"Cj what you doing here?"I asked looking at him Tristan, And James.

"I should be asking you the same shit. Who is this nigga?"He asked looking Lance up and down.

"Oh that's-"

"Lance"Lance stook his hand out to Cj unbothered.

"I'm good folk. Germs"Cj said and Lance pulled his hand back.

"Imma go. Nice seeing you again Jayda"Lance said and gave me a hug and walked off.

"Yea nice seeing you bitch boy"James yelled after him.

"And I better not see you around my sis again!"Tristan yelled to him and I just covered my face up completely embarrassed.

"Really?"I rolled my eyes at all of them "Y'all just had to embarrass me?"

"Who is that goofy nigga anyways?"Cj rose his eyebrow.

"That's Lance. I met him a while ago"I said picking Jahlan up out of his stroller.

"Oh well cut that shit out right now"Cj said taking Jahlan from me.

"Um Cj I can have guy friends."I rolled my neck at him.

Just because he's my boyfriend doesn't mean he can stop me from having guy friends.

"No the hell you can't, you lucky I'm letting Jax stay around because that's even pushing it"He said giving me a serious look.

"Whatever I am not about to argue with you, On my damn birthday"I said rolling my eyes.

"Yea anyways y'all gone on about y'all business. I got shit to do, be ready at seven though."

"Okay"

"That's means seven on the dot Jayda! Not seven-o-one or seven-o-five"Tristan said and I gave him a look.

"I heard you damn"I said mugging him and he flipped me off.

Me and Havana walked out of the mall while Cj still had Jahlan with him. We both hopped back into my car and drove to the hair salon.

"I am soo happy you finally deciding to get bundles in"Havana said as she ran her hands through her freshly straightened red inches.

"Havana, I already told you that I'm just getting something simple,Not all that extra shit you be getting"I said looking over at her and then back at the road.

"Girl whatever, you haven't had weave in your hair since like the seventh grade. Then had the nerve to not get it back in after Mackenzie talked about your little box braids"She said reminding of my enemy Mackenzie.

"That bitch I couldn't stand her. She picked on me every chance she got"I said gripping the steering wheel thinking about it.

"Then I came along and whooped her ass for you"Havana said reaching over and hugging me.

"Yea and we been besties ever since"I said smiling.

"You my girl, I got you and you got me"

When we got there we walked inside and I went and sat down with my hairdresser Felicia.

"I heard it's your birthday Miss Thang"She said starting on my hair.

"It is"I smiled.

"Well Happy Birthday sweetie"She said patting my shoulder.

"Thank you"

"Your granny was here not to long ago. You literally just missed her"She said and my mouth dropped.

I haven't spoken to my granny in almost a year. We lost connection after her and my mom got into it badly.

"I will call her, thank you for telling me Felicia"

"No problem sweetheart"She said continuing on my hair.

When Felicia was done with my hair it was beautiful.

"Okay you are all done"Felicia smiled at me.

"Oou look at my bitchh"Havana said flipping my hair.

"It does look real good. Thanks Mrs.Felicia, How much I owe you?"I asked digging in my purse but she stopped me.

"It's your birthday honey don't worry about it."

"Are you su-"

"Yes Jayda I'm sure. Go enjoy your birthday sweetie"

I smiled and gave her a hug "Thank you Mrs.Felicia"

"No problem, bring the baby by here one day I would love to see him"She said and I nodded.

Me and Havana left out of her shop and got back into my car. We headed back to my apartment so I could start getting ready.

When we walked upstairs it was a strange noise coming from inside.

"You hear that?"I asked looking over at Havana.

"Yes bitch, Open it I got my gun with me"She pulled out a pink handgun from her purse. "And you take the taser"

I grabbed her taser and unlocked the door and walked inside. The noise was coming from the back so we went back there and it was somebody screaming in Cam's room.

"Oh hell no. I know they not trynna get my lil brother"I said and busted inside his room.

Havana start shooting all in the air and I quickly stopped her.

"Wait Havana stop!"I said and she looked at me crazy.

"What?"She asked looking at me weirdly.

"Cam what the hell!"I yelled at him "Who the fuck is this?"I asked looking at the scared girl in his bed.

"Jayda why you back so early?"He asked covering up his body more.

"No the real question is why you got this lil trick in my bestfriend apartment"Havana stepped in.

"Havana I got it"I said looking at her.

"Fine bitch, I was just helping you out. Imma leave though"She said walking out of Cam's room.

"I'm just going to go"The girl said slowly getting out of the bed still looking scared. 

"Yea you should go"I said looking her up and down.

She quickly got dressed and ran out of the apartment.

"Now you, the fuck was you thinking bringing her in my house Cameron?"I snapped at him.

"I don't know"He shrugged

"So her damn house was off limits?"

"How imma get there? No car Jayda"

"So one of your ugly broke nappy headed friends couldn't take you?"I snapped at him again.

"They was busy bruh. I'm sorry"He said getting up.

"Put your damn underwear on Cam. I don't want to see that"I said looking up at the ceiling. "Don't do that shit again or at least send me a little something before you do it"

"Well I mean if I had a ca-"I put my hand up and stopped him.

"Not having this conversation again with you. Not getting you a car until you get your license and I can actually trust that you won't wreck it"

He sucked his teeth and huffed loudly "Oh my God Jayda. Whatever"

I just rolled my eyes and walked out of his room so I could start getting myself together before Cj get's here.

I walked into the bathroom and cut the shower on and got inside. After my shower I did the rest of my hygiene things and then I start getting dressed.

I moisturized my body in coconut oil and then put on some light makeup and then I slipped my dress on.

"Jayda!Cj here!"Cam yelled while I was putting my heels on.

"Comin!"I yelled back.

I put my other heel on and then looked at myself in the mirror.

When I walked out of my room Cj and Cam had their back's turned from me.

"I'm ready"I said and they both turned around and both of their eyes got wide.

"Damn"They both said in unsion.

"Whatt?"I said shyly smiling at the ground.

"Nothing, you just look beautiful as fuck right now"Cj said walking up and pulling me close into him.

"Thank you"I blushed looking down at the ground.

He lifted my head up with his finger and made me look at him in the eyes. "I got you something for yo birthday"He smiled that pretty ass smile that always make me melt.

"What you get me?"

"It's a surprise for later c'mon so we can make our reservations"He said grabbing my hand and pulling me towards the door.

We walked out to his car and Tristan was also standing outside next to a yellow 2019 Chevrolet Corvette with a big red bow on it and Jahlan in his arms.

"Um who's ca-"I started.

"Yours"Cj answered for me.

"No uh uh I cannot accept this"I said looking back at him.

"Oh yes the hell you is"Tristan stepped in "I didn't drive this bitch all the way here for you decline it"

"Here"Cj said throwing me the keys "Check it out"He smiled.

I walked over to the car and looked in the inside and it was very nice inside.

"Thank you"I said as Cj came up and wrapped his arm around my waist.

"Anything for you girl"He said kissing the side of my face.

"Can I drive it?"I asked looking back at him and he nodded.

"It's yo car"He chuckled and I start cheesing.

I quickly hopped in the driver's seat and Cj hopped in the passenger seat. I started the car up and zoomed off.

"Damn Jayda slow down"He said holding on to the side of the door.

"I can't help it. This car is fast"I said turning down this road.

"Look just follow the gps and try not to kill us"He said laying the seat back.

We ended up going to this real fancy restaurant. Cj got out and came over to my side to let me out. We both walked inside hand and hand.

"Hi, Do you guys have a reservation with us?"The perky girl asked us.

"It's under Christopher Junior"Cj told the girl and she typed in something on the little computer thing.

"Right this way"She smiled grabbing two menu's for us and then walked to the back.

"Can I start you guy's off with any drinks?"

"A bottle of Red wine"Cj answered her.

She wrote it down on her notepad and walked off.

"You do know you don't have to spend that much money on me right"I said lookin at him and he chuckled and ran his fingers through his beard.

"I know I don't have to but I want to. Your my girl and it's your birthday so of course imma spoil you babygirl."He smirked and I start blushing.

"Thank you"I smiled "For everything"

"Don't even mention it. This ain't shit compared to what I got for you when we move further into our relationship"

"No Cj I don't like you spending money on me"I shook my head at him.

"Well Jayda my name is Cj so I really don't give a fuck. If I want to spend a couple racks on you I will"He shrugged. "That's just how it is and how it's going to be, So just get used to it shawty"

I just rolled my eyes and continued to look over the menu. Everything was so pricey on this menu, I don't know why he likes these expensive ass restaurants,maybe I'm just a cheap ass person.

"Okay are you guys ready to order?"The girl asked coming back and smiling at the both of us but mostly at Cj.

"Yea for my girlfriend she just wants the chilled Lobster and Shrimp"Cj answered for me and the girl smile dropped a little.

"And for you sir?"She asked.

"I would like the Lobster in Paradise"Cj told her and she wrote it down and walked off.

"I don't like the way she was staring at you"I said rolling my neck.

"Chillat that girl ain't got shit on you"Cj said reaching over and grabbing my hand.

"Well I know that of course but she shouldn't be smiling at you like that"

"Okay Jayda. You tell her that when she comes back"

"No. I don't want to cause a scene in this boujee ass place"I said sitting back and taking a sip of my wine.

Cj chuckled a little bit and shook his head

"What"I rolled my neck at him.

"Nothing, you just something else man"He chuckled.

"I mean I guess"I said looking up at the ceiling.

"So after this I got another surprise for you. You gone love it"He said smirking at me as she waitress came back with our food.

"Cj it better not be no out of the way shit"I said giving him a look.

"Girl shut up and eat"

I huffed and start digging into my food.

"On some nights like this shawty, I can't help but to think of usss!"I sung in the car while Cj was driving my new car.

"You ever wanted to be a singer?"He asked looking at me and putting his hand on my bare thigh.

"No, why you say that?"I asked rubbing the side of his face.

"Good,because yo ass cannot sing"He laughed out and I mushed his head.

"Shut up you hater"I said laughing at with him.

After a few minutes we were pulling up into the neighborhood.

"Um who house are we going to?"I asked looking at him and he smirked at me.

"Yours"He said pulling into this driveway.

It wasn't a huge house it was a nice looking one story house. That had a two car garage and the front yard was huge.

"I know you did not buy me a house Cj"I said looking at him with a shocked look.

"C'mon let's go check it out"He smirked getting out of the car and I followed behind him.

He walked up to the door and unlocked it with the key and then walked inside.

It was very spacious with a huge living room and kitchen and dining room. It had three bathrooms and one half with four bedrooms. Cj even had it already furnished.

"Why are you doing this?"I asked looking at him teary eyed.

"I already told you girl."He said pulling me into him and kissing my forehead "I'm going to give you the world Jayda Lynn"He said lifting my face up and pecking my lips.

"Surpriseeeeee"Havana sung coming from the back of the house.

"Havana what you doing here?"I asked looking at her

"Follow me bitch"She said and I hesitantly followed behind her but Cj pushed me up some.

We walked to the backyard and James,Tristan,Cam,Jax and his girlfriend,and Austyn was all back there sitting down and laughing with one another.

"Happy Birthday!"They all said in unsion as they saw me walk out.

There was even a pool and jacuzzi in the backyard as well.

"Thank y'all"I said smiling at everybody.

This really and truly have been the best birthday I've ever had,and I was spending it with my favorite people ever.

"Come here mommies baby"I cooed at Jahlan taking him away from James.

I walked over where Cj was sitting and sat on his lap.

"Thank you, like forreal"I said kissing his cheek.

"Anything for you babygirl"He said bringing me down and kissing me deeply.

For the rest of the night we all sat in the backyard and just cracker jokes and enjoyed each other's company until everybody went home.

Cj took me back to my apartment since all of our stuff is still there. I walked into my room and stripped up out of my clothes and put on a big T-Shirt and then hopped into bed and fell into a deep sleep.
