4 Months later...

I am currently at work when I get a call to go downstairs that Abby is in labor. Finally one of us is finally having a baby. I am about to burst I'm a little over forty weeks and I don't think Jagger wants to come out.

I like to never get out of my chair and go tell Dr. Shaw that Abby is in labor. He walks out with me I'm still hesitant of the elevator. "Looks like a baby is coming today and then it's your turn." He smiled.

"I wished I'm more than ready." I rub my belly as we approach Abbys room.

"Aunty A!" Miles runs up and grabs my belly.

"Hey Miles! You ready to meet Lia?" I asked him while walking over to Abby.

"I am ready and so is mommy." He giggles.

"Hey Abs I guess you beat me to the punch huh?" I laugh.

"I can't hold it in anymore Alorah. Did you call Ridge?" she asked.

"I texted him and he's on his way." I smile.

"Will you stay in the room with me and Jacob?" She asked.

"I would be honored to be by your side." I rub her hand.

Ridge walks in a few mins later kissing my lips and picking up Miles and snuggling him.

"Ridge will you take Miles out in the waiting area when the time comes because I want Alorah in here with me," Abby asked.

"You got it, sis. Oh and I called mom but shes in Texas with a quilting group." He said.

"Yeah she called me upset that she's not here but it's ok." She smiled.

A couple of hours later contractions picked up and before you know it Lia Isabel Miller was born at 4:22 pm weighing in at 6lbs 8oz and 21 inches long with a beautiful head of hair.

"Oh Abby she is gorgeous!" I tell her while holding Lia in my arms.

"Now it's your turn and I honestly couldn't have done it without you Alorah." Abby smiles.

"Can I hold my niece?" Ridge laughs.

I placed Lia in his arms and he smiled from ear to ear. "She's so beautiful Abby and you guys did so well." He smiled.

"Uncle Ridge that is my sister so get your own baby," Miles said.

Everyone in the room laughed.

"Well, I need to go back upstairs and finish up what I was doing and grab my bag. Ridge will you walk me up? Elevators freak me out still." I said.

"Sure babe lets go. I'll be back down in a few mins guys." He said to his sister.

We get on the elevator heading up to the third floor when I felt like I peed on myself. "Ummm Ridge I think my water just broke." I look down on the elevator floor.

"Holy shit babe! Well at least you are at the hospital. Let's grab your bag and get back downstairs." He said.

We walk into the office and Ridge runs back to Nick to get him to gather up Alorah's stuff and come downstairs with it that her water broke and to get Dr. Shaw.

We get back on the elevator and head to the ER. Ridge gets a nurse to come over and explain what's going on. They put me in the room next to Abby. Ridge walked over to tell them what is going on.

"Oh my god what if the babies are born on the same day? That would be awesome." Abby smiles.

By the time Ridge walks back over to my room I'm in tears because I don't have the diaper bag that I packed.

"Don't worry babe I'll have Nick go get whatever you want and you know that he will," Ridge said.

"Oh shit! Wow that contraction hurts." I breathe out.

"I'm sorry babe is there anything I can do for you?" He asks.

"No, I don't think so Ridge I just have to sweat it out." I grit my teeth.

Nick walks in with my purse. "Hey, Nick can you go to the house and pick up the diaper bag? I have it ready it's in Jaggers room." I said.

"Sure ill go now is there anything else I can do?" He asks.

"No that would be all thank you so much, Nick," I said grabbing my belly because another contraction comes on fast

Nick leaves and a nurse comes in to check me. "Well sweetie it looks like you are at a 4 so we have a long while to go." She said.

Ridge walks over to tell Abby what is going on. I wish they would of just put us in the same room but I don't know I could take it with people watching me and talking while I'm contracting.

Ridge walks back over with some ice chips for me that's all I can have and I'm starving.

Hours pass by and it's after midnight and still, no baby and Jacob took Miles home after he comes to give me a kiss. Ridge is sitting in a chair looking at his phone and I'm feeling pretty good since my epidural.

The nurse walks back in to check me again. "Well sweetie you are at a 10 as soon as Dr. Shaw gets down her we can begin pushing." She smiled.

Once she walked out Ridge jumps up. "We are going to have a baby soon are you ok?" He asks.

"I'm good just nervous and scared for the birth." I grab his hand and squeeze it.

Dr. Shaw walks into the room. "So are we ready for a baby?" He asks.

"Yes we are but nervous," I said.

"You are going to be fine." He said sitting down on the stool to check me. "Yes, you are ready let's do some pushing." He said.

After so many pushes I lost count I hear the most beautiful sound in the world and it's our son crying. At 2:27 am Jagger David Cavanaugh came into the world with a head full of dark-colored hair. He looks so much like Ridge it isn't funny. I am crying and Ridge is crying too as Dr. Shaw lays Jagger on my chest.

I guess I'm biased but he is the most beautiful baby I have ever seen. Ridge is taking pics so he can show Abby.

After getting me all fixed up and Jagger cleaned off they hand him back to me just as Ridge walks back into the room.

"Daddy are you ready to hold your son?" I ask him.

"I am more than ready." He smiles and reaches for his son holding him tightly against him. "He's the most beautiful thing I have ever see even though he looks like me." He laughed.
