I did make this authors note primarily for the warnings so listen up ladies (and gentlemen & non binaries)

This first warning is serious. The stories main character has a dad who is head detective. First of all, this is a ✨fictional✨ world where all the police officers are good guys and do not possess their own racist agendas bc EFF POLICE BRUTALITY !!

With that being said, her dads work will play a role in the plot. There are mentions of dark themes like human trafficking, though I do not go into detail.

There is also mention and description of physical abuse and assault, along with a small mention or two of sexual assault. If any of these topics listed make you uncomfortable, please read cautiously if you chose to at all.

Now back to the fun things :)

1. There might be a few cliche scenes/ themes ....

....... BUT OBVIOUSLY, I'm doing my best to make any of these occurrences unique to this story!

2. There's a lot of cussing up in this bitch. My main girl Rowena is a potty mouth. If you're going to read this story, GET USED TO IT NOW MOTHERFUCKERS!!!

3. Updates are once a week. Sometimes if I have a chapter ready ahead of time, it'll be twice a week. But I have to prioritize work and school first, so expect ONCE A WEEK!!
