I was so excited about my new car. I was laying in my bed looking up at my ceiling.

My room was my hide away. My walls were a nice shade of (colour). My walls were basically covered with posters of my (Favourite bands)

Walk in closet, my desk which had my laptop and binders for school. Not to mention my flat screen T.V that hung on my wall across from my bed.

Finally I get out of bed and changed into a plain (colour) t-shirt and black jeans. I put on my (type of foot wear) and I grabbed my blue jean jacket and I head down stairs and grab my keys and phone off the kitchen counter.

That's when I hear Mom and Dad bickering at each other. Sam walked up beside me.

"Hey I'm taking the car (y/n)" I pouted at him and he smirked. "I'm gonna go to the lake, with Miles, so hand over the keys."

I shook my head. "Nope, I'm going too, cause I wanna drive." Sam shot me a glare. "I drive to Miles, pick him up and drive to the lake, you can drive on the way home then?"

I nodded as we shook hands. "Deal Samuel. Let's go."

"Ron this one is un-even."

"Yeah? Probably."

"This one is wobbly."

"Yeah, I'll take care of that one as well."

"Couldn't we have hired a professional?!"

As Sam and I walk out he steps on to the grass as I walk along the path.

Our dad looked up at him and sighed. "Oh Sam.."

"What?"

Dad sat up on his knees as he tosses the small shovel on the stone pathway. "I do not like foot prints on my grass."

I snorted out a laugh as I leaned against the water fountain. "What?! There's no footprints?"

"That's why I built this path. So why don't you go from my grass to my path. See your sister gets it." Sam shot me a glare as I waved over at him.

Without another word he walked on the path. "It's family grass dad."

"Well when you own your own grass you'll understand."

He walked past me and to our mom. "This-this-I can't do it anymore, your putting girl jewelry on a boy dog." Sam whined at mom as I rubbed my temples.

"Mom, it's not ok. He's a boy. He's suppose to look like a furious little chihuahua."

"(Y/n) that's his bling. He looks cute." She replied as she messed up my (hair length) (hair colour) hair. I pouted as I tried to fix it up again.

Sam walked over to the car and got in. "I want you two home at eleven."

"Ok mom, love you bye!" I called out as I slipped in the passenger side.

"Eleven o'clock." My father repeated as Sam closed the door.

"Please for the love of God drive safely!" Mom shouted as Sam started the car up.

With a small push of the gas pedal a puff of black smoke puffed out from the egoist.

I laughed and coughed at the same time. "Oh dear god, this car needs some work. But I love him anyways."

"Him?"

"Yeah? A muscle car like this has to be a man." Sam rolled his eyes "I swear to god you're fucked in the head." I rolled my (eye colour) eyes and leaned back in the seat.

"Let's just go get Miles and get this day over with."

*small time skip*

After we picked up Miles, Sam drove to the lake. I was placed in the back seat and Miles sat in the front with Sam.

I peered out the window and look at all the people there. Man that's a lot of people... "Sam? This is a lot of people." I hissed as I bit on my lower lip.

"Dude are you sure we were invited to this party?" Miles asked as he looked out the window.

"Of course Miles, it's a lake, public property." Sam replied as he found a place to park at the side of the road.

"Hold on Sam, who said you were ever invited to-oh hell no! You came here to impress Mikaela!" I nearly shrieked as I smacked him across the head.

"Ow! Hey knock it off (y/n)!"

I huffed crossing my arms over my chest. "This is such a waste of time." I rolled my (eye colour) eyes.

"Look there she is." Sam stated as I looked over to see her with Trent. I sighed and got out.

Sam and Miles walked out. "I'm good right?"

"Yeah your good." Miles replied as Sam fixed his shirt. I leaned against the hood of the car and smiled.

"Just me and you, let's just watch Sam act like an idiot."

I felt almost as if the car hummed in agreement. I chose to ignore it as I moved a lock of my (hair colour) hair behind my ear.

I look over and see Miles climbing a tree and Sam did not look happy. "Hey bro, that car it's nice." Trent called over to Sam as all his friends were eyeing me and our car.

I felt heat flush through my cheeks as I walked over. "What is that suppose to mean douche bag?" A few of his friends oohed as I shot a death glare at him.

"Oh like that's suppose to make me shiver in fear."

How dare he make fun of our car! That damn thing cost us a lot of money! And a lot of begging for our dad to say yes!

I laughed "maybe not but being a dick won't make yours any bigger." His jaw nearly dropped.

With a set of new confidence he walked over to my brother. "Hey Witwicky what you doing here?"

"We're here to climb this tree." Sam stated as I wanted to just take the car keys and just drive away.

"I can see that, it's looks-looks like fun." Trent stated as he and Sam watched Miles climb the tree for a small moment before looking back at us.

I rolled my (eye colour) eyes and stood next to Sam.

"Hey didn't you try out for the football team last year?" I snorted out a small laugh.

"Anyways..no that wasn't me trying out..I was just researching a book I was doing a book I was writing."

"Oh yeah?"

"Yeah.."

"Yeah what's it about? Sucking at sports?" Trent chuckled and I nearly ran forward ripping his throat but Sam stopped me.

Trent watched with a smirk and Sam looked at him.

"No it's about the link between brain damage and football."

Trent glared at him and Sam continued. I couldn't help but giggle.

"No, it's a great book. Your friends will love it, it got mazes you know? Little colouring sections. Pop up pictures. It's a lot of fun."

Trent clenched his fists and glared at Sam. "Oh you think that's funny-" Mikaela went in front of Trent and pushed him slightly back.

"Trent stop ok chill..." I pulled Sam back with him glaring at Trent and Mikaela. God I hate them. "Come on let's go.."

Miles was hanging from the tree as Sam was glaring at him. "You gotta get out of the tree right now."

I swiped the keys from him and headed back toward my car. I patted the hood. "Hey sweetie, sorry I ran off like that. I couldn't let Trent the asshole be mean to Sammy."

Miles went to sit at the back and Sam slumped in the passenger side. "I hate his guts."

"Yeah well..at least you stood up to him about his brain damage." Sam snorted as I drove off to Miles house to drop him off.

By then it was night fall and I drove us home. I parked the car as Sam stormed to his room clearly still mad. I sighed as I lightly patted the steering wheel.

"Ok, night-night Car. See you tomo-oh my god I'm talking to a car." I nearly shrieked as I stepped out. I sighed "ok I'm gonna get to sleep."

I groaned as I went up the stairs and un-dressed putting on a pair of (colour) sweat pants and a (colour) tank top. I slumped in my bed and drift into a deep sleep.
