." I mumble, wondering why the hell he never made my suits look this amazing. But getting over that we get to the doors of his building. Them automatically sliding open and Arthur watching them disappear into the wall.

Chuckling, we step inside I'm amazed that so much has changed in here. Emptiness in the long hallway, knowing that if someone was walking through, they were late or doing something they shouldn't have been doing.

Arthur looks around fearfully, as if he entered a brand new world.

"This...dads place?"

"Yep. Amazing, huh? Just look at it in it's full glory! This place will one day be mine."

"That excite you?"

"Of course! I'll be mega rich and not to mention I'll get way more buzz, will actually have reasons to travel."

He nods, and he wraps me up in his arms as we hugged. My head leaned against his chest as I listened to the slow pace of his heart, making me chuckle.

"You don't seem scared."

"No. I have you here, what to be scared of now?"

I shrug, wrapping my arms around him too. Looking up at him as we rested our heads against one another's.

"Mon amour, dis-moi quelque chose." ( my love, tell me something ) He murmurs, and I lick my lips.

"Quelque chose..." ( Something... ) I whisper softly, making him smile.

"Oie idiote, tu vois ce que je veux dire." ( Silly goose, you know what I mean. )

I nod, the both of us pressing our lips to one another's. My hand cradling his cheek as his arms were tight. The both of us just kissing in the middle of this hallway.

He gave me strength as we kissed each time, making me want more. Until I suddenly heard someone clearing their throat.

Rolling my eyes, I see my dad smirking at us as I folded my arms.

"Yes?"

"You two are something else." He said, making me chuckle as we walked to him." I'm happy you two could truly make it."

"Umm, yeah! Arthur made a big deal that I don't have a fucking job. But I realized - woah! My dad plans on giving me his position soon enough."

He nodded as I bumped shoulders with Arthur, making him chuckle.

"Besides the three of us standing out like sore thumbs, let's hurry back to my meeting. You two will be quite intrigued with the plan we're going for. Another business wants to collaborate..."

I drifted off, wondering if I could ever handle this. All this damn pressure?

My dad's business is literally just a business that helps people. He lets businesses join his and they trust him enough to watch over all of them pretty much. The CEO's of the businesses work here as well and have their own spaces on all. Clearly they're inviting someone else...must be really special.

"Dad?"

I looked, Arthur looking at my dad as I frowned. My dad looking at him with amusement, nodding.

"What I do?"

"Not sure... I think there may be something. Depends...smile for me."

Arthur cocked his head, my dad shrugging as he faced back forward.

"That doesn't matter right now. Just know that you're about to enter an important meeting, so keep it down." He explained, the three of us getting on an elevator as he pressed the top floor.

As we went up I looked out the glass windows, staring outside at all the bustle and I almost felt...like I owned this whole area. This area will soon become mine...soon is too far though.

"I have question." Arthur whispered, and I glanced at him as he sneaked a peak at my dad." Why he want me to smile?"

I frown, remembering when my dad asked him to smile like a freak.

"Dad what'd you ask Arthur to smile for?" I ask for him, my dad shrugging again as he smiled.

"Secrets."

The elevator doors slid open, revealing the room right in hindsight. Everyone at the long dark wood table, eyes landing on us instantly.

"Isn't this a sight for sore eyes." One guys said, and they all agreed as my dad chuckled.

"Don't flatter us, I've brought my son and he's brought his companion. They were interested in working here, clearly my son is going to take CEO." He mused, rubbing his hands together as he went to his seat." You two may sit down anywhere you like-."

"Who the hell is that?"

One guy said, and my dad sighed.

"Hendrick with your elaborate-self, this is Arthur." Hendrick stood, extending his hand towards him. Just showing that he wasn't the tallest person as Arthur was a giant in comparison to him. Them both shaking hands, he had to look up at him.

"This is some companion, William." Another guy said who's name I forgot, and I think my face gave it away as he laughed." We net when you were just a kid. It's Carson, dad's bestie!" He squealed, making my dad chuckle.

"Ah, good to know. Arthur used to my Exchange Brother." I said, making them frown as I shook my head." That doesn't matter, either way, he's just now with me."

"He isn't your...'Exchange Brother' anymore?"

"No."

"What is he then?" He asked innocently, and Arthur looked off. Probably thought I wouldn't say...

"He's my-."

"He's his companion/body guard. Gotta have one on him to control the girls." My dad interrupted, and I looked at him as he winked quickly.

"Oh! My son has one of those." Hendrick mocked, my dad rolling his eyes." Kidding, my son's ugly."

They all erupted in laughter, and I went to Arthur as he looked completely uncomfortable. As if he wasn't used to being around wealth.

"Having a hard time?" I whisper as they continue to ramble on.

"Yes. I not under the stand conversation. It almost...scary...them - all them-."

"Scary?! You're the embodiment of scary Mr!" Carson exclaimed, everyone agreeing and making Arthur frown.

"How?"

"Need I explain? Have you seen yourself?"

Arthur glanced at me and then nodded.

"Yes. Every the day. I think I fine."

"You're good looking and tall and full of muscle, who wouldn't be afraid of that?...but then you open that mouth of yours then it just melts peoples hearts - AHA!"

The room silenced, all eyes landing on my dad and Carson. The two of them looking into each other's eyes as they communicated. Then suddenly Carson was moving Arthur to the front of the table away from me. Coming towards me as he sat me in a random chair.

"Stay still." Hendrick whispered to him, Arthur nodding.

They just had Arthur stand in the front of the room, their eyes examining him as he just stood there. Stoic and his eyes would flicker to me but when my dad tapped his finger on the table he faced them again.

But I rolled my eyes, making a silly face as I stuck my tongue out. Letting me hear Arthur chuckling as he smiled, the whole room just filling with gasps and he went back to being stoic-faced.

"He's the one!" Carson exclaimed, facing me to see what I did but was quickly facing him again." 'Liam, he's it," he looked at my dad, making him raise an eyebrow," Just watch - Arthur can you smile for me?"

Arthur smiled again, but it wasn't the one he gives me. It just a boring smile that didn't faze anyone.

"No! The smile from before!"

"I not do that again."

"Why not?"

"Because..." He looked at me, and I grinned." I need someone to make me smile."

"Which is? Puppies? Food? Clothes? Money I have lots of that - what is it?!"

Arthur frowned, nodding at me as all the heads looked to me. Making me fold my arms as I tried my damnedest not to blush.

"William, make him smile." Carson ordered out of nowhere. Making me sneer as I wasn't his puppet. I thought it would be focused on me and all...but I'm happy for Arthur! I'm not going to let my immaturity take hold any longer.

"I make him smile when I want to." I say, looking at him as he grinned softly as he nodded, making them all gasp. My eyes rolling and I know if I kept rolling them they'd get stuck up in my head.

They all started talking quickly, Arthur looking confused at their quick bustle.

"Arthur?" My dad calls, and he frowns." How would you feel to be my ambassador for my business?"

Arthur raises his eyebrows, and I find myself popping up from my seat.

"What about me?" I ask, and he shushes me.

"I already have a plan for you." He hissed, and I already knew he would probably prep me for his position...CEO...

"Ambassador?"

"Yes. But first we'll need to fix your broken English and accent-."

"No! His accent is a crowd pleaser and draws people in. 'Liam, leave it." Carson warned, and my dad nodded as he pressed a button on the wall. The door opening as a man enters.

"Will you help him? Fix his English but leave his accent." He orders, the guy nodding and my dad nodding at him to Arthur. Arthur frowning as he cautiously walked to the guy. When he was passing me I felt his hand graze my shoulder as they left the room.

Making me uncertain, I felt like a piece of me was missing...

"Dad this is-."

"Great?! That's what I was thinking!" Hendrick said out of nowhere, clapping as he smirked.

"He can be our ambassador! It'll be perfect, for sure." Carson added, but I was furious.

"Isn't it his choice if he wants to be ambassador? Sorry, but I don't even think he knows what he's being asked to do."

"He gets money. He can make his own money and you guys will work alongside one another. Besides, imagine how that'll be whenever you see him on the boards and you'll be going to meetings and such."

"Well when you put it like that." I say, making them laugh as I thought about it...

Us older and side-by-side as he promoted the business and brand. Me CEO and he's an ambassador and I can up his position to something better...

Him and I always together and always making a scene...

"Don't trick me I see what you're doing!" I cried, standing up hurriedly as my dad sighs.

"This meeting is dismissed, good work today. No need to look at those models - we found our ambassador!"

They all cheered and I just looked around in awe and frustration and confusion. Arthur didn't sign up for this, I sure as hell didn't sign up for this.

I want to be CEO and all and I ruined my chances of being in the NFL going to France for him. But that's what I wanted and I wanted us to do this together...I don't like this.

"William, let's go to my office." Dad said, wrapping his arms around my shoulder as he pulled us out of the place. Getting on the elevator, he pressed the 24th level, the elevator beginning to go down.

"Dad, I'm happy to become CEO and all, but...come on. You knew damn well that Arthur has no idea what he's being thrusted into."

"He'll know soon enough."

"Yeah, when he's standing in front of a camera and told to fucking pose and act! I'm not digging this."

"Are you not digging it because it's not you?" He hissed, and I chuckled in disbelief as he took it there.

"I'm not like before."

"You sure?"

"Yes!" I growl, making him roll his eyes in response." I'm not. If I was do you think I would've married him?"

"Weren't you drunk when you did it?"

I froze, making him raise an eyebrow as I glare at him.

"So what. It'd be my choice if I wanted to get a divorce immediately after I sobered up. As you can see, have I done so?"

"I don't know. Are you?"

"No!" I yell, the doors sliding open as we got to the floor." Why are you bombarding me with these questions!?"

"Because I'm disappointed in how you handled it. We both know for a fact you would've never married him if you were sober, I know that. Instead of handling it, you drank instead-."

"Don't say that like you know me!"

"I do, you're literally me." He scoffed, and I rolled my eyes in irritation." If you can tell him straight up - without hesitation or lying -that your marriage is exactly what you wanted and everything you desired, I'll see you differently. That the alcohol was just adding to your excitement, not forcing you to do something you're too much of a coward to do."

I know I was red as a pepper from anger. I was fucking boiled. How fucking dare he have me question myself?!

"You know what...fuck you." I hiss, making him walk off as he shrugged.

I loved Arthur and I wanted him as much as he wanted me...so why the hell am I even thinking about this?

I need to see him.

"Where is he anyway?"

"Probably in a conference room or the many break rooms in this place." He said, and I sneered as he was being difficult." Fine. Third floor break room 15."
