"Alex I don't know how to tell you this but R-" Evan started but was cut off.

"Me and Evan we are dating Alexander." Cass said suddenly

"WHAT?" I and Evan, we both shouted in unison.

"Ev why are you behaving like this. You already know about this." Cass said widening her eyes, telling me to play along.

"Y-yes. Yes. They are dating and Evan didn't wanted to keep any secrets from you so he came here to tell you first." Xander looked at Evan narrowing his eyes.

"But when did this happ-" he was again cut off by Cass.

"Evan don't be shy just tell him about us."

"But I wa-"

"Evan tell him that we are dating." Cass said and pecked his cheek Evan stood there shocked. Cass pinched him in his arm and said "Tell him Evan."

Evan cleared his throat once and said "W-we a-a-re dating?"

"Are you asking me or telling me?" Xander asked.

"Oh! I think he is just getting nervous." I said.

"Evan? Getting nervous? I don't think that's possible. That too around girls."

"Ya but she is not just some girl he has already fallen for her and it's normal to get nervous at these times, you wouldn't know." I said with a smile and he glared at me.

"Ya Ev is right he is just nervous."

"Okay we'll be leaving now. Actually Evan promised to have lunch with me. So bye." Cass said holding Evan's arm and taking him with her. On her way she whispered in my ears "I'll be waiting for you outside."

I gave her a look 'don't leave me alone with him, please.' But she mouthed a 'sorry.'

I have to distract him from seeing the news till Rose deletes it. He went back to his office without looking at me. I followed him from behind.

He stopped when he heard my footsteps following him now we were in his office. He turned around "What do you want Ev?"

"Why are you like this? Just because I didn't make you a coffee you are giving me such attitude." well I had to start a conversation so I started with this only. He took out his phone and was about to unlock it. OH SHIT I CAN'T LET HIM OPEN IT.

I took his phone from his hands. He looked at me "I am talking to you. You can't just ignore me."

"Don't you have work today?"

"I do but first you have to answer me."

"I am really not in the mood to talk to anyone right now. Give me back my phone." He tried to take it from my hand but I held my hand backwards.

"No."

"Ev."

"Yes."

"Give it back."

"Nope."

"I said give it back Ev."

"No." while fidgeting with him I didn't realize that he was so close to me and now I was sitting on his office desk stretching my hands as far as I can so that he doesn't get to reach his phone and he was leaning on to me.

"What the hell is your problem? You can't come in my office whenever you want."

"I can I am your wife. I have all rights to do that." I said still in that position.

"You-" he was cut off by a clearing of throat. We looked in that direction to see Rose standing there. Xander looked at our position once and then got up adjusting his suit.

"Sorry to disturb your sweet moment but can I take Ev with me please." I looked at Rose and she nodded telling me that she has done her work. I got down from the desk. "Here, your phone. Bye Xander." I said with the sweetest smile in my smile. He gave me a suspicious look. I giggled.

"Let's go Rose." We were leaving when Rose stopped on her way and ran to Xander hugging him tightly.

Oh she must have been really scared.

"I love you Alex. I love you."

"Hey, Are you okay? Did something happen? Rose look at me and tell me what is it." Xander said in a concerned voice hugging her back.

"Nothing happened just wanted to tell you that."

"Are you sure?" She nodded.

I starred at them in aww.

CASSANDRA DIAZ

I dragged Evan down with me. I can feel that he was shocked. We were standing outside Alexander's company.

"Evan." No response.

"Evan." Again nothing.

"Why are you acting like this?" I shook him.

"What did you just do?" he said.

"Oh thank God you came back to your senses."

"You want to date me? Are you serious?" he said with a ray of hope in his eyes.

"Well I said that to stop you from telling Alexander about Rose and Blake. It's not true."

"Nonsense I don't believe that."

"It's your problem." I said not looking in his eyes. I knew those eyes would definitely trap me.

"Fine. You are going to regret this."

"What?" I asked him in confusion. He started going inside the company. What is he doing?

"Where are you going?"

"To tell Alex everything."

"Wait no stop. You won't do that."

"Try me baby."

"Stop. Evan Alexander will hate Rose. You can't do that. Please Evan."

"Fine I won't if you agree to date me."

"So now you are blackmailing me."

"Yes. I guess so." He said with a devilish smile on his face.

"Evan Black I'll kill you."

"You can't do that because you like me. Cassy." He came near me bending down to my level he whispered in my ears. "So Cassy are you ready to date me. If not I am okay to tell Alex everything."

I glared at him and he just smiled. Then I thought to myself. It won't be that bad to date a cute and handsome guy like him. "Fine. But you have to promise me you won't tell Alexander about Rose and Blake." he nodded.

"So tomorrow night be ready by 7. I'll pick you up." I blushed hard. He chuckled. Then Ev came out with Rose.

"Is everything done?" I asked.

"Yes." Ev replied.

"Thank God."

"Rose we need to talk." Evan said. Rose looked at him and he continued "I understand you love Blake but Rose you also need to understand that Alex and Blake can never become friends. To choose one you have to lose the other. I won't tell Alex about this but we can't hide it from him all the time."

"Evan what are you trying to say?" Ev asked. Evan took a deep breath.

"You should break up with Blake, Rose. It would be good for everyone."

"No. What are you saying?" I said Evan.

"Ya we'll figure out something definitely. That's not needed at all. We have resolved many fights in college together. I am sure we can do this too." Ev said.

"No you can't. In fact nobody can. I myself hate him so much that seeing him makes me want to kill him. Alex, you can't even imagine how much he hates Blake. So Rose just break up with him or I have to tell Alex about this."

"I have already done that." Rose said looking down.

"WHAT?" Ev and I shouted in unison.

ROSELYN KNIGHT

BLAKE'S OFFICE AN HOUR AGO

After handling the news. I stood up and was about to leave when Blake held my hand and pulled me back. He back hugged me. His chin was resting on my shoulder.

"I am sorry I should've thought about the media earlier."

"It's okay." I said in a low voice. He turned me around to face him. I looked down and started crying.

"Hey I am really sorry I didn't know it would get this complicated. Rose look at me." he held my chin and made me look in his eyes. "Stop crying. It hurts to see you like this. I-"

"I think we should break up Blake." I said and more tears rolled down my cheek.

"What? No Rose listen to me. I promise it won't happen again. Just give me one chance."

I shook my head. "I can't. I am sorry. I love you. I really do but I can't afford to lose Alex."

"You won't Rose. I'll talk to him. Don't do this. Don't leave me."

"I don't want to but I don't have any other option. We can't see each other or even talk to each other till Alex agrees to our relationship. I am sorry." I ran out of his office. I could hear him calling my name but I didn't stop.

PRESENT

"Are you mad? We could've figured something out. Why did you have to do that?" Ev said when I told them everything.

"No Ev we can't do anything. I have seen Alex's hatred for Blake. I know what happened between them and it was really stupid of me to think that after that incident anything normal is even possible between them. I love Alex Ev I love him a lot. He took care of me when Mom and Dad had to go out of the country for like ten years I can't hurt him Ev. I hope someday he accept us or if not I am ready to leave Blake."

"Rose." She came and hugged me.

"Why can't they just sort out everything?" I cried my heart out hugging her.

Oh I am really sad about Blake and Rose.

They are so cute together. I feel really bad right now.

But let's see what happens. Will Alexander accept it or not?
