During my miss Georgia reign, I went to memphis on a modeling job. The cab driver who was taking me said, 'Hey! There's Elvis's house over there. Have you ever seen it? I told him that I hadn't. Then he asked if I wanted to pull over and take a look.

While I was at the gate, the groundkeeper asked if I wanted to come in. Later I found out Elvis had seen me on the closed-circuit camera at the gate, and he told them to bring me up to the house.

It was surreal because I was waiting in the house a long time before I ever saw him, he was there. He knew they brought me there. Finally one of his bodyguards said, 'Elvis wants you to go to the movies with him tonight, but he's not going to be able to see you today. So I'll take you back to your hotel.'

So they took me back to my hotel and told me they would be back to pick me up around 11pm. I really did not think this was going to happen but I was ready by 11pm.

I started to think he was stringing me along, but the car came and picked me up and took me back to the house. They asked me to wait in the car. So I was sitting in the driveway and the door opened.

It was so dramatic. Elvis was standing at his front door. He walks out and waves to me and gets in another car. I thought 'this is the strangest set up!'
