"Alright, house elf's or pixies?" Ron laughed.

We were all pretty tipsy by then.

It was dark out now, we all had several drinks in us.

We had been drinking, and having a good time.

Chatting and asking each other questions.

"Easy," I said finishing the rest of my drink, "house elf's. Fuck those pixies!"

"Why do you hate those pixies so much?" Ron laughed.

"They take my shit, and piss in my shoes." I laughed.

"They do!" Hermione giggled, I'm glad she was having a good time.

She seemed genuinely happy.

Last time I was having this much fun, I was with Draco at that party.

Draco?

Oh shit! I told him I would come back!

"I've gotta go!" I quickly got up.

"Oh shit, I forgot about...." Hermione trailed off.

"Forgot about what?" Ron asked.

"Nothing, I've just gotta go." I quickly replied.

"Yeah, you've gotta go by your boyfriend Malfoy." Ron gagged.

"He's not her boyfriend, Ronald." Hermione smacked him on the leg.

"Well, she's going to see him.   She's been sneaking around with him the last two years, the whole school knows it." Ron through his hand into the air.

"How so?" I crossed my arms over my chest.

"You haven't heard the rumors?" Ron teased.

"Fuck off, Ron." I rolled my eyes.

I walked out off our room, and the Gryffindor commodore.

I quickly made my way too the hospital wing.

Behind the curtains that surrounded Draco's bed, I could see the soft glow of a lamp.

I quietly walked over, and slipped behind the curtin.

"I've been waiting." Draco spoke deeply.

"Sorry, I got busy. I thought you would be sleeping." I swallowed hard.

Draco laid on the bed, covered in a white sheet.

He had his arms rested behind his head.

You could see his bulging biceps through his long sleeve shirt.

Draco's eyes were closed, as he softly smiled.

"I've been waiting for you to come back, darling.  Now come lay with me, I'm cold." Draco opened his eyes slowly, before moving his hands from behind his head.

He moved over slightly, and pulled the sheet back.

"Well, don't be shy." Draco patted the mattress, inviting me in.

I laid down next to him, resting my head on his shoulder.

Draco wrapped his arm around me, as he pulled the sheet over me.

"Sorry, I got busy." I looked up at him.

The soft, yellow light made Draco look like an angel.

Draco's skin glowed in the golden light, making him look like he was truly sent from heaven.

Draco smiled, as he placed his free hand on my cheek.

He slowly moved his thumb in soft circles across my skin.

Draco pulled me in, and softly kissed me.

"You've been drinking, I can taste it on your lips." Draco whispered, as he pulled his face away from mine.

"I had a few, drinks with friends." I told him.

"It makes me miss it... those parties that we could dance together." Draco softly glided his thumb across my bottom  lip.

"The ones that you would sneak around to dance with me, or the ones you puked into the bucket?" I laughed.

Draco tightened his jaw, and glared at me.

"Shut up." Draco scuffed, turning his head away from me.

"It was pretty funny." I began laughing harder.

"Funny... like when I took you up on the broom stick, and you screamed so bloody loud, my ears were ringing." Draco raised his eyebrows at me.

I squinted my eyes at him.

"I told you I wanted to keep both of my feet on the ground." I huffed, as I folded my arms over my chest.

I closed my eyes, and laid my head back against Draco.

The warmth from his body soothed me.

Draco's company was comforting.

"Do you miss him?" Draco softly spoke, breaking the silence.

"Huh?" I asked him.

I quickly opened my eyes, and turned my head to him.

Draco turned his head to me, and looked at me.

His face was soft, and kind.

His eyes met mine.

"Cedrick, Do you miss him?" The corners of Draco's lips curled up, as he pushed a small smile across his lips.

I took a deep breath in, exhaling slowly.

"Every day." I replied in a whisper.

I don't think I went a day without missing Cedrick.

I don't think I went a day with out thinking about him.

"Did you love him?" Draco asked me.

"He was one of my best friends.  I loved him as a friend, Draco." I sighed, closing my eyes once more.

Draco began running his hands through my hair, which relaxed me even more.

"I would have gone to that Christmas party with you." Draco spoke quietly, as we both laid there.

Oh yeah, I was supposed to be mad at him for that still.

Draco knew how to pull me back in, even if I was mad at him.

Draco knew how to break me.

He knew how to distract me.

"I'm still mad at you for that, you're an ass for doing that to me." I spat at him.

I quickly opened my eyes, and sat up at the edge of the bed.

"What else was I supposed to do?" Draco argued, sitting up as well.

"You didn't have to call me a mudblood." I huffed.

He always called me that when we were younger.  Draco use to treat Hermione and I like garbage, just because we were mudblood's.

It use to bother me a lot more than it does now.

It still felt like chewing on nails, hearing that word come out of his mouth.

I hated that he still called me that.

"Don't be like that! Just lay back down." Draco begged.

I stood up, and walked over to the curtain.

"You always say how much you hate mudblood's, but now you're begging one to stay with you." I turned back to look at him.

Draco looked down at his lap, as he picked at his fingers.

"I've out grown those old ways. I do like you, and like being around you." Draco didn't look up at me.

"Then why do you keep calling me it? As soon as someone else is around, I'm all of a sudden a filthy mudblood." I choked out.

Draco didn't say anything, he just kept looking down at his lap.

"I guess.. good night, then." I said, leaving the hospital wing.
