"I mean y'all did kind of look alike."Havana said to Jax as we were walking in the mall.

"Havana don't tell him that,you know he's struggling right now."I say nudging her "How are you holding up?"I ask looking over at him.

He took a sip from his red slushie before answering "She's been blowing up my phone left and right but I just can't seem to wrap my head around this whole situation."He says and I nod.

"I get that,but the baby though...what y'all gone do about that?"I asked him.

"I don't know"He shrugged "I honestly don't even want that baby...especially if I'm having one with my cousin."

Havana looked up and frowned at him weirdly "Hey don't say that...I haven't seen my little girl for two weeks now and I'm missing her like crazy.

"I thought you already talked to Austyn on the phone about him letting you see her."I say as we all walk into Forever 21.

She sighed and took a bite out of her Cinnamon pretzel "I did and he said he was bringing her last weekend...but he never did"

"And you ain't blow the nigga phone up?"Jax asked with a shocked expression on his face.

I was a little shocked as well because Havana would've blown up Austyn's phone like crazy, just to see her little girl. Something definitely seems off about her lately.

"No I didn't, I'm not going to try and make him mad at me all over again. I miss him."She said looking through the racks of clothes.

"Oh now I see!"Jax said smirking at her "Your scared of him"

"What? Havana ain't scared of nobody boo"She rolled her neck at him "Fuck Austyn."

"You say that now until he beat yo ass again"Jax mumbled and I nudged him in the shoulder.

"Well atleast I wasn't fuckin' my cousin"Havana clapped back and Jax scolded her.

"At Least I ain't get caught cheating"He said back.

"Well next time do background checks on the bitches you mess wit....Incest ass"Havana said and Jax rolled his eyes.

"Shut up...At Least I fight back when folks hitting me"

"Well atleast I don't have a incest baby"Havana said and Jax pushed her a little.

"Alright y'all needa chill"I said getting in between them."Y'all both doing to much"

"Yeah you right"Jax said.

"Oh hell no"Havana said putting her hair up.

Me and Jax looked at each other funny before looking in the direction that Havana was looking in.

It was Cj walking around with some short  light skinned girl. She was skinny with long  bundles in,and she was dressed down in Gucci wear.She wasn't ugly but she was OK looking.

"Imma beat his ass this time"Havana said storming out of Forever 21 and heading towards Cj and the girl.

"Havana wait..your going to cause a scene"I said trying to catch up with her and Jax was close behind.

Once she reached Cj she tapped him on the shoulder and he turned around "Havana? What's up? Where Jayda?"

"Oh so now you worried about her, You cheated on her and now you with this trick"Havana snapped and I walked up beside her.

The girl looked up at Cj and frowned up "Who you calling a trick?"She rolled her neck at Havana.

"You, who else?"Havana said talking to the girl like she was stupid.

A couple of people had stopped what they were doing and stared at us, because Havana was being all loud and was causing a scene.

"Look Penny just take my card and go into any store,and buy whatever you want, I'll meet up with you later."Cj said handing the girl his black card.

The girl gave Havana a death glare before storming off.

"Yea you know not to say nun lil hoe"Havana called out.

"What is y'all buggin out for?"Cj said crossing his arms "Penny is my little cousin...The girl is fifteen years old"He said and Havana entire demeanor changed.

"Nigga you lying...That ain't yo cousin"Havana smacked her lips at him.

"It is Havana.. Mind yo business girl, don't you already got stuff going on with my boy Austyn and James?Worry about you."Cj said checking Havana "Now can I talk to you Jayda..Privately"He said looking at Havana who was mugging him.

"I don't have anything to say to you"I said rolling my eyes at him.

"Ok well I have stuff to say to you..just please"He said and I looked him in the eye.

He was looking kind of rough like he hasn't slept in a couple of days.He needed a haircut,He had bags under his eyes,and his beard needed to be groomed badly.

"Fine"I sighed. "I'll meet back up with y'all later"I said looking back at Havana and Jax.

"Alright we'll be at the food court"Jax said and Havana rolled her eyes.

"So what do you need to talk to me about?"I asked Cj as we start walking in the crowded mall.

"Where is little man and Cam at?"He asked me.

"Their both at my house."

Last week my grandparents ended up buying me and Cam a house to stay in. It was similar to the one Cj bought me,but it just didn't have a pool and it was more spacious.

"House? You decided to move back into the crib I bought you?"He asked smirking down at me and I rolled my eyes.

"No, My grandparents got this house for us."I said and his smirk disappeared.

"Oh well that's cool"He shrugged "How is my little man?"He asked.

"Good as always."

"Coo Coo, How Cam holding up?"

"He's better than before, He has anxiety now since the incident..but he's coping"I say and he nods his head.

"And you?How have you been lately."He asks stuffing his hands in his pockets.

"Wonderful...Cj I'm not about to play these games with you, You said you had to talk to me about something so talk."I said rolling my eyes. "I don't need you checking up on how we've been doing..just know that we've been good that's it and that's all."

"Okay damn my bad"He said putting his hands up in surrender. "But look I barely slept in days, Can you please come by the crib tonight and watch princess for me...I need the sleep Jayda."

"Cj..."I trailed off.

"Look you can bring Cam and little man with you, just please I need this rest.. I can't do this all by myself."He begged. "I also got other shit I gotta deal with"

"Why can't your mama watch her?"I asked him.

"I'm not talking to her right now."He waved me off.

I sighed heavily and threw my head back "Fine I'll do it,but you better have food there."I said and he broke into a big smile.

"Thank you so much"He pulled me into him and picked me up off the ground hugging me tightly.

"Cj put me down!"I said squirming out of his embrace.

He put me down on the ground and we just sat there staring at each other deep into each other's eyes.

"Look Jayda"He said gently grabbing my chin "I really am sorry about what I did"He said looking down at my lips.

"Okay,well I better get going."I said pushing him back. "I'll have Cam text you when we're on the way."I told him and he furrowed his eyebrows.

"Why Cam? Why can't you do it?"

"Because I deleted your number"I shrugged.

"Cj I'm ready to go,plus my mama called and said you gotta bring me home now."His little cousin came up interrupting us.

"Ight Penny."He said grabbing his card from her.

"This your girlfriend, the one you cheated on?She's pretty and your stupid for cheating on her."She said and I chuckled.

"I'm not his girlfriend anymore,but he is stupid isn't he?"I smirked at Cj and he mugged me.

"How you even know about that girl?"He asked her.

"Boy you know yo mama be telling y'all business like crazy...So I eavesdropped on her and my mama conversation."

"Bye Jayda...I'll see you tonight"He said grabbing Penny by the arm and walking off.

"Cam you got all of your stuff together?"I asked walking into Cam's room with Jahlan on my hip.

"Yea, Now why we going to Cj's house again?And why do I have to bring some clothes? Y'all back together?"He asked picking up his Nike duffel bag.

"We just bringing clothes just incase Cj decides he ain't gone bring his black ass home tonight,and no we are not back together."

"Well don't get with Lance...He's weird and he looks like he sniffs toilet seats"Cam said brushing past me and making his way towards the front door.

"What Cam?"I said laughing at what he said. "Lance is not weird he just different from Cj that's all"I shrugged grabbing me and Jahlan bags.

"Exactly he's different..way to different from Cj."Cam said grabbing the car keys and unlocking the doors.

I put Jahlan in his car seat and grabbed the car keys from Cam and we both hopped inside. I started the car up and made my way in the direction of Cj's house.

When we got there it was two other cars outside as well.We got out of the car and Cam grabbed all of our bags while I got Jahlan out of his carseat.

When we got up to the door it was a bunch of screaming coming from inside.I walked over to the potted plant and got the third key to the house. I unlocked the door and walked in and somebody was playing loud music in the living room.

"Bitch stop calling my phone!"James yelled singing the song.

He looked back and noticed us standing there staring at him like he was crazy.

"Ah shit!"He yelled jumping up.

"Man what is you doing?"Cam asked laughing at him.

"What it look like?"He said plopping down on the couch "Why y'all here?"He asked looking over at us.

"I'm watching princess"I answered him "Where Cj?"I asked passing Jahlan to him.

"He up there with princess right now."He said and I nodded.

I walked upstairs and put my stuff down, then I went to princess room.

"I'm trying baby girl I really am"I heard Cj say to her. "Yo mama is sick,and imma find her and make her pay for what she did to you;just hang in there princess you gone be straight."

I walked inside and he looked back at me and smiled. "I already gave her a bath"He said picking her up out of the crib. "She just need her bottle then she should be good for the night"He says as we walk out of her room and walk downstairs.

When we got down there Tristan was yelling into his phone at somebody.

"When I find you bitch I swear to God I'm going to kill yo ass, bring me my damn daughter!"Tristan yelled into his phone.

"Tristan who are you talking to?"I asked as he hung his phone up.

He looked at me and huffed loudly "Hey sis"He said walking up and giving me a hug "I was talking to Niesha, she took Serenity and I don't know where they are"

"Why would she do that?"I asked and he sighed loudly.

"The bitch is crazy for one,and she caught me cheating again."He answered me and I shook my head.

"Well what did you expect?"

"I don't know,but I need my little girl fuck Niesha ass. I'll kill her."He said clenching his jaw. "Yo Cj you ready to roll out?"

"Yea,but uh Jayda lemme holla' at ya for a min."Cj said and I followed him to the back.

"Wassup?"I asked crossing my arms and looking up at his tall figure.

He was looking much better than when I saw him earlier at the mall, he had a haircut now and his face looked fresher than before, he also didn't look so tired.

"I just wanted to thank you"He said grabbing my hand and putting something in it. "I was supposed to been have gave you this,but it slipped my mind."He said smiling at me.

I looked down at my hand and saw the beautiful diamond encrusted heart necklace.

"What's this for?"I asked looking up at him.

"I was supposed to give it to you when we were together,but I messed up and never gave it to you. I'm giving you this now as an apology gift for my wrong doing."He said looking me in the eyes. "Look I still love you Jayda Lynn."

"This is a nice gift Cj it really is,and I still love you too.I just don't know about getting back with you; I don't trust you."I told him and he nodded.

"I get that I wouldn't trust me either,but how about we take things real slow and build back up."He said and I looked up at him.

"I'm cool with that, we can take it slow but that's all. So don't be trying your little tricks and mind games."

"Yes ma'am. I hear you loud and clear"He smiled down at me. "But let me go before them niggas start complaining"He said and I chuckled.

He reached down quickly and pecked my lips and ran off towards the front.

"Cj! That is not apart of taking things slow!"I yelled out after him and I heard him laugh before closing the front door.

"Cuties"Cam teased before returning his attention back on the game.

"Shut up"I said throwing a pillow at the back of his head.

"Let me go in here real quick"I told them as we pulled up in my front driveway.

I walked up to the front door and unlocked it. When I walked in I felt my blood boiling, everything was trashed there was stuff everywhere. I walked further into the house and it was a note on the wall and it read: "You can come get Serenity at my parents' old house,better hurry before she dies."

I crumpled the note up and threw it down on the ground before storming back out of the house.I got inside the car and slammed the door,and hurried up and made my way to where Niesha was located.

"You straight bruh?"James asked from the back seat.

"Yea;you seem a lil tense. You got her location or sum?"Cj asked and I nodded

"She just threatened my baby girl's life, I swear she a dead woman walking."I said through gritted teeth. I pressed on the gas pedal and was zooming through the cars.

"Aye nigga slow down on the turns got me dizzy as hell back here."James said "You know I got a soft ass stomach,and you gone be pissed if I throw up on these leather seats."He complained some more but I ignored him.

When we pulled up to the house I hurriedly jumped out of the car and pulled my gun out of my waistband. I jogged up to the front door and shot the locks.

"Niesha! You sick bitch! Where is my baby?"I yelled through the house.

"Daddy?"I heard Serenity say from behind me. I turned around and she ran up and jumped into my arms.

"Baby Girl I'm so glad your okay"I said squeezing her.

"I missed you, I thought Frank was going to be my new daddy."She says as I put her back on the ground.

"Frank?'I asked with furrowed eyebrows.

"Mommy said that Frank was my new daddy"She said putting a little pout on her face.

"Where is your mama baby?"

"She's upstairs with Frank"She answered me.

"Ok I need you to listen to me very closely Serenity...I want you to go in your room,and turn the t.v up as high as it can go and just sit there and watch t.v until I come in and get you."

"Okay daddy"She smiled and ran upstairs to her room.

I didn't make a move until I heard her t.v up. I pulled my phone out and sent a text to James and Cj to tell them to come in.

"Niesha bring yo ass down here!"I yelled out.

I heard a door close and saw Niesha and I guess that Frank nigga coming down the stairs. Frank was a big built dude,and he looked kind of old. He had a dark skin complexion and he had some grey little curls with a full beard.

"You Frank?"I asked looking him up and down.

"Yea, who's asking?"He said looking at me with a unfazed look.

"Serenity daddy nigga, I heard you wanna replace me. Ain't that some shit right there."I scoffed and Niesha looked over at me nervously.

"Why are you here Tristan..We don't need you here."She said putting her hands on her hips and rolling her neck at me.

"Bitch don't talk to me;either you or dumbass Frank here, trashed my damn place and then left me that childish ass note on my fucking wall. Now you do the math."I snapped at her. "Even had the nerve the goddamn audacity to threaten my baby life."I said feeling myself get madder at the both of them.

"Now either y'all do rock,paper,or scissors for whoever life we taking first..hell you can even play tic tac toe for all I care but one of you is dying first so you better pick."James said cocking his gun back.

"You bluffing, Tristan will never kill me..I'm his child's mother he can't kill me even if he wanted to."Niesha proudly said.

"You right Niesha I'm not going to kill you,but James is because your nothing to him."I said cocking my gun back and aiming it at Frank's head. I shot him right in the middle of his forehead and then I looked over at James "Finish her off too,she been dead in my book"I said before tucking my gun away and walking up the stairs.

Once I made it to the top of the stairs I heard a bunch of gun shots,and I just shook my head already knowing it was James being childish.

"Quit fucking playing so much!"I heard Cj yell at him "She was dead from the first time you fired a shot at her, you ain't have to keep shooting her body!"He yelled some more.

"Shut up bitch I got this!"James yelled back at him firing out another shot.

I opened the door to Serenity's room and she was sitting on the edge of the bed watch Bubble Guppies.

"C'mon baby,we going home now."I said picking her up off of the bed and grabbing her things.

When we got downstairs I covered her eyes and walked outside of the house and put her in the car. Soon after Cj and James came outside and we all left the house.

After dropping Tristan and James off at their crib,I headed back to the house. When I got there Cam and Jahlan was up in the living room and Cam was playing the game while Jahlan had a controller that wasn't on.

"Where yo sister?"I asked Cam.

"She in yo room sleep, if you about to go in there take Jahlan with you."He said not taking his attention off of the game.

"Where princess?"

"Jayda had rocked her to sleep and put her in your room as well."He answered me. I nodded and walked over and grabbed Jahlan from his spot on
