We haven't spoke about this matter since Saturday. I know I was avoiding the subject, but they will be here by tomorrow's afternoon and I can't avoid that.

I won't be seeing them until evening, after work. I know Marilyn is excited with what is to come, but I'm not.

"I think we are having family dinner, which you are invited of course." I said.

His eyes widened. "So, I'm going to meet your family?"

"Unless you decide to excuse yourself."

"I want to meet your family. With exception of Marilyn's family." He said.

"Sorry for the late notice, Brent texted me in the afternoon about this."

"I'm nervous." He said laughing nervously. "What if your parents doesn't like me?"

"They will..if Brent likes you then they will approve as well." I said giving him a reassuring smile.

"I'm nervous." He said. "You could have told me when we were home. Now I'm so nervous and I'm driving."

"Do you want me to drive?" I asked. "You never let me drive when you are there." I pointed out.

"Not that I don't trust your driving, but I like to drive." He said.

"Sure, you do.." I said. "Tomorrow I will drive my car."

"You know it's on my way, I can drop and pick you up." He said.

"I know.. but I want to drive." I said.

"Save gas." He said. "We can just drive one car and we can save gas and our environment."

"You got me there." I said. "Fine."

"Good." He smiled.

When we reached home, he said he have to call some people. I decided to go and shower first. I met Linda on my way.

"How was your day?" She asked.

"Good, thank you. How was your day?" I asked.

"Like always." She smiled. "Dinner will be ready in half an hour."

"Thank you." I said. "I'm going to take a shower first."

"Okay. See you later." She said.

I dropped my my vanity table. I took my stuffs and head to the washroom. When I came out from the shower. Ian was sitting on the bed, I think he showered as well. His hair was wet and he was naked from the top. Water was dripping down from his his to his neck and then abs. He looked mighty fine. He was on the phone when he pulled me close to him. I stood in-front of him and gently dried his hair with the towel. He was talking about some deals.

"I can get use to this.." he hmm, when he ended the call.

"You need to dry your hair otherwise you will catch cold with water dripping down all over you."

"Well, you can take care of me." He smiled.

I smiled, "you're a baby at times, you know that?"

"When I'm with you, of course." He grinned.

After dinner, we were cuddling and reading a book together. Well, he was reading, I was just listening.

My phone buzzed and he looked annoyed for a moment, he removed his arm to allow me to stretch to get my phone. It was an email from work. I sighed.

"I have to go through the files."

"No!!" He whined. He literally whined and I see another side of him. He never whines.

"It's important." I said. "It might take me a while." I said kissing his lips. "Have a good night."

"Can't you reply or do whatever in the morning?"

"Apparently my boss hates when we ask for extension." I teased.

"Your boss didn't say you have to work after office hours?"

"We all have to work after hours." I said. "Too much work."

"Goodnight." He said. "I'll drop you off to work tomorrow."

"Okay, good night." I kissed his forehead before taking my computer and walked out of the room to his office. His office is huge. The floor was covered with soft carpet. He have books all over the office, he said I can always use his computer and things over here and that was very kind of him.

I checked the file and then returned the feedback. By the time I came back to the room, he was fast asleep. He must have been too tired. It was 11:00 pm. I like how things are going between us, transparent. We are sharing our thoughts and feelings. I hope everything will be alright, tomorrow.

The next morning, I was woken up by kisses all over my face and when I opened my eyes. I see him chuckling.

"Now, I can get use to this every morning." I said and moved closer to him.

"I would love to cuddle, but we are running late. It's 7:45 already and my eyes widened and I sat up. He was very amused and I can see he was already ready for work.

"Why didn't you wake me up, before? Ian!!!! We will be late for work." I jumped out from the bed and grabbed my things and ran to the washroom.

"Your Boss might be upset." He calls out.

"And I will blame my boyfriend for it." I called back out. I was out in sometime. I fixed my flats and grabbed a hair tie and tied my hair.

"Don't tie your hair." He said.

"We will be late." I said looking at my watch and pull him out of the room. Did I forget my alarm? Did my alarm even ring today? He pulled my hair tie down and my hair fell all over my face.

"Ian." I said as I tried to reach for my hair tie but he held it up. "My hair is messy today."

"You look beautiful just like that." He said. "Don't tie your hair." And he give me a kiss on my neck and that made me shiver.

"I have a meeting today with a client." I said trying to get back my hair tie.

"You will be fine." He said and pull me along with him. "We'll have breakfast, first."

"We will be super late." I pointed out.

"Boss said you can start work late, today."

"I packed your breakfast and lunches." Linda said.

"Thanks Linda." I said. "Now, can we go?"

"Will you eat the first thing you reach the office?" He asked.

"Yes, now lets go." I said and waved Linda goodbye. We made it just in time and he said,

"Make sure you eat your foods and you promised you will have breakfast first. I'll pick you up at 6:00 and we can go straight to your parent's place." He give me a quick kiss. "I love you, don't miss me so much."

"I love you too and have a good day." I got out from the car and ran to the revolving door. Rosa was looking at her watch. She was holding two cups of drinks in her hand with a bag on the other.

"I'm sorry, I over slept." I apologized and took the drinks from her.

"It's fine." She said and I noticed her looking at the Ian's car that was still outside the building. She didn't ask me who it was and I guess she knows who was in there. "We have a meeting in an hour."
