Xander went to open the door I was right behind him. He opened the door and "SURPRISE!"

I peeked from Xander's shoulder to see everyone standing there. Everyone means everyone.

My Mom-Dad, his Mom-Dad, Cass-Evan, Rose-Blake, Anna-Aiden.

Xander was really surprised it seemed his eyes just went from left to right then again from right to left. Everyone was standing there with a smile plastered on their faces "Aish!" Xander groaned in frustration.

They all pushed Xander aside and entered.

"HOLLY MOLLY! It looks so beautiful. Did your Xander do it for you?" Cass said looking at the decorated room.

I nodded blushing.

She then turned to Xander and said "I have to agree you are taking good care of her. I really appreciate it."

Xander rolled his eyes.

"Ev actually Cass said that you didn't look happy in the morning. So we all decided to come here and surprise you to light up your mood." Anna said.

"You love to ruin my moment with my wife. Don't you?" Xander said in an irritated tone looking at Cass.

"It's not my fault. You should've told me that you were planning a surprise for her." Cass said and Xander glared at her.

"Don't worry Alex you have her to yourself all night." Blake commented with a smirk.

"Okay everyone move aside I have to look at Ev." Rose said and came to me pushing everyone aside. She looked at me from top to bottom. "Damn girl! You look hot. Did Alex gifted this dress?"

I nodded still blushing. "Alex you have a really good choice." Rose said.

"Oh! Alex my son you love her so much." Mrs. Knight said.

"Happy birthday my baby." Mom said hugging me.

"Thank you."

Dad too came and kissed my forehead "Happy birthday princess."

"Thanks Dad."

"Okay let's not just waste the time and cut the cake." Evan said in excitement.

"Cake? But you all didn't bring any. So just get out. You can cut the cake next day." Xander said happily.

"Don't be so happy Alex." Aiden said smirking. Xander gave him a suspicious look

"I am sure Alex has brought a cake for his dear wifey." Evan said smiling innocently at Xander.

"Hell no! You all are not depending on that one."

"Of course we are Alex." Blake said hitting Xander's arm playfully. "Let's go Ev cut the cake."

With that Cass dragged me to the dining room where the cake was kept.

"Aww.. the cake is beautiful too." Rose said.

"Ev fast cut it." Anna said.

"Xander." I called because I couldn't see him anywhere in the dining room.

"Oh! Where did he go?" Rose said looking around.

He then came inside the dining room talking to Blake.

"Xander!" Cass, Rose, Anna, Aiden and Evan said in unison smiling looking at Xander. He looked up and raised his brows.

"Ev is looking for you." Again they all said in unison. With a stupid smile of course.

"You guys are so irritating." Xander said and stood beside me.

"Come on Ev now your Xander is here too cut the cake." Cass said.

They sang the birthday song for me. I cut the cake and took a piece. I was going to give it to Xander when Cass came in front of me and on her left stood Rose and right Anna guarding me from going to Xander.

I looked at them in confusion.

"First me." Cass said.

"Second me." Rose said.

"Okay fine I'll take the third bite then." Anna said.

"But I wanted to give the first bite to-" I was cut off by Cass.

"Look at his face he looks so irritated I am damn sure he is not as excited as we are."

"But I want to give him."

"No you'll give us first." Rose said.

"Why are you all teasing her? She wants to give the first bite of the cake to her Xander then let her do it." Mom said coming towards me.

At least someone understand my feelings.

Mom then took a bite of the piece of cake that was in my hand.

"Mom! That was for him." I said in disbelief. She just giggled.

"My turn." Cass said and did the same as Mom.

"Now Alex will not have it first anyways so I think I can have it." Rose said and took a bite. Then Anna.

"Me too." Evan shouted and came towards me taking a bite. "It's good Alex." He said smiling innocently at Xander.

Xander glared at him.

Great! Everyone took a bite.

I was just standing there looking at their faces. And in the end Xander was the last one left.

Rose then said "Now go give it to him. He looks really mad." They all laughed looking at Xander's expression.

I took another piece of the cake and went to him. I held it in front of his mouth. He smiled at me and took a bite of it then brought the piece to my mouth I took a bite from it. He then cupped my cheek with his one hand and said "Happy birthday Ev."

I smiled. He brought his face closer to mine. I closed my eyes. His lips were about to meet mine when "STOOOPP!!" I jumped by the sudden shout.

I looked in front to see everyone looking at us with wide eyes.

I bet it was those five idiots that shouted.

"Control yourself in public at least." Anna said.

Xander took a deep breath and shook his head.

Mom-Dad started laughing. His and mine too.

We were all sitting and talking. I was talking to Anna. She was telling me about her marriage preparations. I saw Xander looking at his phone while having his drink. I excused myself from Anna and went to him.

"Are you still mad?" he then looked at me and smiled. He held my hand in his.

"I wasn't mad at you. It's just that they are really irritating."

I giggled.

"By the way I have your birthday gift. I hope you'll like it. But I'll give them after the celebration."

"Celebration?" I asked in confusion. "You mean my birthday celebration. But it's almost over so give it now."

"No baby. Not the birthday one."

"Then what are we celebrating?"

"Mmm..." Xander then looked at Evan like he was giving him approval to do something. Evan nodded nervously and started making his way towards Cass who was busy eating her cake. Her back was facing him.

I looked at Xander "What is he doing?"

"Patience baby. I am sure you'll love it."

Evan then turned Cass around to face him taking her plate he kept it on the table beside her. Cass was shocked by his action and her cake got stuck in her mouth, she forgot to gulp it.

Evan then started saying "Umm... In my life I have never thought that I will be able to be with the same girl. I always thought that marriage was never for me. I was always happy with my one night stands. And all the dates, they never lasted for long. I never thought that I would fall for someone. Until I met you. I know at first we started with a fight but then I felt something different about you. You changed my idea about love. My hearts starts beating whenever I am around you. Umm... then I-I-" Evan stopped as if he was trying to remember something. "Fuck!" he cursed in a low voice.

"Oh shit! I forgot the rest of the lines. Actually you know it's my first time saying these things so I was really nervous. Then Blake and Alex helped me to write these things and I swear I had learnt it but I forgot everything." He said everything in one breath.

Listening to him Blake chocked his drink and started coughing. I looked at Xander and see him closing his eyes and shaking his head as if he is wanting to stop Evan from saying any further.

"Shit! What am I saying? Cass you need to understand that I am really nervous."

"He is so cute." Anna said while laughing.

"I am more cute baby." Aiden said smiling at Anna pulling her more closer to him.

Evan then sat on his knees in front of Cass and took out a ring from his pocket. The ring that I had chosen that day.

"I know that I am idiot and stupid. But this idiot wants to stay with you and wants to spend the rest of his life with you. So Cassandra will you marry me?"

Cass's eyes widened. She was standing there in shock.

"What the hell are you waiting for say yes Cass." Rose shouted.

"Come on Cass, say yes." I too shouted.

Cass finally came back to her senses. She blushed and said "Y-Yes."

Evan got up excitedly and hugged her.

"I love you so much." He said and claimed her lips in his.

"Bye." I waved to everyone.

I was about to make my way upstairs when Xander held my hand. I looked at him.

"Dance with me."

"Now?"

"Ya. Now and here." I blushed.

He pulled me to him. His hands rested on my waist.

"Hope you liked all the decorations." He asked while dancing with me.

"It's beautiful Xander."

"Ev I meant everything that I wrote there. Thank you so much for coming in my life and making it beautiful. I know I was very rude and bad to you. I am sorry for everything. I am sorry for hurting you Ev."

"You don't have to be. You are the best thing I could have ever wished for. I love you Xander."

"I love you too. By the way I have a gift for you."

We stopped dancing. "What?" he smiled and went to the drawer. He took out a packed box and came back.

"Open it." He said giving the box to me.

I opened the box. "Camera." I said with a huge smile.

"Yep. Your previous camera fell in the water so..."

"It's amazing. I love it."

"Glad to here that. I have one more thing for you."

"What else? Don't you think that you bought a lot of gifts."

"No. You deserve everything." Then he took out a small box from his pocket and opened it. There was a bracelet.

"WOW! It's so beautiful."

"Not more than you." I giggled.

He took my hand putting the bracelet on my wrist.

"It's really beautiful Xander. Thank you so much for everything." I said and hugged him.

He chuckled and hugged me back.

After sometime he pulled away and said "Did I tell you how beautiful you are looking today?"

I blushed at his comment. He then whispered in my ears "You look so fucking sexy baby. You don't have any idea that how much I am controlling myself."

He kissed my neck. My body shivered. His fingers traced the bare part of my shoulder. He then started leaving soft kisses on my shoulder then my collar bone. I closed my eyes enjoying the pleasure he was giving me and bit my lip. He sucked hard on my neck making me moan.

"Let's go to the room." He picked me up in his arms. I wrapped my legs around his waist. I connected our lips together. He kissed me back while making his way to the room.

The next morning I woke up. He was still sleeping. I blushed remembering about last night. I got down from the bed and made my way to the washroom. After brushing my teeth wearing his shirt that reached a little above my knees I went downstairs and started preparing the breakfast for both of us.

After sometime I felt hands wrapping around my waist, I knew who it was.

"Good morning." I said.

"Good morning baby." Xander said in his sexy morning voice. "You know you shouldn't be doing these things. You should rest."

"Umm... but I wanted to prepare the breakfast today. so I asked Maria to come a little late."

"You have office. Right?"

"Nah!"

"But it's Saturday."

"I gave two days off remember."

"But then you started going yourself."

"Are you taunting me?"

I giggled.

"Xander let me work. You are disturbing me."

"I am so hurt to hear that."

I rolled my eyes. In seconds he turned me back and picked me up placing me on the counter he connected our lips. I kissed him back wrapping my legs around his waist and my hands rested on his chest. His hands were on my bare thighs pushing his shirt, I was wearing that was already a bit up more. So my legs were all revealed now.

He then broke the kiss "You look hot in my shirt. I want to take you right here right now."

"Xan-" I was cut off by the doorbell.

"You know I will break this doorbell one day." I giggled.

He placed me down and went to open the door. I followed him from behind. He opened the door and he stiffened. I peeked to see who is it.

"Maddison?" I said in confusion.

Well we are now left with just 2 more chapters.😭
