The next morning I slipped out of the bed and went downstairs to make breakfast for Ridge. A good southern breakfast for him that he hasn't had of mine. Sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits, and gravy. I put it on a plate and went upstairs with it.

"Ridge love, can you wake up and sit up?" I ask.

He opens his eyes and smiles. "What's going on babe?" He asks and sits up.

"I made you a southern breakfast to help you start your day and take your pain meds with a side of orange juice." I hand him the glass and get a pillow and set the tray on it.

"Wow this looks awesome and I'm starving all of a sudden. But where is yours?" He asked.

"I need to go make my plate so ill be right back." I smile at him.

I head downstairs and fix myself a plate and walk back upstairs.

"God this is so good! You are such a good cook babe." He moans.

"I'm glad that you like it. I feel like I never have time to cook breakfast for us we are always on the go." I smile.

"Are you not working today?" He asked.

"No Dr. Shaw gave me the day off plus we will be traveling tomorrow to the beach for our wedding Saturday." I smile.

"That was nice of him to do that." He said with his mouth full.

"I plan to go pick up my dress and your tux and then we will be ready to go," I said.

"I'm sorry I could go with you if you want I just won't be much help carrying anything with this arm." He said.

"How are you feeling with it this morning?" I ask.

"It's just sore but I'm fine it's not like I was shot just grazed and my body just hurts from the crash but my adrenaline was so high I didn't even feel hurt when I took off chasing the guy when he ran." He said.

"Well, you gotta take it easy because I and Jagger need you around for a long time." I smile over at him.

"I know and I will and I'm sorry but I take my job seriously and he could have killed people the way he was driving.

{knock on the door}

"I'll go get it babe its probably EJ to work on the garage and ill give him some food." I giggle.

"He will never leave then." He laughs.

I open the door to a smiling EJ. "Hey good morning come in!" I smile.

"Hey, Alorah I just wanted you guys to know I'm here to work on the garage." He said.

"That's fine but first come in and get some breakfast I made way to much." I smile.

"It does smell really good in here." EJ laughs.

"I wanted to make a southern breakfast this morning for Ridge. He's upstairs in the bed if you wanna go talk to him after fixing a plate." I said.

"Thanks so much, I'll take a little bit of everything." He said.

"Grab you some orange juice or a drink out of the fridge and head on up and tell him I'm going to clean up the kitchen please." I smile at him.

"I will and thanks so much," EJ said walking away toward the stairs with his plate.

I put all the leftovers away and then text Lonnie and pick at her that I had to feed her husband breakfast. Then I text Abby and Amy to make sure they all got their dresses. I want to make sure everything is perfect for Saturday. 

I had Nick to get a tux he knows he's part of the wedding party but I'm going to ask him to walk me down the aisle. Hopefully, he says yes and if he says no then I will just walk by myself.

I head upstairs and EJ is sitting in a chair across from the bed eating while they talk about the garage he's building for my car.

"Excuse me guys but I'm going to get ready and head out to pick up our clothes. EJ you got your tux right?" I ask.

"Oh yeah Lonnie went and got them yesterday and I gotta say this is the best food I've had in a while." He laughs.

"I'm glad you like it and come in whenever you want if you need a drink or the bathroom the door will be unlocked and this one will be resting in the bed," I said pointing at Ridge.

"It looks like I will be in bed most of the day EJ." Ridge laughed.

I walk over to the closet and gather some clothes to wear and head to the bathroom to change and pull my hair up and apply a little makeup.

"I will be back soon just text me if you need me, love," I said walking over to his side of the bed and bent down to kiss him.

"Be careful ok? I love you Alorah." He said.

"I will love you too. Bye guys." I said.

I walk down to the car and head downtown to the bridal shop.

"Good morning Ms. Hart I have your dress ready for you!." The sales assistant said.

"Thank you so much. I apologize for having to leave out so fast yesterday." I said.

"Oh its fine your friend explained what happened and I would have left as well." She smiled.

"Thanks for understanding," I said.

"Its no problem but how is your fiancé?" She asked.

"He's beat up and sore but he's ok. He's at home resting or well he better be." I laugh.

She hands me my dress and now I'm on way to pick up Ridges Tux. I walk into the store and I spot Nick and Caleb at the counter.

"Well if it isn't my favorite neighbors." I smile.

"What are you doing here Alorah?" Nick asks.

"I came to get Ridge tux. What about you guys?" I ask.

"Pick up our tux as well. If we would have known we would have got Ridges." Nick said.

"It's ok I had to pick up my dress as well," I said.

"Where is Ridge?" Caleb asks.

"At home in bed, I hope. I left him with EJ." I said.

"Oh yeah he's working on that garage isn't he?" Nick asks.

"Yeah he is but when I left EJ was stuffing his face. I made a big southern breakfast this morning and I must say it was delicious." I smile.

"Well, where is ours? We are starving." Caleb laughs.

"I have leftovers so follow me home," I said getting the tux and heading to the car.
