My POV
The school cafeteria is very crowded. I always feel lonely seeing everyone sitting with their friends, while I haven't made any. I know I said I don't need new friends, but I didn't mean like this...

I never go to the cafeteria anyway, I'm at the library either taking a nap or.. yeah that's pretty much it. Not today though, Zara agreed to meet me. She still goes to the old school I used to go to.

We both sit at the cafeteria. "So..this is it?" Zara says, while looking around at everyone.
"Yeah.. nothing too special" I say.
"Mmm I can see that, anyway—"

She started talking about everything, like she always does. I usually talk as much as her, but my focus was wandering around something else..
"And then I— y/n?"
"Hm, yes Zara?" I say, trying to not be obvious.
"Um, okay so where was I...Ah yes, then I said— Omg your not listening, are you"
I wasn't, all my focus was at someone else. I didn't say anything, just kept on.
She turns around to see what I'm staring at.

"Ohh... I see"
I snap out of my thoughts. "Hm? See what"
"Who's that guy?"
Oh no.. I was too obvious.
"Just a guy I work with.."
"And...?"
"And... nothing special is happening, we can change subject now"
She looks at me and laughs.
"Mmm sure" she says with a exaggerated wink.
Tch.. whatever.

He sat with other students across our table. He wore ripped jeans, not too ripped, but the perfect amount, with a white t-shirt showing under his black hoodie. He had the hood on, with his hair showing. He had silver rings on, that he was playing and flicking with.

He was looking down at his rings, and then up... at me.

I quickly turn around.

"Are you paying attention to what I'm saying, y/n?"
"Hm? Uh, yeah, keep going" I wasn't.

*bell rings*
"Oh.. I guess I'll see you around, Zara" I say, as I get up.
"Yeah, bye y/n"
We wave at each other and I make my way to class.
"Um y/n?"
I turn around, facing her.
"You look tired.."
"I'm not..." I was.
"I'm just worried, you know it's hard keep everything to yourself, I'm here—"
"There is nothing to talk about" I cut her off.
"Y/n..."
"Zara, there is nothing"
"Just.. considering what happened that day—"

"I have forgotten it. Its fine" it wasn't fine.

She says nothing, just gives me a reassuring smile. I smile back and walk off.

It's fine.. it is. IM fine, what happened stays in the past. There is nothing to talk about, nothing—

I get interrupted.

"Why are you trying to avoid me" Jungkook says.
"I'm not" I proceed to walk.
He follows me.
"You are"
Can he literally stop, just get away from me already.

I stop, then pause.
"I need to get to class"
I then walk away, he doesn't follow me anymore.

Why do I kind of want him to walk with me to class..

He is the only one I'm close with in this school though.

Yeah, that's probably why.
