It had been almost an hour since Jack and [name] split up and Jack was starting to worry. He got to the portal entrance half an hour ago but there was still no sign of [name]. At this point he was considering running back to try and find her but something made him stop.

"Hello Jack."  A demonic voice spoke up

"S-Slender- Agh!" Jack was then pulled up by his neck by a single tendril.

"I was already infuriated when you decided to return after running away. But revealing yourself to a human. Torturing you for an eternity sounds adequate." Slenderman said as his grip on Jacks neck tightened.

"At least [name] isn't here." Jack thought to himself as his mind started to play out what was about to happen to him.

Before Ani could even look up, [name] had already made a run for it. Because of her anger, she couldn't concentrate on which direction she had ran of in so all she could do was try hunting her down.

"Get back here. I'm not done with you." Ani said as she searched for the human girl.

[name] on the other hand felt likes a coward for running but knew that she made the best choice. That monster looking for her was just like Jack, a heartless serial killers who only understand each other's way of thinking.

As she ran, she started to hear the distinct sound of someone's voice. It was deep and intimidating but very smooth and a bit attractive. [name] slowed down her pace and sneakily approached the source of the voice.

"...Torturing you for an eternity sounds adequate." She managed to hear before the person was revealed.

She froze in place when she saw the tall creature holding up Jack by the neck. Every time she heard Jack gasp for air, her nails dug deeper and deeper into the tree she was hiding behind. At one point, she could no longer feel the pain of her own skin and nails being forcefully ripped apart by the bark of the tree. Blood started to run down her hand as she started to grit her teeth.

"Come now Jack. I expected at least a fight from one of my most promising students." The slender creature said as his grip tightened yet again.

Suddenly, a gut turning crack could be heard emoting from Jacks very neck.

"Pitiful really. To think I saw something in you-"

His words were stopped by the pain Slender felt.

"Let go of him!!" [name] fearfully yelled as she stabbed Slendermans back with a wooden stake.

Slenderman growled in pain as his tendrils flailed in every direction out of panic, trying desperately to either take hold of the person who did it, or the stake itself. At one point he let go of Jack, sending him to the ground, coughing as he tried to catch his breath. One of Slendermans tendrils managed to grab hold of [name]'s leg as she tried to run away from the beast.

"You insolent little girl!" He yelled

Before Slender could harm [name], Jack flung himself onto Slenderman to try and distract him, hoping [name] would see the opportunity and make a run for it. But she didn't, instead, the now brave girl decided to throw the last remaining bottle of gasoline she had onto Slenderman. She accidentally splashed some on Jack but he realized what she was trying to do so he quickly jumped away from Slender, before [name] lit a match and threw it at the beast.

Flames ignited into a beautiful yellow shade but slowly started turning a dark purple. Slenderman hissed like a snake but as soon as they thought he was dead, he stood up shakily, his face now turned to the couple. [name] gasped when she saw his actual face. It looked like someone had taken a sharp knife and did a very poor job of cutting two eyes and a jagged mouth. It looked like something straight out of a child's worst nightmare.

Out of sheer fear, she unconsciously gripped onto Jacks hoodie jacket, but never once took her eyes off the monster in-front of her.

"Slender, the human girl got awa-" Ani said out of nowhere as she approached Slender from behind. She looked shocked when she turned to see everyone.

"J-Jack?! What are you doing here?..." Ani asked

Jack said nothing as he was just now realizing what was going on.

"You." Jack said to Ani with an angry tone

Ani looked worried as she looked at Slenderman and then back at Jack.

"Jack. I can explain everything just hear me ou-"

"You marked (y/n) didn't you?" Jack said, his voice getting more and more furious.

"Jack- no. Y-you don't understand." Ani said as she tried getting closer to Jack.

"Don't touch me." Jack said, with a cold tone.

Ani seemed to break at his words. Tears started forming in her eyes as she stared at Jack, who was now holding [name] in a protective manner.

"What do you mean by "marking" me?" [name] said as she pushed Jacks hands to release herself from his hold.

"It means that she sees you as a threat to our kind and if she fails to kill you, others like Jeff and Toy Maker will come after you. In all of these quote on quote fights, Slender will be present just to see how strong you are. But obviously this is all just because Ani can't get over what happened!" Jack said, yelling at Ani.

"Slenderman." Jack said, with a calmer and more respectful tone.

"I will accept any form of punishment you have for me. I understand that what I did was risky and a mistake. But I do not regret forming [name]. She has the potential you saw in all of us! and if you could just give her a chance to prove herself, you'll see that she can become a faithful and strong killer." Jack said as he got closer to Slenderman, who was just standing there, trying to decide what to do.

"Slender don't listen to him! You saw what happened last time you let him have his way! If that girl stays it will only create bigger problems!!" Ani said after she stopped crying.

For the first time in a long while, Slender really didn't know what to do. Before Ani walked in, he was planning on killing both Jack and [name], but after calming down a little, he realized that she was in fact now attached to Jack in an emotional way. It was against his protocol to have CPs date nonCPs as it created a potential threat to their kind. But it seemed that [name] was willing to risk her life for Jack.

On a completely different note, he felt a bit of anger towards Ani. Even though [name] was a type of threat, he knew Ani's main motive for marking [name] was because of her jealousy.

What will he decide to do with all three of them?
