You could feel the seconds slowly ticking by. You had no idea what to do. You knew anyone would jump at an opportunity like this: to be apart of Star Wars. However, it was much more terrifying. You didn't know when a stormtrooper could appear. As far as you knew, they could be hiding the grass. The loth cat leaned into your side, sensing your stress.

"Thank you. I needed that," you told the creature. "I suppose I should give you a name. It seems like we are going to be together for a while, so I might as well name you."

Its large ears perked up in interest. You let out a small chuckle, and waited for the loth cat to settle down.

"What about... Quinn?" You asked. No response. "Brook?" A hiss irrupted from the creature.

"God, you're so hard to satisfy. Now I remember why I don't have a cat at home," you sighed. The loth cat give you a toothy grin. "Ok. Ok. Do you like Moirai?"

A small meow came from the creature. Well, that was a better response then the previous ones.

"Moirai it is then!" You stated with a small smile.

Suddenly, the loth cat jumped into your arms. You let out a small grunt from the force. Giving Moirai a questioning look, you wrapped your arms around them. They let out a soft purr of delight. Rolling your eyes, you stood up from the ground. Your top priority was finding the Rebels. They were your only hope.

Passing through the grass, you let your mind wander. How was your family? Were they worried? Did you even feed the dog? You scrunched your (h/c) eyebrows in deep thought. Occasionally, you would glance up when you walked by a large stone structure. It wasn't until Moirai jumped out of your arms that you were pulled out.

"Hey! Come back here!" You yelled.

Scrambling after the loth cat, you tried not to trip. You had been sprinting for several minutes and was forced to slow down your pace. At this point you were close to wheezing. Sometimes, Moirai would stop and let out a small meow to let you know where they were. You were very grateful. After what felt like an hour, you finally caught up with the alien. Your (h/c) hair was glued to your face. You could feel a bead of sweat fall down you forehead. Sitting patiently, Moirai glanced at you. Their tail slowly moved back and forth.

"I really should not have worn jeans today," you told yourself in between deep breathes. Putting you arms behind your head, you tried to catch your breath. A question popped into your head as you glanced back at the loth cat. "Why did you stop?"

Dropping your arms, you walked up towards the top of the rocky hill. Moirai let out an affectionate purr as you walked towards her. Ignoring them, you looked down to see a base. A stormtrooper base.

"You have to be kidding me!" You held out loud. Realizing your mistake, you covered your mouth.

Dropping to the ground, you tried to make yourself appear as flat as possible. You lifted your head, and it appeared that none of the stormtroopers had noticed your outburst. Are they that deaf or do their helmets just have really good soundproofing? Glancing to your left, you found that Moirai was gone. Your (e/c) eyes widened in fear, searching for her.

You spotted her at the bottom of the hill. None of the soldiers had spotted them yet. You shifted you weight so it rested on your right arm. Lifting your left, you made the sign saying come here. Moirai only titled their head. You scowled in response. Maybe you shouldn't have tried to befriend the alien.

Scampering away, Moirai disappeared. Letting out a sigh, you got off the ground but kept close to it. There had to be a reason the loth cat led you here. They did hate stormtroopers too, so they wouldn't go near them unless it was necessary. Pushing your foot down the hill, you slid down it. Your hair whipped wildly in the wind.

Once you hit the bottom, you crouched low to the ground. Time to unlock your in assassin, you thought to your self. Moving behind a cargo box, you glanced around for the loth cat. Nothing. You jumped behind the other side of the box just in time as two stormtroopers passed by you not saying a word.

Searching around the base, you finally discovered where Moirai was. The brown striped loth cat sat on top of a white speeder bike. They gave a toothy grin to you. You decided to wait for the next round of patrol officers to past before heading over. Once the coast was clear, you quietly snuck over to the machine. Giving Moirai a quick pet on the head as a thanks, you quickly scrambled aboard.

You were dumbfounded. You've never rode something like this. It's just like a floating motorcycle, right? So the would mean the handles control the speed.

"Hey! You on the speeder bike! Get over here!" You heard a stormtrooper yelled. Glancing over your shoulder, you could see several running towards you.

You could feel your stomachs drop. "You know what? I'd rather not!" You retorted while fumbling to turn the machine on.

Seconds later, the sound of lasers being fired could be heard. Muttering several colorful words, you finally pushed the start button. The engine roared with life. Could they have made the button red?! That would have helped so much.
Grabbing what you thought was the throttle, the speeder bike lunges forward. Tilting to the right, you narrowly dodged a laser. The heat almost seared your ear.

In the distance, you could see rock mountains. You could use the are to get the bad guys off your tail. However, there would be a good chance of wrecking the machine you were on. It was either that or getting captured by the those douchebags. With a sudden lurch, the speeder rushed forward. Moirai let out hiss and launched into your back. You could feel their claws piercing your clothing. Tossing your arm back, you grabbed onto the loth cat and shoved them into your lap. You glanced back to see where the stormtroopers were. They were even closer than before. Noticing a bright light coming straight at you, you harshly directed the machine to your right. Moirai let out a sound of surprise. Soon, you were upon the rock structures with the soldiers clad in white on your tail.

"Stop!" You could here one shout.

Zooming next to you, he reach his arm out trying to grab you. You glanced to the path in front of you to him. It was getting a narrower. You moved as far away as you could. You let out a grunt when your speeder was forced into the canyon wall. A loud screeching sound rang. Panic was pounding in your mind. Just as the stormtrooper was about to grab you, Moirai jumped out of your grasp. They had launched their self at the soldier letting out a multitude of hisses. Scratching at the helmet, the soldier was struggling to see.

Taking the opportunity, you directed your speeder into his. His machine reared into the other side of the mountain wall. You looked in front of you to see a break in the stone. As got near it, you made one final push into the stormtrooper and grabbed the loth cat by the foot. Directing your speeder to the right path, you escaped. A loud explosion rang throughout the area. You glanced at the top of the mountains, and you saw large clusters of smoke and cinders.

Grimacing at the thought of them being severely injured or dead, you sped off. You zoomed through the maze of rock. Tones of orange, green, and yellow flashed by you. A thought breached your mind. Wasn't there a second one? You glanced behind you, but no one was there. Frowning, you leaned forward. Maybe they got lost and went to help their friend?  A loud rumbling answered your questions. From your left, you could see a speeder in the distance. Your (e/c) eyes widened in fear.

A sharp sound rang throughout the area. Not having  enough time to react, the laser hit your shoulder. A searing pain radiated from the wound. The impact forced you off the the speeder, and you collided into the ground. Out of the corner of your eye, you saw it ram into a mountain. You closed you eyes as the explosion occurred. Your ears were ringing. No other sounds could be heard. Everything was muffled. You could feel something wet dribble down the side of the head. Slowly lifting a hand to your face, you touched the liquid. Pulling you hand away, you saw a bright red substance that stood out against your (s/c) skin. Blood.

A small object jumped out of the smoke. Moirai scrambles towards you. A worried look in their brown eyes. You could see their mouth moving, but you couldn't hear them. The loth cat rubbed their face onto yours. You knew it was their way of comforting you. You needed to leave. That stormtrooper could still be here for all you know. Shifting you weight on to your right side, you clutched you arm to prevent to from moving. At this point, the adrenaline was wearing off. The pain was becoming much harder to withstand. Slowly getting off the ground, you let out a small yelp of pain. You glanced to Moirai.

"Can you lead the way?" You asked them.

As if they understood what you asked, they started to walk in front of you. Their tail swished back and forth. Slowly, you followed behind the loth cat. With your hearing gradually returning, you tried to listen for any sounds of the stormtrooper. You were only greeted by the sounds of the crackling fire from the destroyed speeder. Frowning, you continued past it. You haven't even been on this planet for one day, and you had already managed to blow something up. As you continued to walk, you pulled out your phone. Nothing still. You tucked it away back into your overall pockets. Suddenly, Moirai began to run.

"Moirai!" You yelled out.

You tried to catch up to them but failed in doing so. You ended up tripping over your own foot and face planting into the ground. Wow. Today was totally not your day, you thought to yourself. Deciding it to be best to keep laying on the ground, you turned your head onto the side. You let out a huff. You didn't want to let your injuries get any worse, so that meant no moving. Closing your eyes, you listened to the sound of fire in the distance. Then you heard it. Footsteps. Your eyes opened in a flash.

"There's a survivor over here!" Someone yelled.

Turning onto your back, you tried to scoot away. As they approached you, you were finally able to see their face. His skin was a light caramel and you were met with kind, deep blue eyes. You recognized him immediately. He was Ezra Bridger.

"I'm not going to hurt you. Can you get up?" He asked you. You gave him a nod and slowly got up while clutching your left arm. "Hey! We're going to need some medical supplies!"

As you walked closer to the group of rebels, you spotted Moirai sitting in front of them. When the loth cat spotted you, they bounded towards. You crouched down, and gave them a scratch under their chin. Moirai let out a small purr. You glanced back up to the Jedi in front of you.

"I'm (y/n), by the way," you told him.

AN: Sorry for the late update. My grandpa just got out of intensive care. He had a stroke. In others news, I just saw the trailer for the second half of the season. I'm shookth. I can't believe this tv show is almost over. I remember watching this the first time it came out. I don't want it to end. Also, RIP Kanan's Hair 2018. However, he seems a lot happier, so I'll let it slide. I'll also try to keep the transition between the next several chapters of my own though to the actual episodes of the show as smooth as possible.
