" I can't leave you here. You know what you mean to me," she spoke hurriedly, afraid that time was going to run out soon.

The tears were streaming down her face. Her eyes puffy and bloodshot. Her cheeks a flushed red, something that did not happen much. Her red nose making her unable to breathe properly for she had cried too much.

"I know, love, I know. But, you need to u-understand. You need to-" The slightly mature looking lady blinked back her tears, groaning as yet, another spasm of pain surged through her lower abdomen. The worried girl trying to press pressure onto the abdomen to stop the flow. She didn't want the lady to leave, not yet, not ever.

"I don't have much time. T-take t-th-this," She shoved her hand in her pocket and passed a tiny, folded paper into the girl's hands.

"Give him a-a call. Just tell h-him I t-told you to r-r-ring him. He will help you. His family will help you." The women spoke, the pain becoming unbearable. Her ragged breaths becoming faster and faster by every second. She was struggling to breathe and the girl was struggling to help her stay alive.

"My pumpkin, always remember, I- I will love you forever and always." She gasped for air, one last time before her arm fell limp at her side.

"No, no , no. You can't leave me, you can't." She was panicking and an anxiety attack was about to occur.

"You promised me. You never break promises." She softly mumbled, her tears falling freely. She tried to bring her back to alive but, to no avail.

And for the first time in her life, she had no one to help her get through her attack.

She only had herself.
