A baby? Am I excited? A little bit... But am I scared? A whole lot but ready or not a baby is growing inside of me. I have to find out more when I get to work this morning and if it's correct then I need to stop stressing so much over Dawson and Rhonda and Gary. Gosh what if I was pregnant while I was fighting both of them?

Most of the night I tossed and turned about what this means for us and how excited Ridge was to become a father which gave me a lot of reassurance.

Finally around 2 am I doze off and sleep until the alarm wakes me up. I open my eyes and Ridge is smiling down at me.

"Morning momma!" He smiles.

"Morning Daddy!" I smile back at him and watch him as he goes down and kisses my flat stomach which is the sweetest thing I've ever seen.

"So do you want to go with me this morning as I take the blood test to see if it's positive?" I ask him.

"I can do that? If so hell yeah I want to be there." He said.

"Of course you can but It's probably too small to see anything yet but we will know." I said.

"Let me text Sarge and tell him I will be a little late. He will understand." He said.

"I'm going to go downstairs for some juice then I'll be back up for a shower," I said.

"I can get the juice babe." He said.

"No it's ok I can get it make your call to Sarge," I said.

I walk downstairs and see Caleb outside so I walk out to see what he is doing and he's painting over what Rhonda wrote on the garage door.

"Caleb that is so sweet of you thank you for doing that for us," I said.

"It's no problem Alorah I know y'all don't have time and I do so after Nick told me last night I thought I would come by this morning and make it right." He smiled.

"We will pay you, Caleb, for all of this the paint your time any of it."

"No no that's what friends are for and umm maybe some spaghetti?" He laughs.

"I'll try and make some this weekend for you guys," I said.

"I wondered where you went," Ridge said walking up behind me seeing Caleb painting.

"Caleb is doing this for us since we don't have time and he wants to be paid in spaghetti." I giggle.

"Thank you so much Caleb but we have to go get ready for work," Ridge said.

"Yeah we gotta head in and have a blood test." I wink at him and he laughs because I know Nick told him.

"Catch y'all later!" Caleb said waving the paintbrush.

We rush upstairs and take a shower and get a little in before we have to go.

"I'll follow you in the cruiser that way you aren't stuck without a car." He said.

"Ok sounds good," I said putting my shirt on and ready to go out the door. Caleb is still out here painting his heart out.

"Thanks again Caleb!" We jump in our cars and head to the hospital.

We pull up at the hospital and walk hand in hand up to my office and walk inside an introduce Ridge to May, Crissy & Allie, and then I head back to Dr. Shaw's office asking if we can speak to him for a min.

"Sure come on in both of you." He said.

"We need your help Dr. Shaw umm last night I realized I haven't had a period in a while and took a couple of pregnancy tests and they both come out positive so would you mind doing a blood test for us?" I ask.

"Oh, I am excited to do a blood test for you guys." He smiles.

"We are excited to Doc!" Ridge smiles.

"Come on let's go get that blood and get this over with so you don't have to wait."

I sit down in the chair waiting on Dr. Shaw to get things ready to take my blood and I'm really nervous about this.

"Ok give me your arm lets get this blood drawn." He sticks the needle in my arm and fills the container with blood.

"So what now then?"Ridge asks.

"Well we wait for him to come back with results and then we find out if we are having a baby." I pull him close to me and reach for his lips.

When Ridges's lips reach mine it's like all of my thoughts and fears vanish and I'm lost in him. He wraps his arms around me and holds me tight. "I love you either way Alorah."

"And I love you and you're still hot if your my baby daddy or not," I smirk.

"Baby daddy huh?" He said.

"Alright, guys I have the results so let's go in an exam room ok?" Dr. Shaw said.

"Sure we can do that." I grab Ridge's hand and pull him behind me into the room.

"Alorah hop up on the bed and Ridge take a seat please." He said.

"Well according to the blood work Alorah you are pregnant." He said.

I grab Ridge's hand and squeeze it.

"So let's get some gel on that belly and see just how far along you are." He said as he squirts the gel on and cuts off the light.

As the screen came on I looked at Ridge and his eyes were glassy and he seemed really happy. I look over at the screen and I see my own little bean growing and I'm in tears and amazed.

"So how far along am I then Dr. Shaw?" I said.

"You look to be what do you know 7 weeks pregnant. Wasnt that as far along as your sister is Ridge?" He asked.

"Omg Abby totally is you said between 6-7 weeks this is so exciting! I can't wait to tell her. We need to plan something special for your mom Ridge." I said.

"Thank you for your time, Dr. Shaw," Ridge said.

"Your more than welcome now take a few mins to process and here are a few pics." He said as he shut the door.

Ridge jumped up and grabbed me in a big bear hug. "I love you so much Alorah and you have made me the happiest man alive right now. Can I please have a pic to put in my pocket and carry it close to my heart?" He said.

"Of course but don't say anything yet ok? We need to tell Abby and then we need to find a way to tell your mom. Something cute but I need to get clocked in and you need to get to work Daddy." I smile at him and pull him close for a kiss.

"I will text you at lunch. I love you Alorah!" he said.

"And I love you Ridge." I smile and kiss him again as I watch his ass in his tight uniform walk out of the door.
