I bolted through the halls, pushing past anyone who got in my way.

I sat at the base of the astronomy building stairs.
The hot tears streamed down my cheeks, as I leaned my head against the cold wall.

I couldn't believe Hermione got so angry about it.
Me just walking with Draco, caused her to fuss this much?

At least Cedrick has my back.

He seems to be my only friend that has my back these days.

"Why are you sitting here by your lonesome self?" A deep voice asked me.

I look up to see Draco standing at my feet.

I didn't even hear him come in.

I quickly wiped the tears from my face, before I stood up.

"I guess I wanted to sit here for a while, and think." I looked at our feet as I talked.
His shoes were much larger than mine.
They were polished and black.

"You alright?" Draco asked, me in a softer tone.

The way his words rolled out of his mouth was so soothing.

"Yeah, I am." I spoke to the ground.

Draco placed two of his fingers below my chin, lifting my face up to look at his.

"Look at me when you're speaking to me." Draco looked me in the eyes, as he spoke from his chest.

It felt like he was looking into my soul.

Draco's eyes were so captivating.

"I'm okay, really." I gave him a weak smile.
Draco rubbed my damp, cold cheek with his thumb.

His skin was surprisingly soft, and velvety.

"Come on, let's get you to relax... loosen up a bit." Draco took me by my waist, as he led me up the stairs.

The astronomy room was mostly all glass walls, and a glass ceiling.
It had a few doors that led put to a balcony that wrapped around the exterior.

Draco waved his wand into the air with a smile on his face.

The dust in the room disappeared, and everything went back into an organized place.

The chair that we laid on the night before, turned into a large circular bed.

It was covered in pillows and a large comforter, which was of course green.

A small table appeared, with a bucket of ice, and two glasses.

Candles floated up to the ceiling as they lit up.

"Sorry, it's not much, I still had more I wanted to do before I showed you the finished product." Draco laughed, as he smiled at his work.

"Emerald green seems to be your color." I looked up at Draco, he squeezed my waist tighter.

"It matches your eyes." Draco smirked as he looked at me.

I walked over, and sat on the bed.

Draco stepped in front of me, and leaned over me.

He lifted up a pillow, and handed me a piece of clothing.

"Put this on." Draco demanded.

I unfolded it to see an emerald green, sleeveless nightgown.

"I guess the color is growing in me," I laughed as I stood up, "Now turn around."

Draco pouted, as he turned his back to me.
I quickly took my clothes off, I forgot that I still haven't changed since yesterday morning.
I slipped the night gown on, and I crawled onto the bed and sat down.

"All right, you can turn back." I told him.

Draco turned around, and his famous smirk grew on his face.

Draco kicked my clothes away, before sitting at the edge.

"You thirsty?" Draco asked me, as he pulled a small bottle of champagne from inside his jacket.

"Yes." I looked at him through my eyelashes.

Draco quickly got up and poured a glass for me, and himself.
He stuck the bottle in the bucket of ice, before walking over to the bed and sitting next to me.

Was Draco trying to be romantic?

I didn't think this man had knew anything, besides being a dick and saying sexual remarks.

Draco handed me my bubbling glass, and I took a sip.

"I'm truly amazed." I looked around the room as I took the view in. He did a wonderful job decorating.

I just couldn't believe that this was Draco.

The same kid that told me, about two years ago, he would rather lick dirt than have to breathe the same air as me.

"Are you speechless?" Draco winked at me.

"Don't flatter yourself too much." I rolled my eyes at him, he let a soft chuckle out.

"Now, are you gonna tell me why you were sitting here all by yourself?" Draco kissed the top of my head.

I leaned my head on his shoulder, and I took a deep breath before I spoke.

"Cedrick and I skipped today, I guess I was out late. I woke up in the Gryffindor common room..." I started.

"Yeah, you fell asleep on my lap last night. You refused to get up and go to bed, so I had to carry you most of the way. " Draco put his arm around my shoulders, as he sipped his drink.

"Well, Hermione barged in after classes were done. She started yelling at me because Hagrid saw us walking, and he told her. I don't think he did it intentionally, but he let it slip to her. So her and I began arguing, and yelling. Cedrick stood up and defend me, and I walked out before it got too ugly." I sipped my drink.

"So she was angry that we were walking and talking together?" He asked me.

"Yeah, I guess. And Cedrick even said it shouldn't matter, what was the difference if I was walking with him or you." I replied to him.

Draco's jaw tightened.

"That oaf needs to keep his mouth shut. That Hermione always does things to push on my nerves, wait till I show them...." Draco spoke through his gritted teeth as he spoke.

"It's not Hagrid's fault, how was he supposed to know?" I asked Draco.

"I suppose, but I'll deal with Hermione." Draco raised his eyebrows, and smiled.
