(A/N: I'm tired of writing about the mission so this is like a few months later. You became an official teacher at UA and got a lot of info on the pro hero's and even the students. Now on with the story.)

Dabi sat on the windowsill.
"Y/N, please forgive me. That was months ago!" You faced away from him, not being able to look at him or you'd burst into tears.
"Dabi, if we can't date, I don't know that we can be just friends either. Can we keep it strictly business please, and just drop this conversation?" Your voice was weak, you heard it yourself.

You heard him take a deep, shaking breath.

"Y/N... I'm so so very sorry that I hurt you like this, but if you don't ever forgive me, how will I forgive myself?" You buried your face in your hands, crying. You turned yourself towards him and yelled.
"YOU BASTARD! IF YOU REALLY CARED SO MUCH ABOUT WHAT SHIGARAKI MIGHT DO THAN WHY DID YOU DATE ME IN THE FIRST PLACE?" You almost instantly felt an immense amount of regret.

He looked shocked and hurt.
"Okay then, if you feel that way, I'll just leave." You sat on your bed, with your knees pulled up to your chest as Dabi closed the window and left. You cried, and you cried until you heard footsteps outside the door.
"H-hello?" You said in a cracked, broken voice. The door peeked open and Aizawa's head stuck into the room.

"Oh Y/N. You look upset. Are you okay?" You didn't answer, simply hid your head further into your arms. He came in, letting in light from the hall. "What's wrong?" You let yourself out of your mind and wiped your eyes. "Nothing, just.... Old memories. They won't leave." It was partially true, but that wasn't the particular reason you were upset. You couldn't tell Aizawa that though.
"Hold on. I'll be right back." Aizawa left the room.

After a while he came back, with a Tylenol and a cup of water.
"I know those memories give people headaches. Take this, it'll help." You took the pill and cup from him with shaking hands. He wrapped the blankets on the bed around your shoulders. You took the pill and gave the cup back.
"No, keep the water, you might need it later." He said as he placed it on the nightstand next to your bed. You pulled the blankets around your shoulders a little tighter. He then left the room, leaving you with your thoughts again. Thank you. You thought it as hard as you could, hoping that somehow, he would get the message. You didn't have the courage to actually talk to him more than what was needed though.

You soon fell asleep, where you were taken to a land of nightmares. You dreamed of your upsetting past, the things that haunted you the most. You dreamed about recent events. The joining of the League, learning about your father, what had happened between you and Dabi. It scared you, the things you were dreaming. They played on loop, with seemingly no escape. You could feel your body  tossing and turning in bed, but you couldn't escape the nightmares.
