You felt like you still hadn't fully forgiven Dabi for what he said, but the butterflies in your chest continued anyway. You didn't expect to become official so soon. It was great though. You and Dabi walked out back to Shigaraki, Twice, Toga, and Kurogiri. "Good, now that you two have settled that, I have a new mission." Shigaraki said. Dabi rolled his eyes.
"What? Attack the heroes relentlessly, only to fail time and time again? I'm tired of that one." He grabbed your hand.
"Besides, I don't want to take Y/N on such a dangerous mission, they just joined."

Shigaraki sighed.
"No, actually, Dabi, I have a much safer mission for Y/N since it's their first time here." Toga giggled.
"Awww Dabi, look at you! You never treat new members this way! Do you have a thing for my new bestie, Y/N?" She teased him.
"No, I don't. Shut the fuck up Toga." You could tell he was lying though. You were okay with it. You didn't want him to say anything if he wasn't ready to. Shigaraki cleared his throat.

  "Anyway, our new mission, is for one of us, to sneak into UA and get information on anyone you can. Especially pro heroes." You quickly came up with a plan.
"Hey! Since nobody knows I'm a villain, and I know my way around UA, can't I get a job there as a teacher or something and gather intel that way?" Dabi laughed.
"Listen to them, they're smart, aren't they?" Shigaraki and Toga agreed.

You felt recognized for once. It was nice. You and Dabi agreed on keeping in touch using ear pieces and he would sneak in and gather every bit of information he could.

Kurogiri teleported you to UA. You hadn't been here since you graduated. "It hasn't changed at all. Good." You walked inside and were instantly faced with a teacher there.
"Hello. What are you doing here?" He said.
"I'm here for a job as a teacher. What's your name?"
"I'm Shota Aizawa. Just call me Aizawa.  What's yours?"
"Y/N. So... what requirements to I need to have to work here?"

"We'll first things first, did you graduate from here?"
"Yep, just about a year ago. I was so inspired by the teachers here that I wanted to teach here too." You said in a convincing tone.
"Alright then.... How good are you with kids?"
"I'm great with kids! I have a lot of younger cousins and they all love me!"
"Hmmm... all right then. You can intern here a few weeks before you're officially hired, and we'll see how well you do." (I have no clue what a job interview is like 🥲)

That was the end of the dreaded conversation with Aizawa then. Mission success. Time to tell Dabi. You pulled your phone out of your pocket. Mission success. Tell Kurogiri to come and bring me back. You were quickly brought back to the bar.
"So... how'd it go?" Dabi asked.
"It went great, but I think that Aizawa guy suspected something." Dabi grabbed your hand and took you to his room.
"I'm glad the mission went well, but I have some bad news."
"What is it?"
"We can't continue our relationship. Not even in secret."
"What? Why not?" You were confused.
"I'm afraid Shiggy might find out, and I don't want him to be able to use you like that, I'm sorry little mouse."
"You know, Dabi, you're a bitch sometimes." You walked out.

How can he prioritize such a stupid thing? Shiggy isn't that good for him anyway. I don't get it at all! He's so confusing.
"GODDAMNIT!" You yelled. You threw yourself into your bed. Maybe he's not good for me. Or am I not good for him? Maybe he doesn't think I'm the best person for him. Maybe he never loved me at all. I hate that bitch.
