Morning had arrived and the soulmates had woken up at the sounds of people talking downstairs. There was a lot of laughter and it became really difficult to fall back asleep.

Sooyeon was the first to get out of bed, leaving a groggy Renjun alone with the twins before going to investigate what was going on.

With small steps, Sooyeon opened her bedroom door and went down the stairs, the laughter and talking louder.

She peeked her head thru the wall and saw four boys talking while her grandmother was presumably in the kitchen.

"Hello?" Sooyeon asked as she revealed herself fully, catching the attention of the boys and confirming that her grandma was in the kitchen.

"Sooyeon!" One shouted as he jumped up and ran to the shorter girl, embracing her.

"Now why did I have to hear from grandma that you had a soulmate and twins?!" The boy said and Sooyeon scoffed.

"Why didn't you tell me you were moving in after I moved out, Baek?" She asked the older who had a sheepish smile.

"I dont really know. We just came up with that." Baekhyun said and smiled at his younger sister.

"You're so grown up now." Baekhyun cooed at the younger girl, pinching her cheeks and making her cringe.

"Are you guys ready to go?" Another person, Jeno, who sat on the couch spoke up, ready to take the trip back to Seoul.

"We just woke up. Give us a bit." Sooyeon said and the other boys nodded.

Baekhyun pulled the girl aside and followed her to her bedroom.

"How've you been holding up? You know, like, having to move to Seoul again?" Baekhyun asked the girl in front of her closed bedroom door, holding it so they won't enter yet.

"I'm not gonna lie, I'm scared. Like, what if those people see me again? What if they go ahead and try to make my life hell again?" Sooyeon asked and Baekhyun frowned, not liking his sister having such a negative mindset.

Baekhyun hugged the girl once again, wanting to comfort her since it would be the day she moves back and faces her fears.

"I know it's scary but I've already talked with those guys downstairs. They're all nice and have told me they would help in any way. Also, you can even call me and you know I'd go all the way there just to beat some motherfuckers up." Baekhyun said, making sure to emphasize the final part which made her laugh.

"I'll give you a call then. Thank you, Baek." Sooyeon said and Baekhyun nodded.

"Now let me meet this soulmate of yours." He replied as he slowly opened the door and peeled his head in, catching sight of Renjun carrying Dea while also holding Yejun's hand.

The sight of Baekhyun at the door startled him and all Renjun could do was stare, wide-eyed at the appearance of the man.

Baekhyun stifled back a laugh at Renjun's slightly scared expression and kept up with his act.

"Sir, I am very sorry to say that Sooyeon has died like just now." Baekhyun said and Renjun furrowed his brows, confused as to what the hell was going on.

From behin the door, Sooyeon smacked Baekhyun's arm and made him burst into laughter as he pushed the door open to reveal the both of them.

"You suck at that." Sooyeon said and Baekhyun just laughed.

At the sight of the two communicating, Renjun's brows furrowed even more. He didn't know who the hell this random dude was talking to his soulmate and clearly getting along well with her. Plus, it didn't help that Baekhyun was attractive.

"Good morning, Renjun. Meet my brother, Baekhyun." Sooyeon said as she gestured to the boy standing next to her and at the word 'brother', Renjun's face relaxed and turned into a small smile.

"Nice to meet you." Renjun said, giving a small bow from the bed but not being able to do it properly due to him holding a baby and having his hand held by the other.

"Nice to meet you too, man." Baekhyun said as he approached the bed, in awe at the sight of the babies.

"What're their names?" Baekhyun asked as he admired his niece and nephew.

"Renjun is holding Dea and this boy right here," Sooyeon began as she picked up the other baby, causing his hand to separate from Renjun's, "is Yejun."

"Fraternal?"

"Yup."

"That's so awesome." Baekhyun said which caused the soulmates to smile.

"Oh! Renjun, the boys are here and want us to take the things down there." Sooyeon said and Renjun nodded as he slowly got off the bed and placed Dea in a baby carrier. Sooyeon did the same with Yejun.

"Need help?" Baekhyun asked his sister who nodded as she lifted one of the boxes.

"Can you take the twins downstairs? Renjun and I can carry the boxes." Sooyeon said and Baekhyun nodded as he grabbed both the baby carriers.

Baekhyun did as told while Renjun and Sooyeon followed him down the stairs, boxes in both their hands.

After catching sight of the soulmates bringing down the boxes, the other boys followed as well and began placing them in their cars while Baekhyun sat in the living room with the twins.

"Thank you, guys." Renjun thanked his friends and Sooyeon did the same, appreciating their kindness to her.

"I can't believe you're leaving already." Baekhyun said as he stood up and hugged his baby sister, acting as if it will be the last day he ever saw her.

"Don't make a mess in my old room." She told him, making him laugh a bit.

"You got it. And you," Baekhyun said as he pointed to Renjun, startling the poor boy, "Take care of her. I'm trusting you with her so please treat her right. Also, make sure to beat anyone's ass if they become rude or try and bully her."

Renjun nodded and shook Baekhyun's hand.

"Even though I don't even know what happened, I'll make sure everything alright." Renjun said and smiled, causing Sooyeon to blush a bit. It was their second day together and things were not going so bad.

Sooyeon went to hug and bid goodbye to her grandmother before grabbing one of the carriers and Renjun held the other. The two walked to the least filled car and sat next to each other.

"Next stop, Renjun's house." Jaemin announced as he put the car in drive.

Renjun could tell Sooyeon was nervous and although they weren't exactly close yet, he touched her hand slightly which gained her attention.

"Everything will be alright." He assured the girl who gave an uneasy smile.

"Let's hope you're right."

i was really tempted to not update today cause i feel kinda sick but i did it!!

i know this story is probably hella boring right now but it'll get better!!
