Aditi and Dhriti were doing something with my face using some brushes and I had no idea about they were trying to do. Although it was still better than the wax strips that almost had me screamed. After a struggle of half an hour, they said, "Done."

Taking a breath of relief I asked, "Can I go, now?"

"No!" Both of them exclaimed.

"Only your eyes are done, your hair and the rest are still left," Aditi replied.

Pouting I sat back and let them do whatever they wanted to do. Some part of me was loving the attention I was getting the other part was tired. They were done with my face in a few minutes and took charge of my hair.

"What's this?" I asked.

"Straightener," Dhriti replied while connecting its plug in the switchboard.

"What does it do?"

"It used to straighten the hairs."

"But my hairs are straight already."

They smiled and told me about the other benefits of the product. I was left embarrassed but what to do all that was very new to me, "Sorry, I didn't know about it."

"Hey, don't be sorry. We are friends and it's fine if you didn't know about it." Aditi smiled sweetly at me and then continued further, "It's normal. A person doesn't need to know everything."

Once someone had made fun of me because I didn't know about a vacuum cleaner but here they were so cool about me not knowing things. I had already worn my dress before the makeup.

"Wow!"Exclaimed Aditi after I was completely ready.

"You look gorgeous, Di." Simran and Sonia said.

After the others present in the room looked at me I heard,

"Amazing."

"Oh, My God!"

"Beautiful."

Those were the comments I received from them. I felt overwhelmed and my eyes welled up. Turning around I tried to control as I didn't want my makeup to be ruined because then Aditi and Dhriti's efforts would have gone in vain.

Dhriti tried to compose me after hugging me, "My brother is lucky to have you."

I didn't say anything but deep down I knew the truth. The case was contradictory, it was me who was lucky to have Dhruv, not the other way round. Pulling back she asked me to smile and I obliged.

"Dhriti, beta[child] you are still not ready?"

"Sorry Maasi, I won't take more than twenty minutes, I promise." she rushed inside the closet to change and Aditi too followed her as they were the only ones who were left. Maasi came near me smiling and kissed my forehead.

"You are looking very beautiful." Smiling shyly I thanked her, "Thank You, Maasi."

She left with Nitya, Simran, and Sonia. Adya was resting on the bed as she was advised to.

"Why can't I go out?" She pouted and was being restless because she was left alone though she wanted to go out and enjoy.

"Because you are pregnant," Riddhi replied.

"Why did I even have sex that night?" My eyes almost bulged out of the socket after listening to her bold question.

"Maybe Ishaan can answer. Should I call him?" Riddhi showed her phone and was about to dial Ishaan Bhai's number making Adya horrified.

"Don't call him please, otherwise he will come with a glass of juice again." she frowned and made a disgusting face.

After a few minutes, Adya looked at me smiling and said, "You know Saavi, I am glad that it's you who Dhruv is marrying. He didn't even date anyone in college. Leave dates, he never looked at any girl and didn't even flirt. The ideal guy he has always been, little did I know that he already had given his heart to someone."

"He never dated?" I was in doubt because I thought he must have tried at least once to forget me but I was highly mistaken.

"Never."

And that's how the conversation went on and they told me that Dhruv used to be quiet but he had befriended Dhriti unaware of the fact that she was his sister only. Through Dhriti he met Adya and Aditi as they were in the same college.

"We are ready," announced Dhriti and Aditi after coming out of the closet.

"Thank God. I am hungry, can we go to have something?" Adya's pregnancy had made her like Arjun. She needed food now and then even when she already ate a lot of snacks half an hour ago.

"I will take you down." Aditi took hold of her hand and went down with her.

"I will come too." Riddhi joined them both.

"Okay, then I am staying here." Dhriti stayed back with me and I was thankful that I wasn't left alone because I needed someone to calm my stupid nerves.

"Nervous?" she queried.

"A lot." I smiled faintly at her while pacing in the room.

"You should sit down and rest your legs, you have to stand for hours and it will be difficult for you."

"I know but something is happening with me. I don't even know what."

"It happens with everyone. Let's distract you."

"How?"

"By this." she showed me an album.

"Don't you wanna see your soon-to-be husband's childhood pictures?" She raised her eyebrows while I smiled.

Soon to be husband sounded so strange yet right to me and I blushed. Her idea to distract me was perfect as it did magic and I forgot that I was feeling edgy a while ago. I was engrossed in the pictures so much that I didn't even notice that someone else had entered the room.

"Bhabhi, it's time." I heard Nitya who was talking to Dhriti. She smiled at me and both of them took me down. Riddhi met us on our way and joined us. The same feeling I was having a while ago came rushing back to me but this time it raised to ten folds when I witnessed the number of people who had gathered for our engagement.

"Shouldn't she be here by now?" I was being restlessly eager to see my muffin.

"Why are you being so impatient?" Namit asked as if he didn't know.

"I am just worried."

"You know I have a perfect solution to your problem." It was Arjun and I was just hoping for his solution to not include food.

"What?"

"Try the chocolate ice cream. It's so luscious. I am gonna ask the recipe, it's different from the usual one." But who was I kidding? Arjun Malhotra's day starts with food and ends with the same.

"Could you be serious for once?" Hredhaan was annoyed with him but not more than me.

"I am being serious right now. It always calms my nerves. Wanna try?" He placed a scoop of ice cream near Hredhaan's mouth and the latter shook his head in disbelief.

"Arjun, it's Dhruv who is nervous, not you." Kiaan tried to put some sense in my friend's brain.

"Oh yeah." I thought he understood but no.

"Then I will bring vanilla, his favourite, I am sure it will do magic." Oh No! At that moment I only needed my muffin, not the food but my girl.

"Can anyone please tell me why are we friends with him?" I asked.

"Because I am charming." He gave a cheeky smile to all of us that made him look like a kid.

"Dhruv, listen to me, don't think much, it's your muffin, not any stranger who you have never met." Namit tried to make me relax. Even though he was right, still I couldn't get myself to be serene at that moment.

"Exactly, in fact, you want this, then why are you being so anxious. It's just marriage." Kiaan said the marriage term so casually as if I had experience.

"We will ask you the same when you will be in my shoes." I retorted.

"Me? Oh come on, I am not getting married."

I would have retaliated if Hredhaan wouldn't have nudged me to look in the direction he was pointing at. My eyes were wide opened looking at the beauty who was taking her step towards me. She was looking so ethereal in the gown I chose for her. Dhriti had sent me the pictures and I was glad that it was me who selected the dress for her. Her beautiful gown was complimenting my blue suit.

She was looking down and I could feel her being anxious. Being alarmed I got down the stage and went towards her. I gestured to Nitya, Riddhi, and Dhriti that I would take her from here onwards. Smiling they stepped back and I could hear people hooting.

My muffin was still ignorant by her surrounding. Once the cheering sound made her way to her ears she looked up, our eyes met and we almost lost. Bending down to her level I whispered, "You are looking Gorgeous." She smiled shyly hearing the compliment and blushed.

I extended my hand to her and asked, "Shall we?" Nodding her head she kept her hand in mine.

We walked to the stage together, hand in hand. All my anxiety vanished when I had a glimpse of her and I could feel her getting calm with me.

Dhriti brought us our rings and I bend down on my knees receiving a lot of cheers and hooting of the crowd and an exigent blush of my sweetheart. After making her wear the ring, in her delicate ring finger I stood up and she made me wear mine.

Ignoring the crowd, I pulled her in my embrace. "Congratulations, fiance," I whispered kissing her hair.

Pulling back when I looked at her she had already become red. If I would have compared her with a tomato, trust me she would have won the contest.

I was nervous but Dhruv's presence and his tight hold on my hand were enough to remove my anxiousness. I was feeling shy and Dhruv's gestures were not helping me at all. Ever since I had walked to the stage, I hadn't moved up my gaze up, even once.

How could I, When Dhruv was hell-bent on making me blush with his every gesture? I just wanted to hide but only in his embrace. Everyone started coming and congratulating us.

First was the turn of elders. Grandpa, Maasi, and Uncle came and gave us their blessings. After then Dhriti's foster parents Arvind Uncle and Aunty came to shower their blessings on us. Namit's parents came after them and blessed me and Dhruv. After the elders, it was the turn of all the youngsters.

Adya and Ishaan Bhai came with Simran and Sonia. Adya needed rest so she was given the priority. After the pictures were clicked with them, Jai, Niharika, and Shruti joined with Hredhaan as well.

I didn't know why but I felt something was going on between Hredhaan and Shruti. They keep staring at each other without sharing a word but would always look away when the other one notices.

Riddhi, Rohit, Nitya were next and Arjun involved himself too. I thought I was the only one who had noticed the awkward situation between Arjun and Nitya but I guessed Kiaan knew too, as his expressions said so.

Namit, Dhriti, and Aditi, and Kiaan were next and the last batch of photo sessions took a little longer because of the need for perfect pictures by Kiaan. He wasn't satisfied and Namit, Dhriti, Aditi left the stage.

Kiaan was instructing the photographer on how to take the pictures when Dhruv whispered to me, "This will continue for long, he will never get satisfied. Let's go." Holding my hand he helped me getting down of the stage carefully.

Sensing our absence Kiaan frowned for a second or two but then indulged the photographer to take his solo. Dhruv left me with Maasi assuring me that he would soon be back.

I was made to meet a lot of relatives by Maasi, Dhriti, and grandpa and none of them made me feel uncomfortable. I realized that I was being anxious and worried for nothing. Dhriti took me where the rest of the girls were and I was made to sit beside Adya.

"It's tiring, isn't it?" Adya questioned and I couldn't agree more. I nodded in response but her next statement left me perplexed, "Don't worry, in a few minutes all your tiredness will be gone." Saying this she winked at me.

Though I was left confused, I still couldn't question what exactly she meant as the lights dimmed. People started whispering what happened and Dhriti took hold of my hand saying, "Come with me."

"But where?" I asked getting up.

"You will know."

I was made to stand in between the lawn. Asking me to stay there only she went to where the others were. I was being the center of attraction and I thought I would again start to feel nervous but it didn't happen when I heard his voice.

"Saavi, love, this is for you." Dhruv was standing right in front of me with a mike in his hand. He looked into my eyes and started singing.

With every line I could feel his emotions, he was singing from his heart for me. He was conveying his message of love through every line, every word. He said I was his smile, his laughter, the moistness of the eyes.

After a few moments he walked towards me but I was stilled at my place. I wanted to run towards him, to be in his embrace but couldn't as if I was paralyzed. How could this guy make me feel a hell of a lot of emotions at once? My heartbeat was accelerated, while my eyes started to well up with happy tears, my lips had already curved up turning into a smile. This feeling of being loved unconditionally was overwhelming.

Through the lines of the song, he conveyed a message that I couldn't believe. He said I was no less than his God. I wanted nothing else in my life as Dhruv was enough.

Standing right in front of me he gazed into my eyes as if trying to convey his messages to my soul. If there was even a single percent of doubt in me for his love for me, it became extinct right there and then.

Finally, after the last line, he took a long stride and I was in his arms feeling content and blissful.

Dhruv planned to surprise his muffin by singing a song. When he started I was stunned at the choice of his song as the words were describing my brother's feelings accurately.

I recorded their moment and captured a lot of beautiful pictures on my phone, not only of the groom and the bride but all the aces who were staring at the certain someone who holds a lot of significance in their life.

Namit's eyes were on Dhriti, while Hredhaan's on Shruti and the Glutton Ace, Arjun Malhotra was staring at his precious. All had become lovesick puppies and me, well love and all was not for me.

After the song finished and I was done with pictures I turned but my phone fell that almost gave me a heart attack. It wasn't my fault though, some stupid person bumped into me.

"What The Hell!" I cursed picking up my phone and checking whether it was fine or not.

"I am sorry, I didn't mean to..." I looked at who was the culprit and both of us were startled.

"You." both of us yelled. Never in my wildest dreams had I thought that we would meet like this again.

"What to expect from a weirdo like you," I commented.

"Weirdo and me? I am taking my sorry back since you deserve it," she said. For her age, she had a lot of attitudes.

"Where the hell you get your attitude from?"

"Oh! I am born with it," she replied smugly.

"Yeah exactly, born with a lot of attitudes and without a brain."

"Idiot," she muttered

"Same to you."

"By the way, why are we fighting? You spoiled my dress in Di's reception and your phone fell because of me, it's sorted." saying this she tried to get away. Sorted, my foot. It was by mistake that her dress was ruined, though she looked funny. It's not my fault if she is clumsy as butterfingers.

"Sorted? Nothing is sorted." I blocked her way. How could I have let her go when my precious phone almost broke because of that moron.

"KFC, move." she was annoyed but what the hell she called me.

"KFC?" I was bewildered at the nickname she chose for me.

Pausing for a bit I questioned, "Do I look like a chicken to you?"

"No."

"Then why the hell did you call me KFC?"

"K for Kiaan."

"C for Chauhan."

She stopped after leaving F.

"And F for?" I raised my brows and was curious to know.

She gestured me to come near her while I got alarmed thinking that crazy girl could do anything.

"I don't bite" she rolled her eyes while I got a little closer.

"F for Fucking," she whispered. My eyes widened while my jaws dropped to the ground.

Getting a little further she smirked," So KFC stands for Kiaan Fucking Chauhan."

"Simran Kashyap, I won't spare you," I yelled while she poked her tongue out and ran away giggling.

You just messed with the wrong person again Miss Kashyap and trust me I am the beast of the 5 aces and this beast will not sit back without teaching you a lesson.
