You run out of William and Mary going straight to your car. Once you're seated, you look out of your windshield for a second. You can't believe you just did that. You lay your head on on top of your hands on the steering wheel and close your eyes for a second. You need to calm down a little.

You start the car and drive back to the hotel. You don't turn any music on, you just sit there and think. Once you arrive at the hotel and park, you go straight to your room. You flop on the bed and call Cecilia. She answers.

"Hello?"

"Cecilia you will never guess what happened to me today." You say very fast, but you can't help it.

"What happened? Did you finally get a boyfriend?"

"No, but..." you pause for a second and smile a little, taking a deep breath. You still can't believe it.
"I asked a guy out for coffee tomorrow and he said yes."

Cecilia gasps and squeals. It makes you smile bigger when you hear it, because usually the roles are reversed. You get up and start to change, putting the phone on speaker and placing it on the dresser.

"Oh my good y/n, that's amazing! What's his name? What does he look like? Tell me EVERYTHING!"

Once you have your comfortable clothes on you sit on the bed. You can't wait to talk about him.

"His name is Dr. Spencer Reid. He's super smart, like 3 PhDs smart." You say. The corners of your mouth lift when you say his name.

"Wow, that's like 24 years of school. How old is he?"

"He's not that much older than me. I don't know his exact age but he can't be any older that 40." You say.

"Wow, he must be super smart then. Are you sure he isn't lying like Jacob did?" She asks. She sounds a little concerned for you, but that's just Cecilia. She always looks out for you.

"He works for the BAU in the FBI." You say, and Cecilia gasps. She remembers when you applied there. "I saw his credentials and everything so he's legit. And his part of the lesson would've been hard to teach if he wasn't actually that smart."

"His part of the lesson?" Cecilia asks, puzzled. You forgot she didn't know that he taught in the behavioral sciences classes with you.

"Oh right! So apparently he was a second guest speaker, and I was told about him when Professor Davis first called me. But I didn't hear because I was so excited to make my lesson presentation." You talk very fast again, and Cecilia chuckles.

"Well at least you two have one thing in common. You're both total nerds."

You hadn't really thought about that. He's super smart, you're pretty smart, so you'll have a lot to talk about. You don't know if he knows much about psychology or sociology, and you don't know much about math, chemistry, or engineering but you can talk about other academic subjects.

"Shut up." You say, blushing at the thought. "Now do you want to hear about what he looks like or not?"

"Obviously!" She says.

"Ok, so he has nice medium length brown hair that looks really soft. And his lips aren't too thin, but they aren't super full either. Oh, and his cheekbones are a little sunken and he has the most defined jawline I've ever seen in my life. I don't usually like stubble but his is more of an imprint, you know? There isn't any hair there." You pause for a second to catch your breath. "He has the most amazing eyes too. They were this beautiful hazel color. I couldn't stop looking into them." You start to visualize his face again. "But the best part of his face is his smile. His teeth are pearly white and straight. It's so wide and adorable that it's contagious, I smiled to myself like ten times when I was taking to him." You stop and realize that you haven't let Cecilia comment on anything.

"Damn y/n, he sounds like a dream boat. Did you see his hands?" She asks.

"Oh shit, I almost forgot. Yes, I saw his hands and they are absolutely perfect. Just the way I like them. I was staring at them for eight minutes straight at one point, I missed like three fourths of his lesson."

You both laugh. You look down at your lap and take another deep breath.

"When he was leaving, something came over me. I couldn't let him go. So I yelled out his name and asked him out, and he said yes. We're going to get coffee tomorrow morning."

"That's literally the sweetest thing ever. Maybe watching all of that Titanic has its benefits."
You smile. Ever since you met him, you can't help but smile at every little thing. Maybe because when you do, you visualize his. It makes your insides warm. That's something you haven't felt in a long time.

You and Cecilia talk a little longer, and you tell her more about your time teaching and about Spencer. The only thing you don't tell her about is the unfamiliar look he gave you. You want to keep that for yourself.

After talking about Spencer, you two talk about Cecilia's date tomorrow with Tristan. She tells you they're going to Mastros Steakhouse, a very nice restaurant. She explains in great detail how excited she is, and then she has to go to work. You say goodbye and I love you and hang up. You're excited that both of you get hot dates on the same day. You can't wait to talk about them with her.

You decide to relax in your hotel room for the rest of the day. Since It's a special day you call room service and ask for mint chocolate chip ice cream. When it arrives you take it to your bed on top of a towel and turn on the tv.  You flip through the channels and start to watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians. You don't watch a lot of reality tv, but sometimes you do to marvel at how dramatic rich people can be.

Once you get bored of the Kardashians, you scroll through the channels again. You see that they're playing The Lion King (the original) at 6:30. It's your favorite Disney movie. You look at the time- it's 6:00. You've been watching tv for a very long time. You take a break until the movie starts and read your book. You get comfortable on your bed and open to the page you're on. You're on the part where Natasha is realizing that she has feelings for Daniel. You scan the words, and for a second you think you know how she feels. It's not like you're falling for Spencer, you only just met him. Tomorrow's date will reveal if he's any good or not.

At 6:30 you turn the tv back on and the Lion King's opening song "The Circle of Life" plays. You like that song, but it's not your favorite. The movie plays on and you sing along to the words in all of the songs. You order another bowl of ice cream in the middle of watching, and the movie ends at 8:00. You scroll through the channels again and watch Fresh Prince until you fall asleep at around 10:00.

You sleep soundly, but you have a dream. You start out in a strange room. It looks like a storage unit, but empty. You're cold. You look around and don't see anyone or anything.  But behind you there's a familiar voice.

"Y/n, over here."

You look behind you, but nobody is there. Instead there's a long hallway that you run down, following the voice. You run and run until you fall to the floor. You lay there breathing heavily for a minute until you open your eyes. Spencer is standing in front of you, his smile wide and radiant. You feel the warmth of it all over you, and he reaches out his hand. You reach out and as soon as you touch...

...you wake up, a big cheesy smile plastered across your face.
