It was a bright spring afternoon when Renjun roamed the city of Busan, a bit farther from his home that now resided on Seoul.

The boy simply wanted to explore, admiring the beauty of the streets and the buildings that he saw.

It was truly an experience to finally have alone time rather than be surrounded by his 6 friends and their 3 soulmates. He loved them all, he really did but there are definitely times where he simply wanted to stay alone.

So now the Chinese boy roamed around, taking in the scent of the outside world but also making sure to not hit anybody as he walked.

After a few minutes of walking, Renjun heard his stomach growl and decided to go ahead and look for a nearby restaurant to eat at.

After finding one that had the order he wanted, he began making his way to the place and entered, immediately greeted by the scent of the traditional foods given there.

A kind elderly lady stood at the front, a warm smile on her face as she looked at the young boy.

"Hello. Table for how many?" The woman asked to which Renjun quickly replied with "One please."

The kind woman nodded and lead the boy to an empty table, freshly cleaned from the previous people.

"Someone will be here to take your order shortly." The woman informed Renjun who gave a warm smile in return before looking at the menu.

After about a minute, another person came up to him. It was a girl and she was pretty, quite young and Renjun presumed she was around her age. She also seemed vaguely familiar to the boy.

"Hi! What would you like to drink?" The girl asked as she quickly adjusted the ponytail that held her thick, dyed hair in place.

"A cola, please." Renjun said with a smile as his eyes observed her, trying to figure out where he knew her from.

The girl gave a quick nod before leaving, going to make his drink and giving the boy some time to figure out his order. She was also wondering why the hell that pretty boy looked so familiar.

Not too long after, the girl returned with his drink and placed it in front of him, making sure not to spill any.

"Are you ready to order?" She asked as she pulled out her pen and notepad, ready to write down what he says.

Renjun nodded before telling her his order, making her write it down very precisely and repeating it to make sure she got it down right.

Once Renjun confirmed, she gave him a quick smile before heading back to the kitchen where the cooks began to make his meal.

As Renjun waited, he continued trying to figure out what made the girl so familiar. He could've sworn he had seen her face before.

"Here's your meal!" The girl announced a few minutes later, snapping Renjun out of his thoughts.

She ever so gently placed the food on the table while Renjun stated in awe, ready to devour the entirety of it all.

"Let me know if you need anything else." She told him before turning away and walking off.

Unbeknownst to Renjun, the girl immediately furrowed her brows as she tried to figure out why that boy looked so familiar in her eyes as well. She knew she saw him before but where?

After a good half an hour or so, Renjun had finished his meal and was handed a check.

"Please pay at the front." She told him as she placed the receipt for his meal on his table and he gave a simple nod as he helped clean up his table a bit. He didn't want to give the waitress a hard time with his mess.

After cleaning up, he did as he was told and went to the front, card in his hand as well as the receipt.

"Please sign here." The girl told him at the register, pointing the x followed by a line on the receipt and Renjun did just that.

The girl glanced down, reading the name on the receipt.

Huang Renjun.

Then it clicked.

"Hey, were you that exchange student at Neo High School?" The girl asked. Any random stranger would find it slightly rude but not Renjun. The boy ended up bursting into laughter which confused the girl.

"Am I wrong?..." She asked, unsure as to why he suddenly began laughing.

"You were trying to recognize me too?" Renjun asked as he looked at the girl who had a smile growing on her face.

"So you are that exchange student!" She exclaimed and Renjun nodded.

"And you were?"

"Byun Sooyeon."

That's when it finally clicked in Renjun's mind as well.

"You were that popular girl!" Renjun said and she nodded as an awkward laugh escaped her lips.

To be quite honest, Renjun never knew Sooyeon that well. He only knew of her name and existence.

"What are you doing in Busan? Didn't you live in Seoul?" Renjun asked, curious as to why the girl decided to move to Busan.

"You didn't hear?" She asked him. It was commonly known why she would move out away from her home city.

"Hear what?"

"It's a long story-"

"Sooyeon, please get to work." The kind old lady told Sooyeon who nodded and took Renjun's card, completely disregarding his question.

She quickly swiped it and handed it back once the money had transferred.

"Well, it was nice meeting you formally, Sooyeon." Renjun told the girl and held out his hand for her to shake which she more than gladly did.

"You as well, Renjun. Come again sometime."

At that, the boy waved off the girl and headed out the restaurant, deciding maybe it was time to go back home.

On his way to the train station, a sudden stinging occurred on his neck and an excruciating headache began to occur.

Renjun stumbled slightly from the pain and passerby's began to worry until the pain suddenly vanished.

Renjun became shocked. He didn't know what the hell just happened to his body and that was when he knew he had to get his ass home ASAP.

In the restaurant that Renjun ate at, Sooyeon was busy taking an order until a stingin pain jolted on her neck and the same excruciating headache that Renjun experienced hit her as well.

She groaned slightly as she clutched her neck and head, dropping her notepad and pen on the floor.

The couple whom she was taking the orders of immediately reached for the poor girl and were ready to call for help until she suddenly went back to normal. Almost as if she felt nothing before.

Sooyeon picked up her pen and notepad quickly before looking at the couple with a smile.

"Sorry about that. What would you like to order?"

The old woman sighed as she stared at the girl's neck, noticing a bright red tattoo had now formed.

"Guess who's back? Back again."

"Shut up, this is not the time for Eminem."

The familiar group observed the new soulmates interactions.

"Is it gonna be us again?" One asked as he looked around the room, noticing the same people still with them.

"More help is coming in about 3...2...1-"

On cue, a white fog and bright light engulfed the room, causing everyone to shield their eyes.

Once it was safe enough for them to open their eyes again, there they saw 3 people standing there, all slightly confused.

"This is gonna be fun."
