We make it home and I text Abby and Lonnie if they want to come and help with the meatballs they can.

I pull out all the stuff I need and get started while Ridge went out to check on the pool.

"Babe that building EJ has been working on looks great don't it?" He asked.

"Yeah it's coming along he is doing a great job. Thanks for giving him work." I smile.

"He's coming today right? I want to talk to him about a garage for your car." He said.

{Doorbell rings}

"I will get it babe its prob Abby." He said.

"Hey, guys! Come on in." He said.

"Hey sis!" I smile at Abby while mixing up the meat.

"Hey, there sis! I decided to come early and help so I left Miles with Jacob to come later." She said.

"I'm glad you could make it over and I think maybe Lonnie is coming as well," I said.

Ridge walks back in smiling with Lonnie walking in behind him.

"Yay I'm glad you made it too. I need all the help with these meatballs. Put these gloves on guys and help me." I said.

"Ridge why is your neck bandaged up. Did you get hurt at work?" Abby asked.

"No sis I got a tattoo this morning." He smirked.

"Don't you think you have enough?" She said rolling her eyes.

"Abby how dare you! Ridge looks sexy with all of his tats but this one is special." I said.

"How so let me see it then," Abby said.

"Fine, I will show you guys." He pulls a piece of the bandage back and you can see the red lips.

"Now why would you get random lips on your neck?" Abby asked puzzled.

"Abby those lips aren't random they are mine." I wink at her.

"Oh well then that's kinda cute." Abby laughs.

"Well I love it Ridge you will always have Alorahs lips on you." Lonnie wiggles her eyebrows.

Everyone laughs.

"I appreciate you guys coming! We have a couple of announcements to make." I said.

"Babe how many are coming?" Ridge asks.

"Ummm let's see eleven people unless you are inviting Danny, Amy, and Brian which is cool with me. Let's just text them so that makes fourteen." I said counting.

"Ok I will text them now and let them know 4 pm and they want spaghetti I just know it." Ridge laugh.

"So which is first babies or engagement?" Lonnie asks.

"I think engagement and then we bring out the cake and Miles in his shirt and the onesies and see if Rose takes the hint," I said.

"She is going to be so excited. You should have seen her Alorah when I was pregnant with Miles she was so excited about it." Abby smiles.

{Knocking on door}

"Ridge can you get that please?" I said.

"Yeah, I got it. Heeey! I'm glad you could make it come on in." Ridge said.

"Hey Dylan thanks for coming!" I smile at him.

"Dylan this is my sister Abby and Alorahs Best friend Lonnie. Guys this is Dylan and he works at the grocery store but he also helps me work on my car." Ridge said.

"Nice to see you again Dylan." Abby smiles.

"Hey Dylan!" Lonnie smiles with meatballs in her hand.

"Come on Dylan I have a football game on the girls have this under control." Ridge laughs.

The food is cooking and a few more people show up. My fav little boy Miles is here with his dad and EJ showed up as well and those guys are all in the living room watching tv.

"That sure is a lot of spaghetti and my baby is hungry." Abby laughs.

"At least we have excuses now to eat." I laugh.

Brian, Danny, and Amy show up a little bit later and she walks into the kitchen to greet us.

"Hey Amy! I'm so glad you could make it." I smile at her.

"Thanks for the invite I'm always down for your cooking." She smiles.

"I'm here!" Rose walks into the kitchen.

"Mom we weren't sure if you were going to make it." Abby walks over to hug her.

Nick and Caleb walk in carrying a big watermelon. "Thought this might come in handy later. Nick winked.

"While the spaghetti is cooking let's all go out to the patio for a bit," I said walking into the living room to get the guys.

Ridge wraps his arm around me. "The reason we had you all come over today is that we have an announcement. Last night I proposed to Alorah and she said yes." He said and smiles.

"Oh my goodness let me see the ring Alorah!" Rose reaches for my hand.

"Congrats Alorah! You will be a beautiful bride!" Amy said.

Rose pulls me in for a hug. "Thank you so much for making my son happy. I cant wait to see you two get married." She smiled and kissed my cheek.

"Thank you so much Rose that means a lot to me." I smile wiping a tear.

"Ok guys we are going to put the food on plates and bring it out here to eat," Ridge said.

Ridge and I walk inside to start scooping out spaghetti and Lonnie walk in to carry the plates out.

"Well that went well." Lonnie smiles.

"It did and Rose is very happy I am marrying her son." I smile.

After all the plates were handed out we all sit down to eat.

"I would just like to thank you all for coming today and sharing in our announcement and before long we will be having a wedding." Ridge cheered.

After we eat everyone was around the table laughing and talking and Abby and I get up and go into the house with Miles to change his shirt. Abby grabs the onesies and I grab the cake. Its half pink and half blue with sprinkles on top.

I let Miles carry out the cake so she would see it and she didn't notice his shirt.

"Grandma would you just read my shirt." Miles giggles.

"Big Brother... Hmm what?" She looked puzzled.

Abby hands her an onesie and she reads it and screams. "You're having a baby??" Abby are you having a baby?" She asks.

Abby giggles and shakes her head yes. "Yes, I am mom but that's not your only surprise." She points over to me.

I walk up to Rose and hand her the other onesie.

"Baby Cavanaugh coming soon." She reads and scream and runs over to Ridge and hugs his neck.

"Mom what's going on?" Ridge laughs.

"You both are having a baby?? Alorah are you pregnant too?" She asks.

"I am Rose actually Abby and I are both seven weeks," I said.

Everyone around started congratulating us with hugs and well wishes. We were all so happy and Rose was beside herself with joy and Miles well he was eating cake.
